Based on the quality of customer service I had received thus far, I hired them to complete the job. Avner and Hugo exceeded my expectations on the day of service. Hugo worked tirelessly all day to install the required wiring and cameras. It was very important to me that the wires would not be all over the place as I had seen on many security cameras' websites. They offered $50 and then ignored multiple follow-ups over several weeks, ultimately repeating the same offer without addressing the issue. Second story I needed a burner replacement called a few people about some estimates.Slomin's was my choice because they took care of the permits and everything, they arrived with a full crew and dismantled my old burner and replaced with the new burner in a day. The crew was excellent in explaining there every move and when they left the place looked like they were never there, spotless. I would definitely recommend there installation crew but their oil service emergency delivery leaves a lot to be desired.
