This if for the chandler heights location, I absolutely love this place but unfortunately I just went here with my friend so my baby and her baby could hangout. I went to go change my little one but saw there was no changing table in the bathroom so I went to change her on the seats because that was the only place I could change her. Mind you we had just got there and the lady working there literally said to me "could you like not do that here" I said there was no changing table and her faced just looked disgusted. I didn't want to deal with it so I just left. I know that the people working there are probably high schools and don't have kids and do find that stuff disgusting but I didn't have another option and it's technically illegal to say that to someone when there is no changing table in the bathroom. Point of the story is, I wouldn't bring your kids here :( not a kid-friendly place very unfortunate because the boba is awesome. Other location is great though! UPDATED REPLY: Please refer to law HB-2113. BY LAW if you are a public place (which you are) you need to either have a changing table or signage directing to the closest changing table in the building. (Please research this law as it does not address any 'small fast service') In addition I highly recommend you train your employees on customer service better so you can achieve "a good establishment"which you believe you have. However, My opinion and experience are different which I've shared in regards to the lack of law abiding facility services and the serious lack of customer care your employees shared while bad mouthing the customer before me. Disgusting behavior and attitude form your "good establishment" employees. I stand by my review and still believe while you have a good product, you do not have good employees or even standard law compliance. It's unfortunate your establishment is not a family friendly environment. I'm not sure why you have a sitting area if you don't want families to hang out. Also movie theaters and concerts are where I take my baby the most They have changing tables and friendly service! It really doesn't matter if your a fast service or not!! McDonald,Wendy's, in-n-out are all fast services and they have great restrooms and CHANGING TABLES!! Also to add the place isn't that clean, chairs have crap all over them, there's dust in corners, everything looks worn out so I'm sure me changing my baby's diapers wouldn't have made much of a difference compared to how the furniture and tables already look worn out and not cleaned properly. read more

This rapha tea location is so cute! It is very clean and well kept. I'm so happy that they finally have a franchise in Gilbert! Theres not too many boba places to choose from in Gilbert so definitely check this place out! All of their drinks are delicious with the ability to modify the level of ice and sweetness! The staff at this location is very friendly and patient! Ive been wanting to try a new drink and always end up choosing the wintermelon milk tea, but the staff convinced me to try the brown sugar coffee milk tea. My drink came out quickly and was made to perfection. The first sip was refreshing and sweet just the way i like it! I also had the delight of talking to the owners, crystal and matt. I've tried Rising Phoenix Milk Tea and Hojicha Milk Tea so far, and both of them taste SO GOOD. Not horrible but not the best. Their black tea flavor is really good and the only reason we will come here, otherwise we drive further for better options. Their customization options are extremely limited. You can't mix flavors or choose your flavors for each type of drink. I've never been to a shop that couldn't do honey vanilla milk tea but here you can only get honey or vanilla not both. Also, their slush flavors are extremely limited. I love having this new boba shop close to home! I've been several times and the service is always outstanding and the drinks are tasty! My favorite is the Mangonada, but the butterfly and matcha drinks are good, too. The boba is perfectly done AND flavorful. So many boba shops miss one or the other. This place does both well. Haven't had anything I didn't like! Side note: I noticed a couple of poor reviews complaining about too much ice. I'm a bit perplexed by these reviews as their menu clearly states that you can ask for 50% ice - AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! Less ice = more product -- for free! How can you complain about that?? My kids love the Rapha Tea drinks. We frequented the Dobson and Chandler Blvd location before this one opened. After picking up my daughter from nearby school, we decided to stop by to get some milk teas and food. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are good! Well done on that part. I am giving them 3 star because I feel that they fell short on the food department. My daughter ordered crab rangoon which she loves from the other location but she couldn't finish the ones from here. They are different recipe and maybe she is just used to the ones with more cream cheese. What bothered me was the Cajun Sweet Potato Fries portion. They charge almost $5 for an order but we only got seems like a half order. I don't mind paying for food but $5 for a few ounces of fries does not seem fair. See attached pic. This review is for the Chandler heights/Gilbert location. It was my first visit there and I didn't like that the customization options were limited to only what is on the menu. For instance, I wanted them to make the aloha sunshine but leave out the tea since it was for my kids. But they wouldn't do it even though I was just basically asking them to mix together 3 types of juices. They said if it's not on the menu then they cannot make it. That was a bummer. I also ordered the popcorn chicken and the portion seemed smaller than what I've received at the chandler location. My last complaint is that I asked if they could split my large drink into 2 cups and they said they couldn't split it for me but I could buy 2 extra cups for 50 cents each and split it myself Overall, the taste was comparable but I think they need to work on being more flexible for their customers. Boba tea places are sprouting up everywhere and if you don't want to lose business to your competitors for not making reasonable accommodations then I think you need to reevaluate your policies. Disappointed. Was excited to see this was a "newer" Boba place in town! Our family had dinner at Pita Jungle and headed here for a drink to take home. I read the reviews & decided to give it a chance. Holy moly guacamole! Do they even put any drink in the cup? The cup was filled to the rim with ice and a small portion of the bottom had the actual tea. Do they really expect to have happy customers? How much does this tea actually cost? I can tell you as a business owner, it costs a lot more to lose customers than to make a quality drink and fulfill it with the product. Should have listened to the reviews! Want more customers? Fill your drinks with DRINK & like the other customer wrote, do away with your crazy ice standards. Even Starbucks allows you to get a filled cup with only the drink and not a ton of ice! Won't be coming back. My husband and I were really disappointed with our experience. The reviews speak for themselves. Also, it's fine to add ice to "cool" it down, but the cup should STILL be MAINLY TEA & Not mainly ice. read more

We've been here twice since this location is super close. We got Rose Lychee & Mango tea with boba the first time. These were okay and not our favorite. The next time we got the milk tea and it was very tasty. We got the tea with 25% sugar and it was plenty sweet for us. The boba I got (think black boba) was soft, chewy and very yummy!
