The flavors of the broth and how creamy and refreshing it is while still keep you full keep me coming back. I loveee their egg and how jammy and flavorful it is. Customer Service: At the entrance, someone already assisted us to get our seat. I've been a regular at this location and usually enjoy my visits. However, I had a disappointing experience recently. I brought a small kids meal for my child, who is a very picky eater and doesn't eat ramen, so we could all enjoy a meal together. We were asked to leave because of the outside food, and the staff mentioned the owners "did not care about anything." As a loyal customer and parent, this was upsetting. I understand policies are in place, but I wish there was a bit more understanding or flexibility for families with young children. It's great they offer pictures and explanations of everything because this type of menu can be intimidating to some! I opted for the Kimchi Ramen because I wanted something with a kick and I also love kimchi. The bowl arrived pretty quickly and it was steaming hot! I added some red pepper flakes and sesame seeds which were both available at the table. It definitely had a kick (in my opinion but I don't think it takes much) but it had great flavor as well, which is exactly what I wanted. I drove out to Lewisville trying to eat at another Ramen joint. They close down in the middle of the day, and even though I showed up an hour before closing, they were not taking anyone else for lunch. Thoroughly disappointed, yelp came to the rescue. There were only a few people dining in at the time, but they seem to do a good takeout business. The staff was friendly and my order was taken promptly. In no time, I had a LARGE bowl of spice miso sitting in front of me. They come in two sizes and assumed they brought me the larger option. I was not charged more, so I am assuming it was the regular, which was substantial. The noodles were firm, which I enjoy. The broth was thick and satisfying, sticking to the noodles. There were sprouts, corn, woodear mushrooms, green onion, half an egg, chashu, and chili paste. They don't have an option to add bok choy, but I was happy to have the mushrooms and the chashu was cooked perfectly. My only complaint with the food was it was not spicy. It looked like a lot of chili paste, but it didn't bring the heat. I added pepper and togarashi, and it was still very mild. I may have a good tolerance for heat, but this was MILD. It was tasty though. The service was a BIT too attentive. I was asked no less than 5 times by three different people if I was doing alright, and I wasn't there long. That irritates me a bit, but it is better than sitting around all day waiting on the check. I enjoyed my experience. read more
