Hi, Just wanted to say Rally House is great, but the pricing on some of the merchandise is ridiculous. Some of the Eagles golf shirts made by Tommy Bahama are $120-$150! I know your paying for the name, but there's nothing special with the shirt. Maybe bring in another vendor? Thanks read more

Great variety of options for teams in the area. I grabbed some new hats and a couple shirts.

I have ordered from Rally House before but had items shipped to me. This time I did the in store pickup but since my item was unavailable at the Warrington location nearest me I had to use another location. I selected the Willow Grove store. When I went in to pick up my item I was informed that there are 2 Willow Grove locations-one in the WG Mall and one located in a strip shopping center across from the mall! It was easy enough to hop back into my car and pick up my order. I appreciate both the convenience of online ordering and shipping and the number of locations within a short drive of my home. Great selection of Eagles, Phillies, Penn State items for every age fan too! read more

I have been coming to the store to look for sixers jersey for Jaylen Brown and there are none. When are they coming in

It was fine. Was able to easily find what I was looking for and check out. I was pleased with the wide selection of Flyers gear available, considering they're not the most popular of the pro Philly sports teams. read more

Very nice experience. Very friendly and helpful staff member. Incredible selection! Store was very well-maintained also.

Best Rally House in PA. I was overwhelmed by the selections. This location is SIGNIFICANTLY better than the location on Chesnut Street, plus had sale items the others did not have. read more

This store is great. I went in this afternoon looking for a gift. There is a large selection of merch, not just sports but city specific merch as well. The store is clean and organized making it easy to find what you want. The associate who rung me up was super friendly. The prices aren't cheap but they are not too steep for official merchandise. read more

The store did not have enough stock on Medium All-star-game t-shirts so the customer had to order the shirt online andPAY FOR SHIPPING. Your store should order the t-shirt and have the customer pick it at the store AND NOT HAVE THE CUSTOMER PURCHASE ONLINE AND PAY FOR SHIPPING!! Obvious, you don't value the customer! Service was great selection was great. I enjoyed what I purchased. Don't shop very often. But I'll try to more in the future

I hate that they want to charge you $0.10 for a bag to carry my purchased products.... Ridiculous! Leaves a bad taste in your mouth as you are walking out of the store... you can do better Rally House! read more

The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful, they called other stores to check on sizes etc. Can't say enough positive things about both Willow Grove and Oxford Valley staff. read more

Staff was very cordial and helpful. They helped me find a couple items that I was looking for.

the staff were all pleasant and the selection was great. I was going to the Phillies game that night with my daughter and wanted a simple Phillies shirt. I picked a simple red light cotton shirt with Phillies across chest, didn't look at price and almost fell over when I took it to the cashier and he said it was $65.00. read more

The Willow Grove store has the best selection. Two different employees were able to help me find what I was looking for. I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

Great service. They did not have the size on the floor and the salesperson went into the back to find it.

Drove to a specific store for a specific size in a style I was looking for to give my son for his birthday. I went, found the size, and type I needed, an hour from my house. Needed it personalized, specific requirements like the number on the front of a the Jersey. They notified me it was ready, drove out and nope wasn't right after making sure what I needed. I was told don't worry the guy who does this knows what he is doing, and why with every question I had the kid at the store had to call his manager on the phone. Why was he not in the store during the day? (mid-day) This was at the Willowgrove store, the Rallyhouse i usually go to in Langhorne which is around the corner from me has always been on the ball and a pleasure to deal with. read more

They are high prices but there is everything for any local sports team that you would want!

Bashirah waited on me. She was really awesome helping me find some things I wanted and was so friendly!

Stopped in today to get a birthday present for my son in law and picked out a hat and Phillies shirt for over a hundred dollars and at the register they tried to sell me a paper bag to put it in for 10 cents! What a joke! They expect you to pay for these overpriced items then charge for a bag to put it in! I'll never go back! read more

Great selection of product. A little disorganized so it was hard to find a few things. Thought the pricing was good, for the amount of stuff I got. Didn't really encounter any employees but it's more of a shelf service place. Could use more jewelry though. read more

This place is awesome. The selection of Philadelphia sports apparel is amazing. I will definitely be back.

Attendant from register took time away from her post to help us with Kelly Green Eagles jerseys. She couldn't reach the top racks even with the hook, but was extremely helpful and patient while we found the correct size. read more

Very helpful employees. Everyone was very pleasant & seemed happy to help. I always find nice things at Rally House. read more

Came into the store today with a gift card from Christmas. Was told there system was recently upgraded and they no longer honor these cards. I will never use Rip off house again! read more

