My wife and I where looking for a new Ranger A few months ago we went to the dealer ship and everything was going Great until they went to appraise are Lincoln Corsair.. while appraising they broke are Sunroof Sun Shade they jerked it back braking the clips and damaging the the cloth. and tried to blame it on it was broke before you came crap.. We walked out!! We bought a new truck from West Way Ford. Sorry Misty you lost that sale.. Last weekend I took my F150 King Ranch in for service at Rockwall thinking They cared about Service still. 1 Recall, and Oil Change and a Alignment. I get a text you need Brakes and Coolant changed and " Brake fluid Flushed ?? Okay do the coolant flush.. prior to the service I asked how much it was going to cost before the coolant flush.. Around 200.00.. the coolant flush was 150.00 they tried to jack up the cost to over 400.00 I called them out on this and they reduced the price.. After all the service was done I picked it up and was driving home and notice my steering wheel was at 8 and 2 and the truck was all over the road.. I took it back and told them about it. and requested the alignment sheet they said it was all in Green Ya right!! they realigned it and it was way off in almost every wheel.. It took them over 2 HR More of my time for them to correct it. and then they finally did a test drive on it to make sure it was right. That should had been done before they said it was ready the first time. I called today to talk to a service manger he was supposed to call me back but never did the service rep call with a bunch of excuses.. They don't care about the customer.. Buy From some other Dealer That Cares about the Customer.. 6/29/26

To be clear, salesperson Michael Joyce was excellent--professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I initially worked with him on Friday, March 20, and nothing that followed reflects on him. The issue arose in the finance office. After waiting roughly 3 hours, I met with the finance manager (forgot his name). Early in the conversation, he made inappropriate personal disclosures, including discussing his role as a pastor and firing an assistant pastor due to an incident/ military combat PTSD. This was unprofessional and irrelevant. I came in pre-approved through USAA at a competitive rate (my credit score is in the high 700s to low 800s). I made it clear I would only consider dealership financing if they could beat my terms. After reviewing their offer, I declined and chose to proceed with my own lender. At that point, the finance manager stepped away briefly, then returned and said they could no longer complete the deal, claiming the dealership would "lose $3,000" if I didn't use their financing. This contradicts the agreed-upon out-the-door price finalized with the sales team, including sales manager Ivan. The deal was effectively withdrawn solely because I refused their financing. This suggests the pricing was contingent on backend profit from financing--something that was never disclosed upfront. I would not recommend this dealership. Be cautious: agreed pricing may not be honored unless you accept their financing.
