I'm a bit of a noodle nerd, especially when it comes to ramen, and I've tried many different styles over the years. Unfortunately, the ramen here didn't impress me. The broth was missing the depth of flavor that makes a great bowl of ramen stand out,it just didn't have that "wow" factor or really hit the spot. On the positive side, the rolls and appetizers were tasty, the service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, because the ramen was the main reason I came, I don't see myself coming back.
This is my go-to ramen/sushi spot. Usually when people want ramen, I prefer coming here because there are so many more delicious options. As someone who prefers sushi, this is my kinda joint spot. The dragon balls are worth getting everytime, as well as the salmon lovers roll. The salmon is fresh and high quality considering the price. The bill is never crazy which makes this a spot I'll keep coming back to. Servers are always super attentive and sweet. Clean establishment as well. It can get busy in here sometimes though, so get here early.

Last time we went it took a little longer but it came out sizzling and fresh. Price point is a little higher but you get a salad now. Service most recently was slow with getting water and our kids spam musubi's took longer than our kabayaki's to come out but I gave them grace since they were really busy. Overall, enjoyed our meal. Our kids love this place. Nice option to have lots of appetizer options, ramen and sushi.
The place is pretty small but very nicely decorated. The services was good and the staff was very on top of everything. They have a deal where you can add a on items to a ramen purchase for 5 or 8 dollars. We did the 8 and got the specialty roll angrytail. I didn't care for it too much.. it was nice and spicy though. The gyozas were by far my favorite. The dipping sauce went well with it. The spicy ramen wasn't very spicy and it was a little bland... I had to add soy sauce and garlic which vastly improved it. The noodles were cooked perfectly and had a great texture. I would still come back again and try a different roll and ramen. Wish I could rate 3.5
This is a cozy place that can get crowded during peak hours so I would recommend getting here right before it gets busy. The staff is helpful and attentive. We ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen and black ramen. Spicy Tonkotsu- This has a pork broth base that has a good amount of spice. The chashu is juicy and tender. Wood ear mushrooms, bean sprouts, green onion, and seaweed add a variety of textures and flavors. Finished with a creamy soft-boiled egg. Black Ramen- The black garlic flavor is strong and makes the pork broth base extra savory. Chashu is tender. Topped with wood ear mushrooms, bean sprouts, green onion, and seaweed that complement the broth. Can never go wrong with the soft-boiled egg. Great hearty meal, especially on a chilly day!

Decided to-go was the best move and I give them all stars for how bomb this all tastes as a to-go meal. I was worried the sushi would get warm and noodles would get too soggy but they package everything just right so all that isn't a worry. This place always hits and most definitely worth it.
I was craving sushi and my niece wanted soup so she found this place nearby for lunch. She ended up getting spicy ramen with a California roll while I opted for unagi with a chef's choice sushi. Everything came out quick, hot and delicious. The unagi was served sizzling on a hot plate with broccolini, and was served with a side of cucumbers, rice, and salad. The restaurant is in a strip mall so there isn't a problem finding parking. The servers were also pretty attentive too. I would definitely come back!
Sunday lunch, a few people inside but not busy. Ordered a tonkotsu and a habanero miso. Pretty hearty bowls for around 14 bucks. Soft boil eggs with pork or ground meat. Habanero wasn't crazy spicy but will kick you in the throat. Tokotsu was standard. Overall I think this place is sufficient for a ramen fix but not anything to rave about. Cheaper than other ramen places in the area
Craving ramen in a cloudy day and this was the closest to us. Came during a weekday lunch hour. Opted for the tonkatsu ramen and added the karaage as a side for $1 and a side of fries and extra noodles to share with my toddler. We finished it all, broth was delicious, karaage was cooked just right. Staff was really nice.
The food is very delicious it's fresh it's tasty the customer service was great we had like three people wait on us I was greeted immediately that ambiance is nice and quiet I had the restaurant to myself it was a very pleasant evening
I came here on a friday and it was so chill! The food came out quick and hot. Our server Jerry was so nice and kind, super good customer service :) The ramen had an amazing taste and the sushi (especially the salmon) was super yummy. For three ramens and 1 roll it came out to ~$56 which was super reasonable! Come to this spot for a good experience and food!
If you are looking for a restaurant that is calm, small and serving fire ramen Ramen Mura in Orange is my top choice! Yehju was the most amazing server and helped me enjoy my food and the restaurant as an experience.

