I will not be back at this location nor will I patronize any other locations that do not have a public facing drink station. The kiosks do not allow 'certain' food customizations nor the option to apply coupons or allow cash payments so the only option would be to have the order placed by a crew member. Which brings us to the next issue: There is no employee awareness with customers waiting to place orders. There were no less than 4 employees who walked by the front counter area and it was obvious they were all making an effort to avoid eye contact. This is not a good look. Not at all. It is very Poor Customer Service to have multiple people walking past the counter with no one acknowledging customers at the counter. Do better. It turns out that the person assembling orders and making drinks (out of sight of the register) was actually the register person. Not an efficient way of providing Customer Service nor is it that individual's fault that their other tasks keep them away from the front counter. They were very kind and friendly when placing the order but you can tell they were doing the work of more than one person. Drive thru was high volume at the time I visited. To my surprise and delight, Yalla Yallaa showed up this week and I made my way over there the first chance I had. It's located in the Midwest Auto car sales store's parking lot currently. Faraz (Jordan) the chef was very friendly and gave me a free mini place of rice, chicken shawarma, fries and garlic sauce to snack on while I waited for the falafel to fry for my wrap.
