I have been disappointed in Buckle for the past few YEARS…read more I stopped in here today with a $100 gift card ready to be spent... only, like usual, walked in and wasn't greeted by anyone. (This has happened at the last few Buckle stores I've gone in.) I couldn't find anything I wanted to get anyways. I've had this gift card for like 3+ years and I can't find something I love. Everything is priced so high. Even clearance merchandise seems over priced. I wish I could trade my gift card in for cash and spend my $100 elsewhere.

This is my first time ever going to an REI store, and I was pleasantly surprised. We were going to…read morelook at hokas and on clouds, and they have such a huge selection of items in this store. The service was great too because someone came up and helped us find the right size shoes, gave their own opinion on what shoes they preferred/the pros and cons of each, and they even explained their membership program to us. We actually ended up signing up for the program because it's a one-time $30 fee to shop in their member-only section of the store where they sell returned items for less than market price with a bunch of extra benefits. And, you actually get back the $30 you paid for the membership in the form of a store gift card. So, for example we actually got a pair of men's Hokas for $52, and now we have an extra $30 gift card we can go back to use in the store before it expires in the next month. The member-only returned section has a bunch of things from clothes to shoes to hats, etc., so just for that I think it's worth it.

The employee never apologized for our in store experience or for repeatedly putting me on hold without letting me know. I'm grateful, however, for the wonderful customer service from Soma's corporate office. Although I will not be returning to this store, corporate assured me that they will be providing the necessary training to ensure that another solo mom with kids doesn't have the same experience we did.

Even though he was busy, he was very friendly and willing to help. He let us know he was assisting someone else and asked another representative to take care of us. Honestly, I wish we had waited for the first gentleman. The second representative, a larger gentleman, came over to help us, but the experience was completely different. My fiancé was trying to ask questions and have a conversation about the products, but he came across as very rude and standoffish. It genuinely felt like he didn't want to help us. Customer service plays a HUGE role in whether or not I spend my money in said establishment. We left without making a purchase. Hopefully, future customers receive the same level of service we experienced from the first representative, because he made a great first impression.

I go postale when I travel on an Aero, does that make it plane enough for you?…read more Much like the American Eagle over here, I rarely see anyone in here. It's expensive and mainly seems to be for kids. There's a lot of teenwear and stuff, and these stores were very popular in the 90s and 00's, but maybe not so much lately. Plenty of people still come here but they're a little overpriced, so I would definitely wait for a sale before getting anything. Still, it's one of the better and cleaner and more organized versions of the store that I've been to, and I've been in quite a lot. And I mean, we come to this mall all the time, so it's kind of inevitable that we'll eventually find a sexy pair of jeans for Barbie or something like that, and will buy them here if there's a sale, but generally speaking we don't tend to spend money here.