Looking for a ramen spot for lunch, we stumbled upon this small hole-in-the-wall restaurant. The place was a little packed, and service was a bit slow. It took about 10 minutes to get our order, and our waiter only came by once before we were ready to leave. My vegan ramen, however, was really tasty. I'd come back to try it again, but I'd probably avoid going during a busy weekend when it's more crowded. read more

Restaurant was clean and tables well set. Came at 3 PM so not many people were there. Service was fast and servers were kind and attentive. The food was fair. Not bad, not amazing, just around the "OK" range. Spicy tonkatsu ramen was not very spicy. Soup base wasn't as rich and flavorful as I would have liked it. Noodles were cooked to a good chewiness in my opinion. Chashu pieces weren't very tender, but had good fat content. As with the food as a whole, it was okay, acceptable, and fair. For $14 I'd say that I'm willing to spend a little more to eat at a better ramen place I'd rate this place a 5.5/10 (0 - absolutely terrible, 10 - extremely amazing) Nothing that stands out. Nothing wrong either. More or less the definition of "mid". read more
This place usually has a line, but if you go early enough of during off peak hours you'll be served quickly and efficiently. The staff are always friendly and the quality of the food is very consistent. My wife picked up the vegan yasai ramen which is a ginger mushroom broth base, while I ordered the standard spicy tonkotsu. If you come during lunch their $1 special is an incredible deal, if you come after lunch then their other add on deals are still definitely worth it! We shared an additional rainbow roll which was an assortment of their salmon, tuna and or yellow tail with a crab combination. A great deal and option if you wanted to try all their fish. The ambiance is very nice and easy going, a small quaint space with lines and tables moving quickly even if you're outside waiting. Definitely a worth while spot if you're looking for sushi or ramen! read more

The ramen here is pretty solid, and the combos they have are hella worth it. I ended up getting the black ramen and combo's it with the jalapeño poppers which were so filling and spicy. My friends order did end up getting messed up where she had asked for tofu instead of minced beef in her ramen since she is a vegetarian, but they brought out the ramen with the beef. They did replace her ramen though with the tofu after though!! If you are looking to try a new ramen place, I'd definitely recommend trying this place out! read more
Friendly service with delicious sushi and Ramen. I loved the black sesame Ramen which, apparently, the broth is cooked for 16 hours. It was super flavourful and not salty like most Ramen places. The sun-kissed rolls were also well made as it was a good mixture of both salmon and tuna. I was never a fan of Japanese Ramen, but this place made me change my mind. It's a small restaurant with limiting seating, but easy to find. Would recommend if you're in the area~ read more

This is one of my favorite restaurants to get a quick lunch! The service is always pleasant and fast. It can get full pretty quick since the restaurant is pretty small but its never been a problem. Everytime we visit, the food is so fresh and piping hot. Wonderful for this rainy time of year. Looking for a place to eat, and ramen was the chosen dish. We ended up here at Ramen Mura about an hour before they closed. We were seated right away, as they were winding down for the night. As we waited for our food, we got the sesame balls, which were nice and fresh. I think it may have been the owner who dropped it off at our table. He was really nice. The goods: *Unagi Bowl *Black Ramen *Miso Ramen We liked what we got, had no complaints. I could only muster half of the dish, I don't normally eat rice on the daily, let alone late at night. The cousins enjoyed the ramen as well. I tasted the Black Ramen and I must say, it is a pretty close match to my favorite place in San Diego!! Pricing is pretty good for this place being in OC! It's a smaller restaurant with a casual ambiance, and I can see it getting super busy during peak times. I am keeping this one bookmarked for sure. Ramen season is upon us, so I will most likely be back when I'm in the area and it's cold outside! =) read more
Pretty solid spot next to Chapman! Clean, plenty of parking, seating, and quick service! Good music and a great place to stop by for lunch with friends. Was looking for a quick bite close by and found ramen mura. They had lunch specials of 50% off specialty rolls with the purchase of a ramen and other +$1 add ons (Mon-Fri until 3pm). We ordered a shoyu ramen, salmon roll, and chashu rice bowl. The chashu rice bowl had a lot of rice, furikake, sesame seeds, corn, broccoli, ginger, and lots of bite size charshu pieces that were crispy, chewy and well seasoned. Good portion and pricing ! The ramen broth was flavorful with chewy egg noodles and tender charshu, fresh bean sprouts, and crunchy wood ear mushroom. The sushi roll did not taste like real imitation crab, but was decent for the 50% off! The servers checked up on us and even gave us complimentary sesame balls :) would def recommend stopping by for a quick eat if you're around the area! read more

We were craving some ramen after playing golf all day. We found this place on the way home and decided to give it a try. It was wednesday dinner time we were able to get seated immediately. Its a small quaint restaurant with very quick services. We ordered the black ramen and tonkotsu. I liked the black ramen alot it was very garlicky with a deep umami from the pork broth. The tonkotsu was good but i felt like the black garlic gave the broth more umph. I wouldn't definitely come back for the black ramen! read more
Such a nice place to go when you are craving some ramen. Tried this place out last night with my husband and I must say I love how they make you feel welcomed. The ramen was really good. It wasn't so much so it was a perfect bite for when you don't want to feel full or just feel full enough that you can enjoy your bowl. Their sesame chicken was hands down super juicy if I could I'd definitely go for seconds on that. Well and all this place was a gem . Perfect location , the atmosphere gives off a warm hug .
