The shop is totally disorganized with clothes all over the place, including the floor. You dont get a slip when you drop off youre items so he cant remember what item(s) are yours. The last ( and i mean LAST) time i brought a pair of pants to be hemmed he found them on the floor(unhemmed) and stained and had to dry clean them and the stain was still faintly there. I didnt pay for the hemming. He's gotten worse and the quality has gone downhill. Let me save you the aggravation.

I was told prior to this (by three other people) that there were things that could be done to salvage the dress (corset back, letting it out a little, etc.) so when I tried on the dress and was immediately shot down by this woman, I was heartbroken. Instead of giving me constructive advice, she told me that the only thing I could do to make this gown fit is to diet and then had the audacity to ask me if the dress even fit me before I got pregnant? Mind you, I'm only about 10 pounds heavier than I was when I bought the dress. Luckily I found another seamstress/decent human, who was very willing & eager to help me. The dress CAN be salvaged. This woman is just rude and incapable of doing detailed work.

When I picked up the sweater, the individual working decided to fold the arm in half and sew it completely on top of the other half of the sleeve in order to avoid actually mending the hole basically imagine taking a sleeve folding in in half and then sewing it just in the section where the small hole was basically an arm can't fit through the sleeve any longer because they decided to fold it in half . This place literally ruined my "second" wedding dress a week before my wedding. I reiterated to them this was my wedding dress I was changing into, and that if they weren't able to do this to please let me know since it's such an important dress. They said they were absolutely able to do it. When I brought the dress in, a man haphazardly took pins to my dress without properly measuring me. When I went to pick the dress up, the dress had been sewn improperly, just folding over the dress rather than actually taking it in. The dress was several sizes smaller than me due to the lack of true measuring beforehand, and that's saying a lot considering I am a 4'11 83lb person. The dress wouldn't have fit most children once they butchered it. To add to that, the hem job they did had stray strands all over the bottom. They first attempted to argue with me over the job, telling me it was fine. They then let me know that they don't actually do the tailoring - they send it out to someone. They wanted to send it back out and I said absolutely not. There was no way I could trust whoever they outsource after the work previously done. This was a WEEK before my wedding and I was left with no dress because of them. To make matters worse, they ripped the stitching near the zipper of the dress. the woman at the front desk screamed at me about it with my child present, claiming I ripped the zipper from trying on the dress. She still charged me $80 for the hem, even though the dress could not be worn. Places like this are deceitful. Had they just told me that's not something they were capable of doing, I would have looked elsewhere and never had to write this review. They were absolutely awful. Find somewhere else for any tailoring work.

After sticking a pin in the front (which took a minute) I requested that the woman pin it up so I could assess the length while sitting down. she screeched for her husband who barked at me in broken English that they don't do that. He also told me I was TOO OLD to wear it that short. I look great in mini dresses and will wear whatever I want. I've had dozens of dresses like this shortened. But to get them to lower their voices I said I would simply bring it home and measure it against another dress for length and come back. At NO TIME did I ever say I would go elsewhere. These people barely speak English, and whoever is writing responses is lying for them. At any rate, to get them to stop acting like animals I simply shrugged and asked them to take in a camisole that is quite baggy. For reasons I'll never understand when I came out the rude unprofessional owner began screaming at me to get out of the store. I know what happened. They know what happened. They were horrible. To make it worse they are lying about what happened. if they would admit to how they acted and apologize I would take these reviews down. Bit because they are liars on top of everything else, I intend to find every way I can report their behavior, including reaching out to others who've had these kinds of experiences and encouraging them to come forward. These people are not fit to run a business and they owe me an apology. This is not over.
