I haven't been to the original location in LA yet, so this was my first time trying Randy's Donuts, and it overall was good. I like the giant logo donut and all the donut offerings they have at a reasonable price. They have a drive thru or walk in (but there is no seating inside or outside which was kinda a bummer even though the inside is kinda big). I tried the Matcha Donut and my husband tried the bacon maple. Both were delicious and packed full of flavor. The worker was very nice in helping us and making recommendations. Randy's is trying a bunch of new drinks. I'm thinking I'll stick with the donuts. What was supposed to be a strawberry milk tea boba was a milk tea boba with strawberry syrup on the bottom. There was a blended option but it had more calories which I can only assume means there's an additive used to assist with the blending, so I decided to go just over ice. It doesn't work, the boba and syrup are at the bottom so it's not mixed well. The milk tea itself tasted fine, but can't really tell you how it tastes all together as I was given the thinnest straw imaginable to drink my boba. I'm home after having poured it all into my own glass and as I don't have an extra boba straw lying around I'm drinking this boba piecemeal. Not sure if this was just a service gaffe not providing the right straw, but after waiting in the drivethru for a few minutes (I was the only in the drivethru), I have my guesses. If you go, park and go in and see everything they have to offer. I will keep going for donuts though.. they are good albeit a bit pricey. read more

I love Randy's donuts. But the costumer service at this location is needing help. The menu at the drive thru lists all the donuts, even states which donuts are sold out. Upon ordering, the worker replies just a single short answer "no" to each donut I requested. None of which were listed as "sold out". It was uncomfortable how little help we received. This isn't my first time having a bad experience with customer service at this location, but today we left disappointed and donut free. read more

I am all too familiar with the Randy's donuts, location in LA which I visited countless times growing up. This is my first time visiting their one out of four relatively new locations here in Vegas. Once a month I like to treat myself to these delectable sweet treats. I recommend going anytime before 11am, so you can get the best overall selection of donuts because a lot of them do sell out fast. This location has a drive-thru which is very convenient, but I usually order them online so I can see which donuts are available at that time. Every time I've ordered here, the donuts always come out so fresh and warm with the perfect amount of sweetness. I cannot stress this enough, the maple donuts at this shop are absolutely delicious. The donuts are truly some of the best. Like traditional old school donuts and some fancy ones too. I prefer the chocolate chip cake and the hubs loves the cream filled long John. The staff is truly unfriendly and just rude. They act totally putout and when they speak you can't hear them. You thank them and they stare at you. You walk in and then continue cleaning. I love the convenience of a drive thru! I ordered a dozen donuts, a maple cream coffee, and an orange creamsicle lemonade. It came out to about $33. I got 4 chocolate frosted with sprinkles (for my kid), 2 matcha, 2 long johns, 1 Nutella, 1 maple bar, 1 maple bacon bar, and a cinnamon roll. The cake donuts from the first tier were exactly as described, basically cake in the shape of a donut - not my favorites but the menu literally state's their cake so I can't be mad. The cinnamon roll didn't look like it would have been but it was sooooooo soft! Probably my favorite one. The bacon on the maple bacon bar was still crunchy and not at all stale like other places. The maple cream coffee has that nitro-brew taste & the orange creamsicle lemonade was refreshing & perfect. Craved donuts early in the morning and ordered through Door Dash. Thankfully got my order correct, and the price was reasonable! As for the donuts - can't get enough of them since I've tried them for the first time. These donuts are fried and glazed just to my liking; they feel/taste light, which is a little dangerous because I'd want to eat more than I should. Just went through drive thru and the lady was the outmost rude!! I've never experience just a rude experience before!! I was really excited to try these donuts as I've heard great stuff. I pulled up to order and quietly for about 3 min. Once she answered "what can I help you with? I ordered a chocolate long John. She replied with we don't have any. I stated "can you let me know what chocolate donuts you have left since the menu had several donuts sold out. She went quiet again. My first time having the iconic California Randy's donuts. I really like that they have a drive thru because their lattes, cappuccinos, and other drinks are right up there with Starbucks and Dutch Bros. I got a Butter Crumb Latte because at a quick glance it seemed to be the lower calorie of the flavored lattes. It was really good and made to order in an espresso machine, not by an automated machine. The interior decor is cute and I enjoyed looking at the photos where Randy's donuts was part of movies and tv shows. They have a wall for Randy's donuts. Great photo op for those special donut days. I got a coconut donut, apple fritter, and a bear claw. I'll start with the bear claw since this was not my favorite. The flavor was there and the donut fluffy and glazed but the filling was apple cinnamon. I have never had a bear claw with apple cinnamon. In my experience, they're always like an almond paste. So I was a little disappointed because it had kind of the same flavor as the apple fritter. The apple fritter was delicious nice flavorful pieces of apple with crispy bits on the side and then fluffy doughnut. It was great. I love the amount of coconut on the coconut donut and I was amazed at how big the donut was. All of my donuts were very tasty. I will be back for some of the more fun flavors. Also I noticed the box prices which seemed pretty good for me to bring into the office for a sweet treat every now and then. Service was great. got Randy's donuts on a whim one day and decided to get like six different donuts just to try and the blueberry iced cake doughnut is by far one of our favorites. Sometimes we only get that donut because we know that we can just continue to keep eating it because it's that good but there's plenty of other good donuts too.
