The shop is totally disorganized with clothes all over the place, including the floor. You dont get a slip when you drop off youre items so he cant remember what item(s) are yours. The last ( and i mean LAST) time i brought a pair of pants to be hemmed he found them on the floor(unhemmed) and stained and had to dry clean them and the stain was still faintly there. The individual working said they would be able to mend it "" no problem ". When I picked up the sweater, the individual working decided to fold the arm in half and sew it completely on top of the other half of the sleeve in order to avoid actually mending the hole basically imagine taking a sleeve folding in in half and then sewing it just in the section where the small hole was basically an arm can't fit through the sleeve any longer because they decided to fold it in half . Complete incompetence. I called and asked them how they would be refunding not only the price I paid but the $300 that the sweater cost to replace. They still haven't returned my calls. Would avoid this place at all cost costs.

However, this place charged me $300 without telling me before the alteration was done what the cost might look like I will never go here ever again or recommended to anyone. I understand and appreciate hard work but $300 for a hem is absolutely ridiculous. If I had the option to give it zero stars I would.

I brought several items here for alterations and was very disappointed with the results. The…read moreworkmanship was not at a professional level--hems were uneven, seams were puckered, and the overall finishing looked rushed and careless. Unfortunately, a couple of the pieces were altered to the point that they're no longer wearable, which is incredibly frustrating given the cost of both the clothing and the service. I chose this business expecting basic tailoring standards and attention to detail, but that wasn't my experience. Based on the quality of the work I received, I would not recommend them for alterations.

DON'T GO HERE!…read more These people are rude and disgusting. They are also liars and the response they wrote on google reviews is complete fiction. I brought a dress in to be shortened. After sticking a pin in the front (which took a minute) I requested that the woman pin it up so I could assess the length while sitting down. she screeched for her husband who barked at me in broken English that they don't do that. He also told me I was TOO OLD to wear it that short. I look great in mini dresses and will wear whatever I want. I've had dozens of dresses like this shortened. But to get them to lower their voices I said I would simply bring it home and measure it against another dress for length and come back. At NO TIME did I ever say I would go elsewhere. These people barely speak English, and whoever is writing responses is lying for them. At any rate, to get them to stop acting like animals I simply shrugged and asked them to take in a camisole that is quite baggy. For reasons I'll never understand when I came out the rude unprofessional owner began screaming at me to get out of the store. I know what happened. They know what happened. They were horrible. To make it worse they are lying about what happened. if they would admit to how they acted and apologize I would take these reviews down. Bit because they are liars on top of everything else, I intend to find every way I can report their behavior, including reaching out to others who've had these kinds of experiences and encouraging them to come forward. These people are not fit to run a business and they owe me an apology. This is not over.
