I had ordered a pie to be delivered and it arrived not exactly the way I ordered it. I called the restaurant to voice my complaint and I spoke to the store manager, Joe. Not only did Joe offer to make me another pizza, he told me that he'd deliver it to my house personally, which he did within 30 minutes. I read reviews about poor service frequently, I wanted to take the time to let people know, excellent customer service still does exist. Winning the award has obviously brought in a lot of new customers wanting to try the cheesesteak, and with that comes higher expectations. My recommendation would simply be to get back to focusing on consistency, quality ingredients, and the small details that made the place stand out in the first place.
