Nice place!! Friendly staff and quick process!! I used the group on coupon for two 32.5$ and also bought extra ammo for one person i.e 16!! Three people, 1 lane , 1 9mm, 100 bullets, 3 targets and eye/ear gear for 50$!! Best deal and good outdoor activity. I will definitely recommend this place!!

I usually prefer to go to the Spring Valley shooting range just because of the price, but I decided to try this place out. If you are in the southern Dayton area, it's convenient because of how close it is. Although more expensive, it's nice to be able to control when you want to put up your targets (don't need to wait for a cease fire) and vary the distance of the target. I came in on Veterans Day and they generously were offering an hour of free range time for veterans! They have guns for rent..$10 for handguns with no limit to how many guns you can try and $15 for rifles. They have a decent selection for both. The staff is helpful and remain professional even during busy/hectic hours. Yes, the ammo is a little expense (what shooting range int he area sells ammo at cost?), but at least not crack prices. There are various discounts on range time throughout the week like lunch time specials, date night, military/police night, etc. The website has all the information you would need to find out hours, prices, and specials. I would definitely come back.

I checked the range out for the first time today. I will be back! I found the staff to be friendly (which, unfortunately, isn't always the case when you are a female in a gun store) and knowledgeable. I brought my own eyes, ears, ammo and guns but they have all of the above available for purchase or rent. You can shoot handguns or rifles on this range. If you want to try one of their guns you can for $10, but you have to use their ammo. I happen to know my way around multiple guns, but overheard in the stall next to mine that the range safety officer was taking the time to explain to someone the proper way to do things which I thought was great. They offer classes and training, ladies day, Date night, and military / LEO discounts. There was also a membership plan available. I was helped by Andy Meyers and if everyone in their staff is as good as him they will be around for a long time!

I want to bring my son , what is the minimum age?

I believe anyone under 16yrs of age needs to be accompanied by someone 18yrs or old to shoot in the range. Not sure of the 'minimum', but I'd imagine old enough within reason to begin teaching & letting them shoot firearms. Hole this was helpful

Before my training with Jeff, I was afraid to touch the gun that my husband bought me, in fact I…read moredon't want to touch it even it's unloaded. Once I attended the 7-hour straight training (8 hours if the attendees opt for a long break to eat) my confidence was high due to the gun education I gained and my fear of gun disappeared because I know what i'm doing. A lot of people will tell you that the concealed carry seminar is long and boring! Yes it's long but it didn't bore me at all. Jeff's class is very interesting, I learned a lot of things that I didn't know before. The class that I attended was a small one and it's worth it, the interaction with the attendees and instructor was a good one - questions were answered appropriately and we were able to practice with the computer simulated shooting prior to going to the shooting range. The practice was fun, it's hands-on in a very safe environment. The computer simulated practice will help you prepare for the real shooting at the firing range. Jeff will let you know what you missed doing, and this will prepare you prior to shooting the real gun! I was nervous at the firing range since it's my first taste of handling and shooting a real gun. But once the first 2 bullets were fired, the succeeding bullets are fun to fire and you kinda get the slight recoil of the gun - it's not that bad! Jeff is very professional, he's straight to the point when he's doing his class, he listens and he knows when to move on to the next subject making sure we don't stay on a certain topic too long. Bottomline, the education on gun safety and firing that I learned from Jeff with "Not Today Firearm Training" is worth it & I highly recommend it because knowledge took my fear of handling the gun!

They classes seem expensive, but once you realize you get dinner with the class, it is actually a pretty good deal. Plus, you get 10% off of cooking utensils and stuff you buy on the night of your class. They use top notch ingredients, so I suspect the cooking school is a loss leader, meaning DLM loses money on the school to get you hooked on shopping there for the ingredients. Definitely worth a try. Chef Jen is a hoot!

This particular store (which may not be unlike others, I just don't know because I haven't moved to this region yet.) offers a lovely wine selection with tables and a bar where you may enjoy a draft beer or a glass of vino. My understanding is this particular location also offers cooking classes, which I hear are expensive but oh, so much fun! The produce is always fresh.
