Great store and beautiful inside. They have everything you could possible need, a definite one stop shop. I buy a mix of organic and natural foods as well as regular groceries so it's nice to have it all in one place. I only give it four stars because it's an expensive store, you definitely pay a premium for the vast selection. Also I'm not that impressed with the organic produce, it really spoils quickly which means it's old when I get it. I tend to buy more conventional when I'm there because it's fresher. So if I really need a lot of organic produce then I go to whole foods. read more

Ordered an espresso from the Peets Coffee area inside this Raleys. The attendee moved real slow and appeared to be in a bad mood . With her attitude I figured we would get bad coffee! And we did! :/ . The coffee tasted like water , we told her that and she told us it had 2 shots of espresso, yeah right ...bad customer service ! I have Using Safeway for pharmacy Tried once before to use the pharmacy at Raleys ...... I was filling a prescription at Safeway They didn't have enough pills So they called Raleys at blue ravine And said they had enough pills the fill The prescription. So I went and gave them the prescription Did some shopping Came back to the pharmacy .. This little runt pharmacist comes out. Tells me it's a few days early to fill it. This Raley's deli has the world- famous Dagwood. I drove all the way from washington just to have this sandwich. The best un-toasted sandwich i have ever had, would highly recommend keeping the original ingredients even if you don't like one of them. Each flavor blends together, and one missed ingredient will take away from the experience of eating this sandwich. It contains four different types of meats and vegetables grown and shipped directly from the garden of eden. If you live in Folsom, or are lucky enough to stumble upon this raleys when in Folsom, eating the Dagwood is a must. read more

I work for Raley's and have been a long time customer. Some may complain that the prices are a little steep and I agree. However the quality of the products are above and beyond what I have seen in other grocery stores. The meat department is the ONLY place (well other than costco) that I will buy raw meat and chicken. By the way to the lady who was very angry that Raley's would not accept her passport to by alcohol, it is not just Raley's policy, it is actually against the STATE LAW. However the clerk should have explained this to you and not have lost her cool. If you want something, and your polite about it, you will get it at Raley's. read more

They have a pretty good produce section and a pretty good selection of things in the Mexican and Asian aisles. I used to shop here at least a couple times a week and now I barely go here once a month, only if I need to. I am a vegan and they used to have all the products I needed and for some reason they just kept carrying less and less things in the natural food section that I eat. Now a lot of the frozen selection of wheat proteins and veggie patties have eggs and milk so they are losing their vegan customer base. Not to mention that they have some stuff in the natural food section and some stuff in the meatless section so I have to check both places across the store from each other just to make sure they don't have the products I'm looking for. I have emailed, but they never responded. I assume they don't care about losing a vegan as a customer maybe? I don't know, feeling a bit frustrated. I have taken my business elsewhere. Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Safeway have a better selection for me. read more

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I ordered off of ECART because I have recently adopted a dog that is not ready to be left home alone. I waited for 20 minutes for them to bring my groceries out. 2 text messages and a phone call unanswered I finally just left. I called the main line when I got home and the employee I talked to said their ecart phone doesn't always work and I could come back if I wanted. No apology. She said that the customers who use this service know to call the main line. To top it off, last weekend when I was able to go inside to shop, my credit card number was stolen from their computer system and used multiple times the next day. Poor service, poor security. Won't be shopping here again. read more

I enjoy getting gas here whenever I am in the area. I can't say that about many other stations! This gas station is in the middle of it all. It is on the way to the lake, onto El Dorado Hills, on the way to Folsom, at the entrance to Empire Ranch, The Parkway and even Brigg's Ranch in the Parkway Plaza in Folsom. It has a car wash drive thru, convenience store, air pumps for the tires, and of course gas. The place is clean and the employees are nice. Pay at the pump or go in either way. The gas station even has disposable gloves if you don't want gas on your hands. It frequently has the most competitive prices in the area but keep an eye on it because very once in awhile it doesn't. It is walking distance to a Starbuck's. TIP: park your car, pump gas, then pull into the side spaces to the right of the pumps and to the left of Starbuck's's and grab coffee. Back to Aisle 1, it is really a superior gas station. The car wash is good, but there is a line sometimes. The car wash is set to get you to buy the top package and it works cause you do. You' ll see. The mini mart has all the usual snacks and drinks. You can use your Something Extra there for the coffee and food they sell for points but no points for gas with Something Extra. Also, if you shop at Raley's you can earn gas rewards like .25 or .50 and once in awhile 1.00 off gas per gallon. Super. Love it. I will be back for sure. read more

This has been our go to grocery store for 13 years. Not only because it's convenient, being right down the street, but because the quality of customer service is definitely 5star! We have many other options living in Folsom. You can get organic or basic anywhere. I must say all the employees from baggers to butchers go above and beyond! We have our favorites....Forest in the meat department is definitely one of them. I can't count the number of times I've asked him for help, whether it's with a recipe, picking out the best cut of anything or staying late to cut a $200 prime rib when he already sanitized everything. For what it's worth, we might loose our Folsom butcher, and I just can't fathom seeing him go. If you know who I'm talking about, or even just want to give our local Raley's a shot out... please do so! Been shopping here for a long time, actually to long, but I live up the street, so not many options. First thing the food bar at 8.99 per pound seems fine until you go to Nugget and see they charge the same price AMAZING!!! You have never seen such unappealing food in your life and they make up for it with people who just do not care a little. WOW!!! What happened to this place, I mean the sandwiches use to be great and now they can barely make one, the people working the Chinese food, just stare at their personal phones all the time, you have to beg for service at the busiest times, because they have one unqualified non interested in their job person covering everything and let us discuss the management with their useless interest of doing anything to make things proper, I can live with the crap you offer now, but the prices went sky high and service is so bad, you might as well train everyone to just take care of them selves, then we would not need your disinterested people to give attitude on everything they hate about the company also. I am so glad you have added so much alcohol, because if enough people drown their sorrows, then maybe they would not care how bad this store really is and last item, I love the woman who runs a business out of your cafeteria bringing her own cooler into a store which she runs a education business there and has been there for years laughing in your face, I am thinking of opening my own business in there also, maybe a snack shop with better prices and coffee that actually taste good, do I apply for a permit with the store??? Just terrible period. I wish you could give negative stars, but that really would lower your score, well in closing keep aiming low and you will strive for being the best at being so bad. Stopped here for a deli sandiwich which Raley's usually has THE BEST, however, NOT this Raley's. People behind the counter could not follow simple directions on wanting the sandiwch heated (two) no chipotle sauce on either sandwich, and the sandwich itself was put together very sloppy. I live very close and have been shopping at this Raley's since it was built. It's always been a beautiful supermarket even though it's had a few ups and downs. I have to say though that I'm concerned about the direction and viability of the store now. Supposedly the store is under remodel and that was confirmed by a manager I spoke to. However, very little of this remodel seems to make sense. For instance the alcohol has been moved next to produce and other groups of items in aisles don't make much sense and the signage is wrong. People wander around with puzzled looks on their faces trying to find things. Probably a lot like my face looks wandering the store. The express lines were removed only to be replaced by seemingly random displays of items. There didn't seem to be much thought to what to put in its place. There is a lot of empty floor space around the store which is usually a bad sign. Floor space is very expensive and financially viable stores must use that space to cover that cost and make money. There are empty spaces in the shelves where merchandise should be and was. It's starting to look like a CVS - like the store is struggling and unfortunately it's becoming a place I'm not sure I want to shop in. I hope I am wrong and the ownership has big plans ahead that were not seeing yet. But I understand the remodel will be done in May. Not much time. I wish them luck! read more
