I have only been to Ralph's once but it was highly recommended by my brother. I was getting a suit tailored when a last minute funeral came up. The suit wasn't supposed to be ready for another 5 or 6 days and it was a holiday weekend. Ralph had the suit ready within 2 hours of the phone call and it looked perfect. I can't say that this service would be typical, and I am not just giving them 5 stars for the speedy service. I recently received a very large blazer from a close friend who had passed away. The jacket itself was custom made and very unique. I went to Ralph's in hope that he could re make the jacket to fit me. (I'm a petite female) the moment I walked in I could feel him eyeing me and judging me . I explained to him what I wanted and he seemed to be bothered by my presence but finally decided to have me try on the jacket. Within 5 seconds he just said no no I can't do it. I was upset by his behavior towards me but went somewhere else in deal. I was willing to pay whatever it cost to get it tailored for me (I knew it wouldn't be cheap) the place in deal charged me $300 and did such a beautiful job I had them tailor another two blazers for me. They made over $1000 within a months time on me alone.I guess poor old little Ralph couldn't handle the job and doesn't want to make money :( read more
