Tried to explain to the guy the best I could and he said he'd had the part ready for me on the side when I came. Came down a few minutes later and sure enough he had the part right there waiting for me and it was the correct part! The shop is located right off Farrington Highway on Leokane Street. There are also ample of parking right in front of the shop. The best part of this shop is the friendly staff and customer service they provide. They are always willing to help me find the parts I need. They literally go above and beyond to help you make sure that they parts you need are the right parts and sometimes not being knowledgeable of the parts I need, they're not the type to be standoffish when you're trying to explain what you need. An example of going above and beyond was my last visit when I needed a certain fastener, this one staff worker literally went through each display to find the exact type and size fastener I needed. He said, i have it in stock and if i wanted to come in tomorrow? So i made my appointment. Called 2 hours prior to my appointment for confirmation. He said, he had a cancellation and if i wanted to come earlier. I said, shootz! I'll be there!! Cheeee!! The shop is on the smaller side like mom and pops kine. But everybody was following covid protocols. Marvin is a very nice man and he knows his craft. He installed the Retrax in about an hour. After he was done he showed me how to use the Retrax.
