Admittedly, I stopped in after hitting up Total Wine down the street, as I ventured from downtown STL. I wanted a specific rum that they have at the large City warehouse. Alas, it was not at this location. That said, the selection on other things is decent but it's a lot of 'one bottle only'. This place is your one stop shop for beer and booze! They have a lot of great beers and liquor from all over the globe. If you don't see what you are looking for, just ask and the friendly help will do their best to stock your brand. My only wish is for a larger cold section of beer. read more

Randall's is the place for your beer, wine and spirit needs. The prices are reasonable. Not saying they have everything but it's a large variety. I've been here a couple times to purchase Martin & Weyrich Allergro; but to my surprise they don't even carry it anymore. So I have to find something new. Looking through the large selection of beers, mix and match, mixes, wines and alcohol; I was able to grab a few things. I don't think I've ever seen so many different brands and kinds of beer. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. While waiting for her to look up the Allergo, another employee putting out beer asked if I need help. On a recent trip to the area we decided to buy liquor here instead of buying it at our local store and putting it in our checked bag. Main reason was that the price for what we wanted on their website was $52 which was just a bit more than what we can get it for locally. We got there and the price on the shelf was $61. This is my favorite wine & beer store in the Metro East. It's an unpretentious place characterized by metal shelves and cardboard boxes, not wooden racks and bottles gift bagged and wrapped in tissue paper. Today, I spent my time in the beer section, where the selection of micro-brews is amazing. There were at least four Michigan establishments represented, not just several varieties of Bell's (K'zoo), but also selections from New Holland (Holland), the highly rated Founders (Grand Rapids), and even a few brews from Dark Horse in Marshall. Need gluten-free ? In addition to the standard Red Bridge, you'll find New Grist from Wisconsin, a couple other selections from as far away as Belgium, and hard ciders by Woodchuck (Vermont), Ace (Cali), and more. Randall's is now beginning to have Lotteries for their allocated bourbon, which is a good thing. And they are competitively priced with Total Wine, another good thing. However, I'm having a problem trying to figure out why their allocated Bourbon in quantities is so low. And then you go to other local liquor stores whom have more allocated bourbon (in terms of quantity) but with extremely high aftermarket prices. read more

I love shopping at Randall's. The selection is amazing and the prices are extremely competitive. While I have had many friends recommend that I try going to Friar Tucks instead I typically find myself returning to Randall's due to the lower prices. Inside you will find a no-frills warehouse of all things alcohol, however, this is a good thing as it allows them to focus on saving you more money than having a fancier store. No matter what you are looking for Randall's has you covered, from a case of Stag or Colt 45 (not that I'd drink it) all the way to the fanciest bottle of wine, they have it! Randall's also have nearly all of Saint Louis covered too, considering your location they are probably within a short 15-minute drive away with locations in the Saint Louis, West County, and North County. read more

Poor customer service. I placed an order online. They sat on my order for five days with no updates or communication, then cancelled it abruptly with no explanation. I e-mailed to ask why, and they said they had trouble verifying my billing and shipping addresses. It would have been nice if they reached out to me to try to resolve that, rather than just cancelling my order after almost a week. Oh well. I wish I could say they have absolutely, positively everything, but alas, no one in this area sells Yuengling. It's not their fault, I understand, they do not distribute in this state. Other than my beloved, delicious Yuengling, they do have everything I could ever want...from an alcohol standpoint. I'm in love with anything licorice flavored -- Pernod and Ouzo being my two favorites and they have both. BEER! You've officially hit the mother load. They have it all. Recently, there has been an influx of Deutsches and Kona in this area. I love to see new beers distributing around here, although I had already tried both while living in Alaska. Their wine selection looks to be superior to most places around here. Unfortunately, I have yet to give it a good, hard look. Let me not forget the best part -- I have yet to come here when they aren't sampling something. It's tasty and free! You can't beat it. read more

Wish I could give them negative stars. Worst customer service ever. Called the store to see if they had a specific brand in stock, and the lady who answered seemed to go out of her way to be rude to me. Apparently they were celebrating their 20th anniversary and made it very clear to me she had no time to help me and then hung up on me. Randall's is my favorite liquor store. They have a large variety of beer, wine and spirits. Their beer selection is outstanding. Last fall I was looking for Bell's Hopslam and one of the clerks went in the back and found two six packs for me. No one else had it in stock. My only wish is that they sold kegs but I can live with that. read more

This is easily the cleanest and most well organized liquor store I have ever been to. They have a huge variety of liquor and beer and it is all set up in a well so that it is easy to find. There were three registers working at one time, and they seem to need it because there were quite a few people in the store. They didn't have the one particular beer I was looking for, but it allowed me to try some more local brews. They seemed to carry everything from one brewery. After all the hassle of trying to contact Randall's, I was left a phone message saying that my order would NOT be processed. 8 days later, my credit card was charged, and a bottle of liquor was shipped out. Again, this was after I was told that the order would not be processed (which means I had placed my order with another company, and therefore received an order of alcohol that I no longer wanted or needed). I went through the same calling routine again. I called multiple times between Jan 7th and Jan 12th. Finally, on Jan 12th, I was able to speak with someone. This person told me I was exaggerating about the number of times I had called, that I was wrong in saying my calls were not picked up during business hours (I MUST have been calling off-hours). When I told him all of the voicemails were full I and was unable to leave messages he had no comment. I explained that I was a very unhappy customer, and had wasted an extraordinary amount of time trying to contact the store. I asked for a refund on the merchandise, and told him under no circumstances would I waste a second more of my time - that I would not participate in any way in the liquor being shipped back. This was the company's mistake, and they should rectify it. I was told I would receive a call back 2 days later (on Monday) - shockingly, no one contacted me. read more

I only asked the female cashier why do you have a attitude towards me. Her response was I don't have a attitude but I can show you a attitude in a very loud and threatening manner. They would not answer any of my questions and treated me as if I was an idiot for asking them! I work at a large entertainment company and we regularly throw client parties and also weekly happy hours for the staff. Wanted to try this company out.
