I've lived here for three months and have despised coming home every single day! Lets start with the noise. I'm on the 4th floor which is the top floor. You can hear the neighbors below blaring their music and having marital qualms. You can hear the neighbors beside you, children playing, loud women arguing. You can even hear TVs that probably aren't even remotely loud to the person actually watching. You can hear the constant slamming of doors and feel the floors when someone is walking nearby. It's the worst. Next we will talk about the apartment itself. There is no hot water nor have I ever had really hot water during my stay. I can let the shower run for an hour and the water will never steam. Same goes for the bathroom and kitchen sinks. The dishwasher is very outdated and small. The carpets are very cheap. The only plus for this apartment is there's plenty of space for a one bedroom. It even has a small second bedroom that they label as a studio even though it has a closet. The bathroom is the worst!! Very poorly designed. The door almost hits the toilet and the only room to put anything in there is behind the door. So if you want to get over there you must completely close the door. The shower is a handicap shower with the shower head located directly in the middle of the tub. So your bathroom will either be soaked or you squeeze in the corner to rinse off with luke warm water. And if you're taller than 5ft you must also squat down to wash your hair. The countertop around the sink is minuscule, no room to store anything atop there. The building houses 150 apartments and only 2 elevators located in the middle. Good luck moving in and out if you are the furthest from there. Also the parking is crazy. You must pay extra for a covered spot which are the closer spots. The close spots fill up by 5pm so you're always lugging groceries a quarter of a mile from your car to the apartment( also down the parking platform stairs and past all the smokers.) Like I said initially, this place is the absolute worst. There were days I literally wanted to cry having to come home to loud neighbors! This place will seriously make you depressed.... Don't move here!!!!! Oh and FYI, I sleep with ear plugs, a box fan in the bed next to my head and still get woken up by neighbors. Forgot about the gym, or the sad excuse here of. One half working treadmill(the incline is broken,) one elliptical, and one bike. There's some free weights and a bench and that's it. There are also signs posted on almost every wall telling you to be quiet. It's a gym and I'm going to run on the treadmill, it's going to be noisy. Very poor placement on their part since the gym is surrounded by apartments. They don't have recycling either. You have to take all recyclables to Rockland recycling which is about 5 miles away and inconvenient.

NEVER EVER get involved here. It's a terrible system I've never seen before in my experience in renting apartments. Their communication system is terrible. Also, I don't get why the trash shoot is always broken, or why there arent speed limit indicators, or crosswalks or complete sidewalks. If their main concern is safety why not provide these safety measures for the residents.
