Almost a month have past and I still have no answer, I still have to wait fir the third party to figure out if I owe something from one year ago.

The earliest availability to schedule over this past year has been approximately three months out. I don't need same day, same week appointments but need an office that can accommodate an appointment within the next month. My contact lenses fitting last year was to the point of comical. We had to go through several different brands and strengths to find one that worked. After each trial, I would have to wait 1-2 weeks for the doctor to be available to respond to a message and prescribe a different option. This lead to my fitting lasting nearly two months, which I find to be unacceptable.

The doctor is very quick and you mainly deal with the nurses and office staff. For follow up they're pretty straight to the point and make sure you are healing well. From start to finish we had the consult, the surgery, the day after surgery check up, the other eye surgery, the other eye day after check up, and a week after that the last post surgery check up. I really liked the office and my mom has has no issues. There are a lot of negative reviews and I think if they went over the documents in more detail about the hazards of eye surgery they would have less bad reviews... but for us, knowing what this was going to entail? I contacted the office multiple times seeking assistance and clarification about services and coverage. During each call, I remained polite and respectful. I did not receive clear guidance despite calling several times, and the conversations felt focused only on payment rather than patient care and understanding. After writing the review they did end up ordering the newer frames for me. The didn't charge me for…read morethe upgraded frames. So I ended up getting $400 frames for $350 instead of $300 for $350 as it was originally. In the end they made it right but lying to me about the lenses from the frames which became discontinued, not fitting into the Gen 2 was confirmed to be a lie. In the end it saved me $50 but cost me a months use. Lenses are like rentals. I lost a months life on them as they sat on a self.
