I think it's a fraudulent company. I tried to contact them because they changed the date of my first move 2 TIMES without any notice, and they didnt get back to me for a whole WEEK despite calling them and informing them that this is a time sensitive issue. it seems like I can't get back the $200 holding deposit they had me initially pay to reserve an apartment set to move in on August 5th because my calls keep getting redirected to the central office instead of the main office and the staff there keeps saying that there's nothing they can do to help me. NEVER EVER get involved here. It's a terrible system I've never seen before in my experience in renting apartments. Their communication system is terrible. I can't even imagine how management would handle issues if I were to move in. I recommend to not even consider this place. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

Last Sunday, number 60 went fire and the whole building burned down. There is no sprinkler system in these buildings. People lost everything. Furnitures, money, memories... I do not recommend moving here. read more

A family member just moved here in dec 2020. The day after they moved there were rodents popping out of everywhere They have now only been ther for 7 weeks and the exterminator has been called 3 times. Nothing works because the building is old and not maintained. The hallways have dingy smelly rugs. It's so gross. This is a scam. They let you tour the apartment without telling you about deposit policy beforehand. As soon as you submit your application, you lose your money because they only give you 72 hours to let them know that you don't want to live there without even letting you know if your application has been approved or not. You would be left hanging or have to withdraw your application without being able to find a new apartment, either way you're stuck with their 72 hour policy. Who could have found an apartment in 72 hours? They would blame you for not calling them even though they approved your application without sending out any notice and blame you for holding their apartment empty?!? read more

Living at this complex has been very concerning in terms of customer service, parking, and pest control, noise levels, and cellular service. 1. Our apartment was not vacuumed or shampooed as promised by the leasing office. Upon the first day of moving in, we found small white dog hairs everywhere from the previous occupant. When reported, we were told to hire a vacuum deep cleaning service, pay ourselves, and then contact the office to be reimbursed.... This makes no sense and we were promised a clean apartment carpet, but received otherwise. 2. Our apartment was also infested with ants upon moving in. Small brown ants would periodically appear on the kitchen counter next to the stove. Why the apartment was not treated before moving in I do not know. 3. We were promised a $500 rent discount for referring a friend who had chosen Woodview. About a month went by before we contacted the leasing office where we told we could not receive the discount because the friend had used Apartment Finder and that we did not actually refer them... That statement was quickly retracted and we were told we would receive a check and would have to fill out a W9 and report a now $500 check when filing taxes, i.e. no rent discount. 4. The walls are paper thin here at Woodview and people love to play loud music at all times of the night. Make sure you get a good broom stick to bang on the ceiling. 5. If you have the cellular service of AT&T or T-Mobile you will probably have poor service, 1 bar to 3 bars. 6. Finally, people love to not use the many parking lots provided and park on the street, which restricts traffic to one lane. So be careful and cautious navigating around the complex. read more

My review, comes after having dealt with a serious mice infestation at Woodview at Randolph for about a year is this: The "Ya Buggin" company has recently and aggressively attacked this mice infestation for a year, exterminating every week, for Woodview at Randolph tenants. This problem...,as I understand has gone on for at least 7 years. And, subsequently resulted in Woodview managers, on behalf of the property management "the Dolben Company" to subtly blame tenants for this problem, including myself. As a result of our complaints, Dolben only suggests us tenants to "find an apartment that is more suitable to the need". Therefore, I am, but... I say, what need is this?; the need to not deal with mice infestation and/or roaches, and the resulting terror it has created in our children and families? Much so, that my adult mentally disabled 30 year old daughter slept in the bathtub or with me until I relocated her into the hands of a personal care provider. I don't know if I speak for all tenants and maybe not ....even though we started out on rough grounds; A + to you.. the, "YA BUGGIN" folks , from a resident here at Woodview, for your continued deligence and successes in resolving this complexes difficult infestation problems. Your efforts now allows me to finally have my daughter visit me, unafraid to walk into and around our home. Thank you. read more

If you smoke marijuana you will feel right at home. There is not much management or the police can do to stop tenants from smoking. It's comes into your apartment very easily. Tenants begin smoking after management is gone for the day. You're left with having to call the police to have them smell it entering your apartment. The walls are thin, neighbors are not respectful. You're forced to deal with tenants yelling and cursing until 3am. read more

If you are looking for a decent night's rest, then...DO NOT MOVE INTO WOODVIEW AT RANDOLPH. The walls are paper thin. I am constantly being abruptly awaken out of my sleep by the noise from the neighbors over me and adjacent to my unit. There is also, always noise from neighbors, guest, right outside of my window that I cannot even open my window for fresh air. My apartment is like a sauna - very little air circulation. This could be due to the carpeting throughout the entire unit. This complex is not idea at all. For those who need rest in order to function at work the following day - please keep looking. For those who have complained, my hat goes off to you. I didn't bother as I have no faith that management could or would do anything to resolve the issues. My best bet is to wait until my lease ends and I will surely move out of this complex. Consider yourself warned! read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! our bad experience started off with a call 6 days before move in saying they had no apartment available for us. eventually and reluctantly they put us in a two bedroom at the one bed price. we were told we'd only be there for a month. we were there for two. once we finally were able to move to our one bedroom, we discovered the aprtmant to be in terrible condition; uneven paint, stains on the carpet, carpet coming up in all the corners, sagging counters, leaky faucets, soft spots in the wall, sagging floors, chuncks of wall missing, electrical outlets and light switches painted over, a dishwasher that sloped backwards, and the bottom glass shelf in the fridge was MISSING!!!! if we'd been shown this apartment before we'd signed the lease we'd have found some place else to live. the apartments themselves are awful. outdated EVERYTHING. watch out for paper thin walls and loud neighbors. the door to our "secure" building is always broken and does not close all the wat leaving it open for anyone. the windows and sliding glass door are VERY drafty in the winter. the edges around the windows would be covered in moisture during the winter months. so don't be fooled by woodview! it is a terrible place to live! the management is rude and the rent is ridiculous. STAY AWAY!!! read more
