First time going here as we are not from this state. The ai bot was not understanding our request of switching the cheese to swiss or what options of tea they have. Talked with an employee and placed our order, two burgers and two fries. We get our food and are missing my partners burger. We get the order back then we are missing my chicken sandwich. Then tell the lady and get our order back for the third time and we are missing our fries. We end up leaving since we are very hungry already. We handed them the receipt and the bag, not sure how they can't figure out what we were missing. Not a very good first impression to say the least. read more

I come in and they didn't have anything I can't say the same for all rally's but Radcliff rally's is no good they didn't have any apple pies ready slushee machine was supposedly up and running then all of the sudden its defrosting and their shake machine wasn't even working the food is barely good and the service was okay but overall i wouldn't recommend coming here at least at night. read more

New to Kentucky, my friend insisted in trying out Rally's since neither of us has ever tried it before. For a first time experience ordering their food it was good. No complaints when it came to the burger or their drink. But what made it a good experience was their fries. It was unexpectedly delicious. I ordered food for me and my staff a month ago and my order was messed up. I ordered 2 med. fries and I got them and then they charged me for 2 large fries, so they overcharged me nearly $9.00. I called the store to speak with the manager and this woman answered saying she was the manager. When I asked her for her name, she refused to give it to me and not only did she refuse, she was rude about it. I told her the problem and she told me to come back and she would give me the 2 orders of fries. I explained that I did not want the fries, just the refund. She flat out said that they will not do that and then got even ruder and hung up on me. The office and I decided to try Rally's again because we love their fish. We went through the drive through and ordered 2 fish sandwiches and 2 burgers (2 for $6) and got back to the office and there was only one burger. This made me so mad, that I went online and informed them what had happened, both times. I have since not received any phone call (I asked to be called) or email stating they were sorry for the way that their General Manager acted and that we did not get our order completed correctly. This is why I am writing this review because this Rally's is the worse experience I have ever had and the General Manager should be fired. Very rude and is especially unprofessional. I will NEVER return to this Rally's. read more

I love me some Rally's and honestly I've never visited one I thought deserved a 5 star review. The building alone is in need of a decent wash. You can smell the grease from the curb. But with Rally's, especially this one you get what you pay for. It's grease served in a bag to-go. The fries were over cooked and the burger looked like someone sat on it before wrapping it up. I ordered a double cheeseburger and it was the size of a singe patty. Also smothered in condiments so bad it was dripping from the patty. I salvaged what I could and ate but I had the worst stomach ache imaginable that night. Probably glad I didn't end up with food poisoning. I think this location needs some help. Maybe new training on how to properly cook and prepare food. I'd skip this place unless you're looking for a colon cleanse. read more

If your are in dire need to plug your arteries with colesterol - this is the place. The fries were not dipped in oil, they were probably kept and stored in oil for a week before they fried them. Hollymollies!! We had a Combo#3 and a #6 - besides the hair on my #6, the taste was bland and could have had a better burger at anywhere else. A nice touch was the Hawaiian bread on the burger, not expecting it, and it was ok. First impressions are lasting. I think I will not be returning anytime soon....like ever. read more

This store typically does well, but late night tends to be sub par at times. I live 30 minuets away from them, so I don't have the option of running back over to have my order fixed. My order was wrong and thrown together this time around and the fries tasted, and felt like, they were dropped a second time to reheat them once I ordered. I ordered a single with bacon and got a double without bacon... The order was done way to fast for anything to have been made fresh to order at 1 am. When I called, they did offer to take my name and replace my order. I appreciate the fact that they are open so late because by the time I get off work, they are one of three options still open. I'd sure love to see them put out a good product all the time. read more

Well we were just waiting in the lobby for our food when the cook took a bag out to a customer. As he came back in he picked up a pack of batteries in the parking lot, as well as garbage and crusty food from the floor with his bare hands. He then went back to the grill with no gloves and did not wash his hands, grabbed some burgers out with bare hands and went back to cooking. Luckily our food was in the bag. And it was not good and was wrong. We will not be back though if this is the culture. read more

Great place if you love a grease burger. Not saying its bad tasting. Drive through is a bit awkward. Service could use some improvements.
