Joey did mention people usually give him a blank check like the city of San Antonio did to light up the Alamo. The next day, we decided to contact him to cancel the free display for the sake of not wasting his time. He displayed immature behavior and decided leave our text messages as "read." He behaves like a toddler and upset that we canceled the first time. After giving them a multitude of changes, I can honestly say I would not allow them to touch…read moreanyting on my property. Our first experience was when I had them wire a 50 amp rv outlet on our house. With in two days, the breaker exploded, becasue they had installed the wrong brand breaker into the breaker box, causing the entire box for the house to explode. Luckly, nobody was hurt, and it didnt casue a fire. I called, and they let me know that they had fired the electrition that had come out, and send a different person out, who replaced the entire panel in the house. I than had them out to run 6 RV boxes, and set up a new, 400amp service for a commercial property. They qouted me a 2 day turn around time, and let me know they would handle everything, which seemed great. All seemed good, untill we got the City inspection report back, and failed. Not only had they attempted to submit this as a residental project, which it wasnt, they installed two seperate boxes, a 150, and a 200 amp service to try and avoid having to get permits for a comercial service. After, a literal year, we finally passed inspection. This all leads us up to my most recient challenge. One of the boxes they installed stopped working properly, so I went to take a look, to find it completly fried. I called a licenced electrition (not them) to take a look, and we quickly found the issue. None of the plugs had ground wires run to them. They just left that hole blank, which meant that there was no way to trip the breaker if it surges, causing it to explode. The new electritians exact words were "oh my god, this is how people die". I now, have a multi thousand dollar repair on my hand, but on the bright side, nobody died.

All were prompt in their responses and provided well written proposals. Only Grayzer included the cost of a permit in their proposal. Further a friend had their wall panel upgraded and their Tesla Wall Connector installed by Grayzier and recommended them highly. After looking at the reviews for the different certified installers, and given that a permit is required in my town to install an EV charger, I went with Grayzer. They provided a date and service window ( a week in advance of my appointment ) and the electrician, Max, pinged me about an hour prior to his arrival. I showed Max my ideal location for the Tesla Wall Connector and he was able to accommodate without having to cut away any drywall or running conduit outside the wall ( YMMV ). Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He took the information/pictures required by Tesla and by my town's permitting authority, commissioned the Wall Connector, showed my how to add it to the Tesla Application on my iPhone and verified that it was charging at the specified rate (48 amps). He was happy to answer any questions I might have, and I am just delighted by the service and work done. I would recommend highly to friends, neighbors, et al.
