I love this place! It is an authentic family-owned Mexican restaurant with the best chips and salsa! I try something new every time I stop by but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Service is always extremely fast and the staff is so great and very attentive. Whether it is a Monday afternoon or Friday night, the vibes here are always just right.

This was my second time here and I plan to keep coming back. It's a bit of a drive from my place but it's been worth it both times. It can get very busy here at dinner time so go right after work or treat yourself to lunch. We were given a friendly welcome and seated immediately. It has a traditional Mexican restaurant vibe. The chips and salsa came out quickly. The salsa was very flavorful. I had the cheese filled enchiladas verde. It comes with beans and rice. It is truly an outstanding plate. The green sauce had a rich flavor and there was a tiny little cabbage like salad on the plate as well. I had a very well made margarita. I did not order the house but rather The Original Margarita. It's made with Cointreau and fresh squeezed limes....the way it should be made. Such a lovely addition to my lovely meal. We all enjoyed our food and felt well taken care of. They have a good size parking lot too so it makes it easy. I can't wait for my next visit. Do yourself a favor and get in here.

Now that we are in phase 2, this and most restaurants have reopened with 25% seating. It was good to be back. Service was excellent and the food was outstanding with all dishes stuffed with meat. The staff were all wearing masks and completed thorough table, seat , and menu cleaning between guests. Our meal consisted of an appetizer, large combo, soda, and margarita. The total was just north of $50.00. I suppose this will be the new normal as costs have risen and there is limited capacity. Still loved the meal but will have to limit how often we go out. For sure we'll be coming back here though.

Love this little gem, don't drive too fast on NW Blvd you might miss it! We have visited before, but were in the area and decided to pop in for a bite to eat. Service was fantastic as always....our order was quickly taken and drinks were served. Food is tasty and hot. Salsa is yummy! Check this place out!

Honestly, I was a little surprised to have our main hostess be American AF, but she was lovely. For a moment, my companion was balking at the prices because she has a small appetite, but she literally walked out with enough for three more meals and enjoyed every single one. I found their pico de gallo a little too sweet for my taste, yet, the guac was nice. I might hesitate to order to go/for delivery, though I'm sure I'll stop by again.

The lights above the booths were made with sombreros- charming. I had a basic Margarita and it was nicely balanced. The salsa with the chips was very hot so we asked if they had a milder salsa and they did. We split a #5 Combo that had a shredded beef burrito and a chili relleno. It was served with refried beans (delicious) and rice (better than most). A couple of notes... sour cream ($2.95 extra) and guacamole ($3.95) were add ons if you wanted them. They also charge $2.00 per basket of chips after the first. We didn't need another, just noticed it at the bottom of the menu. Street tacos were good, served in double corn tortillas. The shredded beef was very moist and good. The chili relleno was really good, very cheesy. Our server was prompt and friendly, checking back to see how things were. The menu prices were above what I expected but the food was very good.

How wrong I was!!! We found this place on Yelp and it looked like a winner...4.7stars and right next to our hotel. We dined on a Saturday night and the place was packed...we got the last open table. I really loved the decorations inside- colorful, festive, and some really neat Dia De Los Muertos styled paintings. Our server was great and went through the menu...lots of selections. I wasn't super hungry so I got 3 street tacos (1 al pastor, 1 carnitas and 1 tinga). My son got an al pastor quesadilla and my wife got pollo tacos. The chips and salsa were good and held us over until the food came. When the food came they also brought out 3 more salsas in squeeze bottles and all of these were great too. All 3 of my street were very flavorful and all incredibly tender. Sometimes chicken and carnitas can be pretty bland but not here...these were exactly what I was looking for. My family loved their food as well and we left wishing we had a Los Habaneros Taqueria back in AZ! When I was paying for our meal at the cashier several people were picking up to go meals and heard we were from AZ visiting and both parties said we found the best spot in Spokane for Mexican food. I don't doubt them for a minute...this was dynamite.

The ambience is perfect.. festive but sleek with an upscale nod! We started the evening with some margaritas all around... spicy, grilled pineapple and regular all of which were delicious! The chips were crisp and the salsa incredible with the perfect spice and chunkiness. They also have a guacamole that is fresh and bursting with flavor... incredible! Since moving here 7 years ago from the pacific southwest I am always on the hunt for a fish taco that will rival what we believe are the best fish tacos ever and I think I have finally found that here at Mole. It was a great mix of cabbage, pico de gallo, pickled onions and grilled pineapple salsa. I am in heaven! Also ordered at our table were the fajitas which were delicious, flavorful and more than enough food to be shared by 2. It was a great evening in every way and we will absolutely be back for more fish tacos!

Totally understandable, but our second server couldn't have cared less about our dining experience. We had to ask for a salsa and chip refill six times before it arrived at our table- I wish I was kidding. Our dirty appetizer dishes, plates and drink glasses sat on the table our entire meal, and no one came back to check on us. We also had to flag down our server when we wanted to order our dinner, more drinks, and ask for more water. Most disappointing of all, our graduation party, that no one asked us about, had 8 people meaning this awful service got tipped 18%. I completely understand having automatic gratuity on large parties, but the service needs to be worth that 18% if you're going to charge it. This was our first and last time at Molé. The food and drinks truly were good, but the bad service outweighs the good eats.

The food was amazing, the people were great, and I was excited to come back. Yesterday, my girlfriend and I planned a date night and decided to order from here again. Since we have kids, we did pickup. We drove about 25 minutes, then waited another 25 minutes because the line was packed which I didn't mind because the food was that good the first time. But this time? Completely different experience. I ordered a bean burrito with cheese... and it had no beans. Just rice and cheese in a tortilla. Then the nachos, honestly, for $27, this was unacceptable. Dry chips, unmelted cheese, some tomatoes thrown on top, no meat, no beans just thrown together with no care. It looked and tasted like an afterthought. What made it worse is the lack of accountability. I tried calling multiple times last night and again this morning no answer. Calls just ring or don't go through. I even tried calling from different numbers. Nothing. At this point, it's not even about the money it's the principle. Mistakes happen, but not being able to reach anyone or have them make it right is frustrating. I really wanted to keep supporting this place because the first experience was great, but this completely missed the mark. If you go, just be aware the quality and consistency might not be what you expect.

When we walked in we were pretty much greeted right away and sat immediately and were given lunch and beverage menus. As we looked over the menu, a server brought us warm chips and salsa and took our drink order. Drinks were served quickly and so was our order. I got the taco salad with traditional ground beef and my friend ordered the 2 enchiladas combo meal, one with ground beef and the other with chicken. Food arrived pretty quick and both plates were hot and looked super fresh. My taco salad shell had a great cook to it, not overly crunchy hurting your gums but definitely not soggy either. It was a perfect tender crunch. Visually the lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheeses were bright, crisp, and really fresh. The ground beef was flavorful and not overly seasoned and I loved that it was still juicy, not greasy. Although it was a simple taco salad, each ingredient stood out on its own and the fresh guac and sour cream complimented the meal well making for a nice lunch. My friend said the enchilada meal is a fav and also favored the ground beef vs the chicken. However, it's worth noting the chicken was good too but today it seemed like the ground beef was on point for the both of us. For being lunch time, there were quite a few tables of lunch-goers but oddly the ambience was chill and the noise level was low. We had 2 different servers taking care of our table and had no issues whatsoever. We'll be back again!
