They had 2 sessions for the wine tasting - the first hour was with the winemaker and after that, people were free to stop in to do the tasting at the own pace. It's a small space, so with people lingering after the first tasting, things were pretty cozy, but we found a spot to squeeze in at the bar. The bartender was very nice and got us through the tasting quickly. I would definitely come back to do another tasting again sometime or just order a glass of wine a la carte! I had never tried anything like that before! I don't know if I could down a shot of it, but I could see this being a good addition to an espresso-flavored cocktail. But we also got to see the small distillery, and we were taken to the back where the barrels were. There's not a whole lot to see because Still 630 is a small operation.
