They worked with the builder to sell these homes and it turns out they were just as deceitful as the builder (Bob Meisterman) whom lied and cut corners. I would never recommend this realty company in a million years after the type of people they partner with. Bristol Property Management (BPM) has demonstarted to me there is a genuine lack of concern for the…read moremethods they do business. Shopping in the local stores in the South Attleboro complex for approximarely 5+ hours my rental car was towed. The reason given was that it appeared to belong to commuter using the train to commute back & forth to Boston. I am from out of state (Florida) and was visiting my brother to help him get back & forth from Boston. While he tested the feasibility of using the train alone, he has to use a cane (I could not fly back and forth from Fla everytime he had a doctor's appt - monthly)) I "stood by" at the shopping center waiting for his return, walking the stores and eating at McDonalds. When I explained the situation to BPM I received a return letter stating the car gave the appearance of being a commuters. If this is any indication of how they do business than I can understand why half the stores are empty - no want wants to shop with the fear of having their car towed, no business wants to hear customers complain abouth their car being towed, because it appears to belong to a commuter. I wouldn't rate them any stars, BPM IS not customer friendly. They lack an understanding and concern of knowing how to protect customers that are shopping, APPEARANCE should not be an indicator, FACTS should dictate. I would NOT do business with these people, they do not have a handle on how to differentiate between shoppers and commuters. If you were a business would you want your customers car to be towed ? I have written a letter and received the reponse that the car appeared to be there as a commuter, I responsed to that assumption with an explanation (November 1, 2010) and did not receive a return reply, another example of how they do business, demonstarting they do not want to do the right thing.

Alan is so enthusiastic and motivating, and genuinely centers each of his clients. He is incredibly professional, timely, and knowledgeable about a wide range of real estate-related fields. He is a very impressive person and you would be lucky to work with him as your agent.

It absolutely blows our minds that Alan Qiu has a real estate license and that Chinatti Realty lets…read moresomeone like him represent their name. He's either genuinely terrible and incompetent at his job and understanding renter laws, or is relying on you not to know your tenant rights in order to rip you off. Our interactions with him have been so ridiculous that we honestly can't tell. His high ratings probably come from the slumlord landlords he represents (per his website description - he'll turn you into a "winner" just like him!) He also told me to go for it with this review and sent me a link to Chinatti's Google page, so thanks Alan for making this so easy - that's the customer service I'm sure Chinatti prizes. Alan has been trying to get one over on us from the beginning, from raising the rent price for a unit on us within 2 hours of us touring it (had to beat us to getting our application in) to trying to delay returning our security deposit just this weekend. First he tried to tell us we could "discuss" our deposit once their new tenants had 15 days to fill out a condition form (which would be after the 30 days they legally had to return it to us), and when we asked for the required documentation for a deduction he said "so you're fine delaying your funds?" as if it was our problem they didn't have their business in order. Had we not reached out to him the day before our deposit was due back to us, I doubt we would have even been contacted. He also defended charging us hundreds of dollars for damages that occurred after we moved out of the property (and that we weren't told about until yesterday), since he apparently couldn't be bothered to do a walkthrough when he went to grab the keys on move out day. He also left us on read for multiple time sensitive problems that would've taken him almost no effort to address, even to just point us in the right direction. He's arrogant and rude, and has a completely undeserved ego for someone who's so terrible at his job and in his interactions with people. TLDR; if you're a renter get as far away as you can from any properties Alan Qiu is on, and by extension probably Chinatti since this is apparently the type of business practice they're cool with. Alan does not care about your tenant rights - Chinatti has already apologized to us for his behavior (yet keep him on), and he relies on people not knowing their rights (or how to do basic Google searches, apparently) in order to rip them off. There's no limit to how low he seems to be willing to go. I don't know if he's going to get some type of weird enjoyment from reading this, but Alan, genuinely, you have been exceptionally unpleasant to work with and there's nothing funny or respectable about how you treated us throughout our tenancy. I hope for the sake of others that they find this review and that you find a new line of work. Update: I'd be happy to go into further detail on our early lease termination, but that would violate the mutual release agreement Alan wrote up for us, so I'll leave it up to your imagination. Alan's vindictive response here should be enough for you to know who you're getting into business with. And for the record, my dog doesn't have fleas, and the gnats (because there is a difference) weren't there when we moved out. Vacant properties tend to attract pests though :)

Justin was an amazing help and support. He took virtual tours for us when we were not able to make it over and sent us quality videos. He gave us truthful opinion on properties. He never pushed us toward a property. If anything, there were houses that we loved on websites but Justin went above and beyond to give us full feedback of the property. Many times he advised us to hold off! A few months after living in our new house, he still reached out to us to follow up and make sure we were comfortable. It was a pleasure working with Justin. I have worked with many real-estate agents in the past and this was, by far, the most pleasant and peaceful experience I had finding a home. I HIGHLY recommend working with Justin and his crew.
