My car arrived on 12/4. He contacted me on 12/5. Again no mention of damage. When I arrived at 5:15 12/5 I saw apparent front and rear damage. When I asked Matthew he showed me photos of the front and bottom of my car dated 12/4 at 3:29. When I asked about the back he said "Oh I don't know how that happened". He then sent a younger kid out to take a photo of the back. I asked for screenshots of the pictures. He texted the photos to me and tried to send the rear damage as well. Also when I received the estimate to approve the charges it was $147. When I received the another estimate it said I approved over $1000. You can see Matthew's photos are 12/4 3:27 with an iphone, my photo is 12/5 5:22 using a Samsung. Then the teen takes a photo at 5:29 with aniPhone, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Very shady business

I cannot imagine they are in business with such a horrible behavior. I think they are not honest with their customers and overcharge for things they do not do.