I've always appreciated the variety and quality of the clothing in this store. However, they are just flat out OVERPRICED. I bought 3 Phillies T shirts the other day before I went to the game. Not long sleeve, not hoodies, not super thick shirts: plain old thin Phillies T Shirts. Total price: $123 I mean, come on. It's my own fault because I paid for them but I was in a pinch and running late for the game. The shirts were for me and my family. BUT....just out of principal, I can never return to this store again. EVER! I have gas and groceries to pay for. $41 for a super thin T shirt is outlandish. These shirts I can see being priced at around $22 to $25. Would be completely fair and competitive. $41.....grow up, Rally House. read more

customer service was horrible. I felt like they display racism. I . walked said GM no one responded . 3 associates in the front. I asked where were the Sixers hats? Associate says in the back no direction. I go find one. I tun into a s ale rack. Assuming there was a Managers meeting . there were 4 ppl in the back I asked the young lady where the shirt that says Philadelphia v. Everybody. She says on the other side . Couldnt find it went to check out & asked the associate about the shirt. As a consumer I believe you guys have every team for everyone sport but I will not be back nor refer anyone black or African American read more

bought some items at this store today, wondering why the shelves and racks still have items from those ne'er-do-wells Wentz/Simmons/Harden? they are pariahs in this town anymore.. why is this store still trying to pawn this stuff onto us shoppers? hard to find updated (and usually) overpriced merch from current stars in Philly! here's an idea...take all those clothing items that NOBODY wants..and send those items to countries that probably could use the "donation" to help poor people ! Im sure they wont care as much whose picture/name is on the shirts pants and socks. clothing recycling is the thing to do these days...plus the company gets a charitable tax credit and the store could stock things people want ! just a suggestion read more

The store lost my online order for pickup. I received a confirmation email saying my order was ready and they couldn't find it anywhere in the store. I found the items myself in the store and they made me purchase them again, so I was charged twice. They promised to return the order the next day (they couldn't do it that day for some reason), but when I called to check, they admitted to throwing out the paper with my information on it. Then they told me they had to contact their IT department for my issue. I ended up disputing the double charge on my credit card because they were unable to fix the issue. Additionally, customer service also promised to help me and they were also unable to assist me. read more

I placed an order online for some Temple Owls gear, as I'd ordered from Rally House before and was very happy with their selection, as well as their prices and shipping times. Also, their shipping costs are very reasonable and that is always a huge plus. Oh and they do sell local landmarks gear (Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, among others). So, say you're looking for a Pittsburgh Drinking Team shirt (and given the Steelers decimation in the playoffs, I'm certain there will be no shortage of applicants for this squad) they got you covered. Or maybe you want to show your love for Primanti Brothers? Ditto. Once again, they didn't disappoint, and I will continue to go to them for my team's gear. They are a smaller chain, but I always try my best to support small(er) businesses. Their staff is very friendly and helpful as well, when I've made email inquiries, they were prompt in getting back to me. I will definitely be back. Thanks again Rally House! read more

Rally House was the perfect spot to pick up small Christmas gifts for people I work with. I was able to find mugs, lanyards, key chains, socks and other items for college and professional teams that the men and women I work with root for. read more

Great selection and wide variety of Philadelphia area colleges/university teams at a much more reasonable price.

This store just opened today and has all things sports, local college gear and memorabilia. My son and I loved the store. I'm a temple and la salle alum and was surprised to see a small section of la salle items since most retailers forget about the explorers :) I hope this store does well. The last two that were in its location closed down quickly. But I'm thinking its placement near Dick's Sporting Goods will lure people in. This place is worth checking out even though its prices are about the same and sometimes only slightly lower than a college bookstore or sports stadium. read more

I was looking for eagles clothing for my family for the super bowl and definitely found the best clothing at Rally house. They have the really soft T-shirt's as well as the throw back eagles stuff. I was really impressed read more

I thought I would update my first review. I had to purchase some socks from Dicks and thought I would stop by the Rally House to see if they had any post holiday sales. Not one item was on sale. Still way over priced any the only people in the store were 4 sales associates and myself. read more

I have shopped here once or twice. Both times the items i got were cheaper than I original thought i was going to pay. Pricing is always inconsistent with what was on the tag. I suggest you get a price check everytime before you buy anything, it might not be as much as you think it was. I gave it 4 stars because i wish items had the correct price on them. read more

Great variety of all the main teams, flyers, eagles, phillies, sixers they even have a big part of the store for college gear. I come here whenever I have extra money, they have so much from jerseys to keychains to bumper stickers and more read more

Great store. Overpriced though. Not sure why when your only 17 miles from Philadelphia you would stock anything from Pittsburgh. Makes me sick read more

I went here to get some Christmas shopping done and I was really impressed with the selection! If you are shopping for a Philly sports fanatic (Eagles, Phillies, Sixers, Flyers and Union) this is the place to go. They have everything you could possibly imagine and more. They have a large selection for men, women, kids, babies and pets. They have stuff for you home, for your car and tailgating gear. What is even cooler is that they have gear from all the area colleges such as Drexel, Temple, La Salle, UPenn, West Chester, Villanova, St. Joe's and Penn State. They even had some shirts from local breweries like Victory and Yards. The only downside is that most items are pretty pricey. They had two sales racks in the entire store with mostly shirts of players that are no longer on the teams. However, I wouldn't say items were anymore expensive than what you would find in other stores or on university campuses. read more

You will not find me back at this store unless you like awful customer service. Manager is sooooo rude and the first service rep had no idea what she was doing. Better off somewhere else. read more
