Although this was my first time here, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in the skincare section on the bottom rack. This store is a gient among Ralphs and seems to have everything a person could wnat from a grocery store. I was happy this store has a secure checkout with a cashier located within the caged area, making my purchase easily and making my way out within just a few minutes.

Plenty room but unkind 2 ur Grab & go customers have no tables & chairs ti eat

I'm outside, sitting on a filthy curb. I look across the way to gentlemen are sitting on the other filthy curb around this little curb. Two other people are eating standing up. It is so discourteous of this Ralphs location to not offer tables and chairs for their customers who grab food on the go make a sit on your filthy floor to eat it my Sherman Oaks Ralph's offers us tables and chairs next time I'll make sure and only shop there they care about the people who buy grab and go

The never answer the phone & when they do, you're placed on hold only to be hung up on. Hence why I try to avoid trips to Ralph's as often as possible.

Popped in for a few items after a nearby doctor appointment and really love this location! There is ample parking, and the whole store is very tidy and well laid out with some beautiful displays. The produce looks fantastic and fresh. Nice little Starbucks tucked away inside as well. some fun, novelty items throughout the store and very beautiful flower bouquets! The sushi was nice and fresh and they made it for me there right on the spot. Even gave me extra ginger and wasabi upon request. Very nice helpful employees! A lot of deals as well as many items on sale.

It's a local must and location favorite. The parking lot is probably the most challenging with limited parking for Ralphs and shared large plaza neighboring business. They have additional parking to the back end as well as parking underground/below. Ralphs - Studio City is often busy day or night and you can usually find everything you'd looking for and more. The isles a clean and the service serene. They carry a solid selection of craft beer/brew, wine and some great vegan, vegetarian and gluten free finds. You can do self checkout or take up a line. They have many clerks on duty, more so doing the day. If local or on foot via metro it's near numerous stops for a few local public routes as well as Universal City/Studio City Station. Shop at one of the best (locations), eat fresh (their produce can be the best)!

The absolute worst service. Not a single cashier at checkout. I purchased 132 items and was told to do it myself at self checkout. I am disabled and needed assistance was told "too bad". Most self checkout stations don't even let you through if you have more than 25 items. Save yourself some money and go to ALDI, you bag items there yourself but the customer service and prices are much better. Also spent almost 15 minutes asking various employees for the bathroom code and all of the men told me they didn't have the women's code and walked away from me. Not one employee offered to get the womens code for me. I spent almost $300 here to be treated like sh*t.

Interesting store! We parked on the upper level, and took the Rock'n'roll elevator to the lower floor to enter Ralph's. We were here to buy gift cards, but first we used the restrooms. A nice employee in the produce section helped us find them. They were not in the best condition, but they were usable in an emergency. We were going to get Ralph's gift cards for family, but we couldn't find them. We found gift cards for everything else you could think of. We did find some fun cards to slip gift cards into. We checked out quickly, and our cashier was cordial and efficient. We took the elevator up to our car, and got out of the parking lot quickly for our next destination.

The worst service! I stood in front of the deli counter while 10 employees avoided me. Took me 15 minutes to get help!

Totally unhygienic. The people working there stand around, and refuse to clean carts. Don't go. Find somewhere else to shop.

Love TJ prices. You can't beat it. It's always a good value. I kinda love that the items at TJ are limited because I feel like I know their stock and layout as if I'm an employee there. All products are familiar. And they always have some seasonal items that always make me cry when I stop seeing those at the store. Still grieving amaretti cookies and pistachio cranberry thins Spanakopita pie and spicy mexican-style riced cauliflower are my personal favorite "always in the fridge" kinda items. I freak out when I ran out I also recently fell in love with their pie crust. That's what you see on the picture. Staff mostly seem very nice and ready to help. If something is ever not fresh, the return process is very easy. I really appreciate having this shop in the area.

One unique feature is that part of the frozen food section is located behind closed doors, which I found interesting. It's a smaller store, so the selection may be more limited. The biggest downside is the parking - it's a very small lot, making it difficult to find a space, especially during busy times.

