The waitress was super friendly and gave off a positive vibe. We went for breakfast. The menu is super big! There are so many options. I ended up getting an egg white omelette with all vegetables and home fries and my other half got the corn beef hash meal with biscuit and gravy. I would definitely recommend going as this was a spur of the moment breakfast that we ended up going to and I'm glad we did.

Hard biscuits , terrible

Biscuits hard as hell , terrible . Who eats hard biscuits ? I took a chance even tho I read the bad reviews and it's true . This is not the first review about hard biscuits .... Is the is restaurant even trying ?

So we ate this morning at the ranch house. The food was home made and delicious. The gravy and biscuits are a tad doughy but large filling and tasty. If your looking for a good breakfast slight of cooking yourself I recommend to try ranch house.

Silver Dollars with Bacon -- kids menu.

This morning we went for breakfast and it was pretty good. We ordered the Greek omelet, eggs Benedict, and kids silver dollar pancakes and bacon. They start you off with coffee that is boiling hot, which I love, but it was so watery nothing could save it. We did ask for a different batch, the waitress said it's all made the same so it wouldn't make a difference -- not premium service, but we went with it. The omelette was delish, full of fresh veggies, feta, and you can opt for gyro meat in it as well, which we did and it's a must if you order the Greek omelette. The eggs Benedict was just ok for me, the eggs were cooked perfectly, with an amazing running yoke, but the hollandaise sauce on top had almost a sour taste to it that I found off putting. The children's plates were the cutest ever, expecting circular silver dollar pancakes, and to receive the little animals made the kids so happy. Overall the restaurant was exactly what you would expect from an older diner; it's quiet with regulars at the counter, and that mom and pop feel that makes you comfy. We would gladly return, and I would try something new from the extensive menu.

A town and country institution. I've driven by this place a thousand times and never once gone in. So one Sunday morning, after staying at the Beau's home, we opted to go here for breakfast. He apparently used to go here when he was a kid. Opening the door was like stepping back in time. It is most certainly a greasy spoon, but that's fine. The place hasn't been updated in 30 years but the food is good and the service is amazing. We both had breakfast food, I ordered their skillet and ate nearly every bite of it except for the potatoes, the man ordered eggs, bacon and french toast. Mind you, it said 3 pieces of french toast. Most places that'd get you three triangles, right? Nope here, it was 3 whole pieces of french toast and that stuff was amazing. The coffee was kept full and hot. Will I be back? You know I will.

New to the area during COVID The restaurant is dated but the food was delish! Service was great and they practiced their cleanliness routine by wiping down menus and S& P My husband and I were have a cheat day and shared the SOS and Texano Hash with 2 poached eggs.

The coffee shop is actually connected to some kitchen store and there is a nice little gift shop to browse while you wait on your beverage being prepared. The line to order was to the door, but the staff took orders quickly and efficiently. I'm a huge fan of drip coffee and always judge a coffee shop by how they prepare this simple, yet flavorful beverage. The Perfect Press Coffee lives up to its name- their drip coffee is smooth, bold, and flavorful. I love it!

Inside this winding housing development, you'll find a small shopping plaza-gasoline on one end, dry cleaners on the other... and in between those bookends, a string of small businesses. And behind the door with all the flowers around it: Perfect Press Coffee. It's a hopping and popping kind of place. I've been there twice in the last year-and it's busy. It's a fun mix of neighborhood moms with strollers-people stopping on the way to or from work-and a few remote work workers-who thrive in the happy buzz of a booming business. To the right when you walk in: coffee, tea and sweet and/or savory small bites. There's bench seating along the wall, several small tables and two little couches in the middle. The decor is cute, cozy, modern and slightly caffeinated. It's not a huge place but it's super popular. There are tables out front on the sidewalk, too. It's busy, but the skilled baristas keep things moving. On this most recent trip, I tried the ube matcha-my first. I liked it! There were lots of tempting pastries, etc-but I had a lunch date coming up, so I stuck to just the beverage. If you decide to stop in, bonus: this business shares space with a fun kitchen store that has everything from gourmet salts and oils-fun towels and mugs-and all sorts of other items. I should have bought the cola flavored candy bar. Next time! Yes, the parking lot is a little hectic-but be patient, it comes and goes in waves-you'll get a spot. Oh! And really nice restrooms. This is worth a stop and shop. I'll be back for round three.

I had the opportunity to stop by last week with some co-workers while we were all running low on some caffeine and was extremely happy with finding Leads Coffeehouse. Located where some might call the "Cusp of South Tampa" (no - actually, no one calls it that and realistically it's only self-proclaimed branding is what's happening here), Leads Coffeehouse is right off North Himes Avenue, paralleling the main drag of Dale Mabry. It does seem like it's in the neighborhood cuts, but that is arguably a part of the appeal of Leads Coffee. The shop does not make itself apparent - whether you're driving by or deliberately looking for it. The signs seem to indicate a Guzman Law Firm, along with Networking Leads - which seem to be some sort of co-working space. However, if you look closely at the sign - you will notice the coffeehouse in fine print. Even as you are walking up, the coffeehouse appears hidden in plain sight - almost like a speakeasy, but for coffee, i.e. legalized crack for daywalkers. There is a parking lot for the venue, however the spaces are rather limited. Inside, you will find a very inviting space with home-y decor and color palettes to match. The seating appears very conducive for study and small work gatherings. Aside from that, I found the postal card mailbox extremely interesting and I will definitely come back here to take advantage of this offering. There is a "traditional" coffee menu with specialized drinks, along with a seasonal bevvie list. Additionally, you can order small eats and baked goods. The baristas and servers are extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, Leads Coffeehouse is ultimately a great coffee shop to bring friends, family, and co-workers to share company with!

I'm happy to say, that ten years later, I'm still a fan and a regular. Staying power indeed! More than just a coffee house, they feature great breakfast and lunch items. My personal faves are still the low-carb scramble, when you don't feel like all that extra bread, and their French toast--when you want bread and then some! I'll say this about their French toast--as it's classic as you're going to get. Four golden slices of perfectly battered pieces of toast smothered in syrup. Nothing extra, no frills. Just that pure French toast as its finest--and as I often say if basic is done right it doesn't need to be messed with (unless you are feeling like something extra, then by all means!). They're also one of the only coffeehouses I know who does have Amaretto and Macadamia flavors on hand. My fave is the Amaretto latte (hot) or I go for White Chocolate Macadamia for something a little different. Staff here is great, always friendly and greeting me with a smile--some I've known for maybe those nine or ten years! A neighborhood fave for sure! Nowadays I only eat outside because Muffin is now a constant guest who comes along with me as part of the tradition. Luckily there's always plenty of outdoor seats!
