We moved to Rancho Cucamonga back in 2011 and Ralph's was the store that provided us with food and other items from day 1. The fact that their layout is very similar to another Kroger-owned store that we shopped at in Phoenix was very helpful and the associates that work there are also extremely helpful as well. Because all major grocery stores carry the same products, I've based my review off of cleanliness and customer service. I've never had a problem finding fresh produce, the shelves are always stocked and orderly, and every time I'm in there there's someone sweeping the floors. Staff is very friendly and will always escort you to find what you are looking for. Great grocery store, with a Starbucks inside (which is a must nowadays) They have fresh sushi options and a great deli sandwich selections. They make fresh sandwiches Subway style it's reasonably priced. The layout of the store is very well organized but some aisles feel cramped especially the cereal and snack aisles. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The downside is they a lackluster butcher or meat options. There meat sections seems to be missing out the meat/seafood department. Love this store! Between my husband and I, we shop here almost daily. We always receive wonderful service. The meat department is very accommodating, and today Tony split up a package of ribs for me without a blink. The produce department is also very wonderful, and John and coworkers are always on the ball! For an added bonus they have an in-store Starbucks which I frequent every time I go in! I have never been so disappointed while shopping at this location. I understand the new law with the bags but just because I bring my own bags doesn't mean I should be bagging my own groceries. We pay a good amount shopping at Ralph's that customers should not be bagging their own groceries. Especially while I see all the other lines having baggers and a bagger finish up and walk past me while I did their job. And people want minimum wage raised but let the customers do the employees jobs. read more

This Ralph's location is one of the best! I have three near me but chose this location simply because availability of what I need and excellent customer service. Employees are helpful, smile, engaging and just go above and beyond. I've had nothing but great experiences here and I totally appreciate the great customer service which rarely exist nowadays. This place's customer service is horrible. Went in one Thursday night to get some sushi and the self checkout machine was acting all weird. The worker zoned there was an older man. He came to help me and told me, "next time all you have to do is listen to the lady in the computer, even though I know it's hard to do that sometimes." Could have made it with a 3 star but on 1/21/17 9:30pm went to check out and the cashier which our receipt shows Royce P. But he had a manager tag. He was Down right mean, no greeting although we were smiling and said hello yet he never responded. Tried to talk to him ignored me. Even gave us a dirty look when my husband kissed me on the cheek. It happened again. Ralphs by my house fails to deliver. Went in to pick up some flowers from their newly remodeled and updated floral department. Stood and waited for service for over 5 minutes, while floral manager finished up with customer ahead of me. Fine. Told her I wanted a bouqyet of tulips re-wrapped and wanted a ribbon added. She told me it would be a while. Fine. Went and picked up my stuff, came back, and the flowers were re-wrapped and ribboned. When she went to ring them up, they cost twice as much as the sign said. When I pointed this out, the floral manager told me that when she stocked the tulips, she accidentally put the small bouquets ($4.99) in with the larger ones $10.99) OOps. The sign said they were all $4.99. So what does she do???? Instead of honoring the price that was posted, she stared at me, and blinked, like it was my fault. So I said "I thought I was buying the cheaper bunch." Her comment, "Actually, you didn't. This bunch is $10.99" Seriously? SEEEEEERIOUSLY???? I am so sick of you, Ralph's on Millikan and Baseline. I wish you would tumble to the ground in an earthquake. I wish your rotisserie chicken roaster would catch on fire and burn you to the ground. I wish your frozen food cases would thaw and flood the entire store, causing toxic mold growth and forcing you to be bulldozed to the ground, and then re-constructed only to come back as a Trader Joe's or Bristol Farms. I hate everything about this ralphs. The cashier Erin wouldnt sell me over the counter cough medicine because I didnt have my ID on me and she said I didnt look over 18. Mind you I have a goddamn beard and Im 25. Anyways, why the hell would you not sell to someone in need a cough suppressant? I understand you have rules to follow but jesus christ come on. She declined my purchase and I was on my way out. Not the first time this has happened. Overall the customer service here is terrible. Love this stores cleanliness and staff is always friendly and helpful. Their produce is always fresh which is a big plus in my book. Prices can be a bit outrageous though. Make sure to always have your Ralph's rewards card to earn points and reduce your cost at checkout. They also send you coupons once you hit a certain amount of points. read more

Do not shop here the manager Debbie racially profiled my fiancé as he was trying to pick up some enfamil for our son she even went to the extent to ask for if I.D. Her own coworker Manny agreed and said she should've never i.d it's not protocol on top of this I came to this location yesterday late night for a fruit and vegetable run and the greens kale,spinach ,broccoli were expired I was disgusted because I could imagine all the people who don't actually pay attention to the expiration date.. I also noticed that when I was checking out Jody(my cashier ) didn't greet me instead I had to greet her but I noticed the woman after me she went out her way to greet her.. If Ralph's makes a mistake, they will quickly fix it. I got a drink from the starbucks there, and I did not get light ice (I ordered light ice). So I addressed the situation and the Barista (Sophia R.) Remade it with care and light ice. I would highly recommend. Plus, the store itself has every type of produce, dairy, drinks, and sauces you could imagine! :) read more

This place is literally right next to my fiance's house so we go here pretty often. By default, being a good grocery store shouldn't be that hard. Keep your stuff clean and organized and be speedy and friendly at check out. Luckily, this place meets those criteria. They have good selection of meats and a great beer selection. The hours are posted as, 'until 1am'; as in, don't lock the doors at 12:56am. I understand the fatigue of a long day in the thankless grocery business brings about the want to close early, but coming from someone with 3.5 years of grocery employee experience, it's incorrect. Do not shop here!!! This place is CRIMINAL!!! The cashiers DO NOT DO THEIR JOB when people pay by check!!! I had checks stolen and they were used at this Ralph's, the cashier did not check the persons ID which leads me to believe the cashier was in on it. When I told the woman at Kroger (Ralph's parent company) that I believed the cashier to be in on it, she said..."to be honest, our cashiers have gotten LAZY". I like coming into this location since its so nice and clean. Usually if I'm a little hungry and I don't know what I want, I head over to the sushi spot as soon as you walk in because they are nice friendly and fresh. I like the fact that the person who usually makes the sushi wants to cater to your needs in case you cant find what you're looking for in the selection they have. One time they didn't have a roll I was looking for and they told me to go shop and they'll make it as I shop. So awesome. I also go to the produce area sometimes on a Friday night and I get my fish fried there. Its so good how they do it and I like that they'll do it for free with no charge. I really want to try the new gadget that they have how you can scan items you want to buy as you shop. I always pass them up and just go to self check out but, but next time I want to try it to see if its a quicker process to check out. read more

This is our go to grocery store. And I like it a lot. People are very nice and friendly. And I like the layout of the store better then the other Ralph's at this location. Plus if you want good deals on products just get yourself their card and make sure to clip their online coupons, which would give you additional discount. read more

This Ralph's is nice inside and the selection is fine, but their prices are outrageous. Even though I live right up the street from Ralph's, I would rather make the drive to Stater Bros. or Vons where the prices are more reasonable. By far Ralph's has higher prices than any other grocery store in the area, even when you use their club card. read more

As others stated, this Ralph's recently renovated the store and while there was a serious problem with solicitors in the past, it's a lot better now. That said, there are other better options for supermarkets in the area. read more