It has a great selection, it's clean, and the employees have always been friendly. I also appreciate that this store values inclusivity and gives meaningful employment opportunities to people who might not always be given the chance elsewhere. The only thing that has been a bit of a hassle has been renting their rug cleaners. The wait is often long (been stuck waiting for assistance for more than 30 mins on multiple occasions). I was also given a faulty rug cleaner that I had to come back and have replaced, which was kind of annoying to have to lug it back to the store and then once again wait to get a properly working one. But, all that aside, this continues to be my favorite store.

Once you park, you can enter the store and take their escalator up top. The store is very well organized and clean. Plenty of space in their aisles. I wanted to build my own "family meal" rather than just take the ones already made. It took a little while for the employee to acknowledge me as she had her back facing the customer's view. Once she realized I was waiting, she assisted me right away. For my meal, I picked the blackened salmon, Smoked Mozzarella Pasta Salad and the kale salad. The tray was filled up quite well and was satisfied with the portions. $35 plus tax but you can meal prep ( I use for my work lunch or lazy dinner days with this heat) I used the self-checkout lanes and that went smoothly. I do agree that several staff members just hang out and chat amongst each other OR appear to be in a "grumpy" mood. But, I steered away from any of those vibes. Overall, I was happy that I came here and found what I was looking for.

I know I can always rely on my food being fresh at this store. I know all meat and fish is sourced sustainably and is fresh. Sometimes when I feel lazy to cook I love getting their prepped family meals. It's a good value $27-$32 depending on the protein choices and it has soooo much food in it. And if you lucky to snatch one with 50% off coupon then it's a ridiculous price for an amazing meal. Oh and separate note of love goes to all the 50% off coupons for "soon to expire" foods , especially now when prices are skyrocketing. Also if something is ever not fresh, the return process is very easy. Staff mostly seem very nice and ready to help. Meat/fish department guys always ready to give a recommendation on how to cook chosen item if you ask them. There's a nice area where you can sit and eat/drink whether you bought it at the store or you ordered from the bar. I really appreciate having such high quality shop in the area.

Approached this one older man and asked him if he could make me a bowl of Poke, he said no, you have to do it yourself and as I was still talking, he kept walking away from me. I approached him and said"I am talking to you and you keep walking away from me". That is rude and unprofessional. He didn't even apologize. His name was Mario in the seafood department. Poke looked very fresh along with all the other toppings and ingredients. Just by looking at it, it was super OVERWHELMING! He had nothing else to do, because he had both of his hands behind his back and just walking around. If he wanted to to help me, then he would have. This was on the morning of 7/17/26 a little before 9AM. On the other hand, Tony, who worked the Sushi Bar, in the same seafood department, saw what happened and apologized on Mario's behalf. The fridge for Sushi and other ready made fish items was EMPTY. Tony asked me what is it that he can do/make for me? I replied Spicy Tuna roll. He even wanted to know how many pieces? I told him 8. Right away he went back into the kitchen and made me what I have requested. For 8 pieces was only (12.99). Not a bad price. Came back and handed me the Sushi. Got home and tasted the food and it was very fresh and delicious. Next aisle that I visited was their frozen section. Needed to buy few waffles. There were 2 guys, that absolutely refused to help me. Wouldn't even let me speak. So, I looked around and found the waffles that I was NOT looking for. I wanted the Belgian Waffles and didn't see any. Got the Vans brand Power Grain Protein waffles, and gluten free Original Waffles. So for 4 waffles together came out to be $18.89 with tax. Next disappointment was, went to check out and there was no one at the registers. Waited for like 5 minutes, until this woman came and turned the light on for register # 4. Couldn't catch her name. Store was in a very nice condition, very clean, and fully stocked. They have everything from A to Z. Nice music was playing overhead. They have a very nice, big, 2 sections of patio/outside seating and every now and then, if you are lucky, you may find some items from everywhere that is on sale! They also have an inside seating by the flower area, and all around. Free parking, Wells Fargo ATM machine, and 2 gender neutral restrooms. I practically covered everything and more. If you want to know a bit more, read my previous review. Prices are definitely on the high end. Will visit Gelson's again, whenever I have some money in my pocket!
