Unfortunately, a couple of the pieces were altered to the point that they're no longer wearable, which is incredibly frustrating given the cost of both the clothing and the service. I chose this business expecting basic tailoring standards and attention to detail, but that wasn't my experience. Based on the quality of the work I received, I would not recommend them for alterations.

The individual working said they would be able to mend it "" no problem ". When I picked up the sweater, the individual working decided to fold the arm in half and sew it completely on top of the other half of the sleeve in order to avoid actually mending the hole basically imagine taking a sleeve folding in in half and then sewing it just in the section where the small hole was basically an arm can't fit through the sleeve any longer because they decided to fold it in half . Complete incompetence. I called and asked them how they would be refunding not only the price I paid but the $300 that the sweater cost to replace. They still haven't returned my calls. Would avoid this place at all cost costs.

Peter and Chris are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They are never to busy to treat you like a person. I can tell by the amount of volume in their shop they are EXTREMELY BUSY. This is a great sign, means they are many peoples choice. Despite this, they are always dependable and on time. I really am happy and it is proof that not every dry cleaner is interchangeable.

Before going to Ace French dry cleaners, I went to several other cleaners closer to my residence, but unfortunately, no one could Steam the dress the same day. Peter and his family took it upon themselves to stop everything they were doing and steam the dress for me on the spot without question, even though I was never a customer there before. While waiting for the dress, I had the opportunity to observe how they treat their customer , and it makes me so happy to know that there are still family operated businesses out there that care not only about the work they do but the people who bring them business. Upon entering the store, it seemed like they knew everybody and greeted everyone by their first name with a warm loving smile and polite chit chat! I usually don't write yelp reviews, but I felt overwhelmingly compelled that I had to let everyone possible know about my experience that a Desperate situation into one of extreme happiness and hope. Lady, i was not getting an alteration on a wedding gown.... i even asked her prior to trying on for an estimate to decide if it was going to be worth it. Cleveland needs to retire and close up shop. Clothes ate NEVER READY when he says (we're talking 5…read moretrips). The shop isnt open when it's supposed to be. The shop is totally disorganized with clothes all over the place, including the floor. You dont get a slip when you drop off youre items so he cant remember what item(s) are yours. The last ( and i mean LAST) time i brought a pair of pants to be hemmed he found them on the floor(unhemmed) and stained and had to dry clean them and the stain was still faintly there. I didnt pay for the hemming. He's gotten worse and the quality has gone downhill. Let me save you the aggravation.
