After he gave me his quote, I told him, "Okay, I'll get back to you. I have to get my other quotes." His response was, "F*** this. I knew you were wasting my time," and he walked away. I was shocked by the reaction. I had never told him that I was definitely hiring him, and I don't think there is anything unusual about getting more than one estimate before deciding who to hire. Later, after I told him that if he speaks to all of his customers the way he spoke to me I was surprised he gets any business at all, he responded by calling me a "scumbag" and saying he knew I was one from our phone conversation. I can only describe my own experience, but based on the way I was spoken to both in person and afterward by THE OWNER , I would not use this business or recommend it to others. They don't even deserve one star. But there was choice for zero stars

Found Junk Depot here on Yelp (although their scouts had noticed we had the bags next to the driveway and had left flyers the day before!), talked to Leo, got quoted a price we couldn't refuse and they picked the bags up within HOURS and did the job in minutes. Not in 3 days like WM but in 3 hours. Stress. Free. Service. Like Leo said; "We leave no bag left behind."
