The Company has refused to address ongoing issues with Leaks, inoperable Leaking, Sticking front Doors. The Company is just a Barrier between the Property Owner John Dilks and the Tenants. We have been waiting for 3 years to get decaying front Doors Replaced and they keep telling us the Replacements are too expensive and all they are willing to do under the owners direction is to Bondo and Paint. Lets Face it with a Property that is over 60 years old your anticipated replacement has far exceeded, the return on the investment has been tenfold. The maintenance charges are exorbitant and its probably time for an audit to actually see where the $$$ is going. It's really a shame that These Companies can coexist amongst the Community who represent themselves as Community Banners and do actually nothing to improve the Community for which they were established to help preserve.

The rent was $500 when you guys "took over the portfolio". You guys jacked the price up so high in such a short amount of time that it is absolutely in no way a reasonable price. If you deem it unrentable then no one should be paying $1,950 for it. That's absurd. I called a total of 5 times in the span of a month and left a voicemail every single time. I was never even once able to reach a live person. So check your messages and you will have all the record you need. You guys were 100% aware of the condition of the home. Not only did you demand tons of photos of the inside and outside of the home every 6ish Months but you also did several walk throughs inside and outside. Each time you guys deemed it rentable. Edit: I really liked them but I feel like they took advantage of us moving out. We hired someone to clean our apartment, did a walk through with management, got the everything looks good... Then was charged cleaning fees. We were too nice moving in there were nails left all over the apartment and it really wasnt that clean but we would of cleaned anyway and didnt want to come off high maintenance. We thought they would be happy with how clean the apartment was. And the whole time we lived there we asked them to fix the fire place and put a screen in the back window and they ignored us.
