You usually wait 2 and a half to three hours for him to run in the room, talk without ever making eye contact ( maybe it's a pink eye fear) and leave without answering a single question, actually speaking over you as you try to ask something and then walking out of the room while you are speaking to him. Like he can't be bothered. He's so disrespectful.

The person taking the appointments insisted I had to see a general eye doctor before I could see the retinal specialist, basically insisting that I waste an office visit. I let her know that I had a referral from my primary care physician and she told me that I would have to have a referral from an optometrist because my primary care physician does not know about eye care. That was enough for me to cancel my appointment. Judging from other reviews, especially other offices, I probably dodged a bullet avoiding this practice.
