Love the new location! The sandwiches and great as always. The staff is helpful. The place is always busy. I like being able to see what they offer and try new items.

Sitting area. Sorry no food pics.

I don't consume pork and someone in my group requested the lady behind the counter to change her gloves before packing our bagel. The lady did change them, but when we requested her to warm the pan au chocolate, she said they warm ham etc., in the oven. She didn't ask if we are still okay with the pan au chocolate being warmed. I found this interaction a bit odd and came off in an unfriendly tone. It just seemed un-inclusive and my group didn't feel welcomed. A suggestion - is it possible to change parchment paper's etc if ham is warmed in the same oven/toaster? Personally, it seemed like the worker was offended I asked her to change her gloves. I hope it's a one off experience since I truly love the items you offer, but definitely hope to have a better customer experience next time.

We made a preorder for our family Christmas Eve gathering to pick up today and they just did not do it. They did not inform us, they did not provide replacements at their expense, they did not provide explanation but blamed us when we went to pick up at the agreed time. Awful customer service and a horribly rude worker.

I have been waiting for a reason to try out the service and food at Chip City. Their web site didn't say they had Crookie items here so I shrieked with excitement. The person behind the counter seemed shocked that I didn't know. It made my day to get an original croissant chocolate chip cookie. Served warm. Heaven!!! The strawberry pop tart cookie is frosted in store when you order and the mini pop tarts also added. I didn't know this process either. It added to the fun atmosphere to watch our order be put together.

The store was bright, clean, and welcoming. This was my daughter's and I first time visiting a Chip City and I didn't know there are a chain of Chip City's. My daughter and I decided to order the S'mores Chocolate Chip Cookie. The cookie was soft, decadent, moist, ooey gooey, and just delicious. The cookies are big and have a whooping price of five dollars a cookie and I believe twenty three dollars for six cookies. The customer service was great as the staff were very welcoming and pleasant,

They will "go in the back" to get items for you if none are on the shelves. I noticed many items are now Bowl and Basket. Most ShopRite store brands will not list the country of origin....just distributed by Shoprite. The issue I have is with the Fish Department. If I ask one particular worker for 5 pieces of fish (usually about .75 pounds), that worker grabs a handful of fish and the weight is over 1.3 or 1.4 pounds. So I have to ask him to do my order over and remove pieces. When we shop in the morning he is usually cleaning the display or moving the price signs around even if there is a line of customers waiting to order. On more than one occasion I noticed that he did not change his gloves when picking up fish....so he is touching items all over the display wearing gloves and keeping the same gloves on to handle fish and seafood. Now we wash fish we buy from Shoprite before cooking it. Another time I picked up a pre-packaged "cod" that found in the display case for customers who don't want to wait to order. The date on every prepacked fish was expired by one or two days. I flagged the same Fish Department worker who immediately removed all items the case and went into the back. 1.CHECK ALL EXPIRATION DATES ON CANS, PRODUCE, BOXED ITEMS, DAIRY. 2. Be sure to check your receipt before exiting the store. It seems as if every week there is an issue with their prices. Several items are not properly shelved or the digital/ member prices are not calculated properly. My routine is to go to Customer Service each week with my receipt of overpriced item(s) and get a free item or the item is properly credited. This included alerting the Store Manager about a discounted item in the circular that was NOT even entered into their system. This meant that customers who purchased this item before us (it was day 2 of the sale) were overcharged for that item.
