One of the many reasons I think this location has many clients is because of their fast service. You'd probably walk in and see about 20 people waiting to be seen, and you might think "great I'm going to be here forever." But, if you made your appointment and get there on time you will be seen promptly. The reason for their fast service is because the clinic is very well staffed, they have a one-of- kind system set up to keep the flow of waiting customers going. It's quiet interesting how successful and fast this busy clinic works. Here is why you should come here: -Dr. Burk is a very good doctor -You can get your annual eye exam -You can treat other eye concerns -There is an option to shop for glasses, and they have great discounts and amazing glasses styles -Clean clinic -Bilingual staff -Accept insurance This is my go-to eye doctor. I enjoy the service and knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend.

The biggest issue is that they didn't disclose any prices in advance. They billed me over 2x as much for a "premium" toric contact lens fitting. Of course this wasn't mentioned at the time of service. In 25 years I've never been charged more than the standard price for a contact lens fitting, and it has always been covered by my vision insurance. Not the case here as apparently a toric fitting falls into their special/"premium" category. This was my first and last visit to Dallas Eye & Ear.

Her experience led to a variety of innovative treatments healing my eyes and improving my eyesight! The staff has always been helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. Over the last 3 months I have been in the dr's office more than most, twice a week, weekly and then every 2 weeks because of my eye issues. ALL employees, staff and other doctors have treated everyone one I witnessed with the utmost care and respect. I'm reading some of the others experience and I just did not witness any of them!

I needed cataract surgery and the woman in the office quoted me a stupid price of $3,000 per eye + clinic charge which she could not quote. I instead went to a WONDERFUL clinic in Las Colinas and paid less than $1,500 with my Medicare. The staff at Lind Burk's clinic seems to be not qualified, don't have a good knowledge of costs, or are upselling to pay for such a huge staff. I felt like I was in a car showroom. The clinic I went to has given me 20/20 vision with reasonable follow up visits. This review was to not so much to criticize, but hopefully to maybe suggest they change their practices and be more upfront with costs, procedures and spend more time with the patient (I felt rushed).

My experience with Dr. Pandit and his staff was extremely disappointing. During my first visit, I…read morecame prepared with my blood results from my PCP, which I had already emailed to his office prior to the appointment. When Dr. Pandit came in, he asked where my thyroid and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome results were - which made it clear that neither he nor his staff had thoroughly reviewed my labs. My thyroid results were clearly included in what I sent. Despite that, I proceeded with the visit. Later that same week, I called his staff to follow up and asked them to review my blood work again. They told me they would submit a request to my PCP to get all my results, even though I had already provided them. When I checked in the following week, they said they still hadn't heard back from my PCP. By that point, I had already received my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome results and wanted to send those over as well. I repeatedly asked the staff to review my original blood work because my thyroid results were already there, but they kept brushing me off. After several calls, they finally reviewed it and admitted that my thyroid results were indeed included. I then asked them to confirm whether the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome results I was about to submit were the correct ones Dr. Pandit needed to review before my next visit -- because he had specifically mentioned that he needed to see those results before proceeding. Instead of helping, two different nursing members raised their voices at me, saying they didn't know because the doctor wasn't in. I politely asked if they could confirm with him later and get back to me, but they both said the doctor "didn't have time for that" and that I would just have to wait until my next visit. I explained that I wanted to be proactive and make sure I had all the necessary labs ready ahead of time, but they dismissed me again, saying the doctor would "probably be fine with it." When I asked if they could review the doctor's notes, they said they didn't have access to them but somehow insisted the doctor already had everything he requested - which felt dismissive, confusing, and inconsistent. The staff's tone and attitude made it clear that my health concerns were not a priority to them. If this is how the staff behaves toward patients, I can only imagine how things are handled behind the scenes with the Doctor. After reading other reviews, it now makes sense why many people have shared similar frustrations - and it's hard not to believe that this office may be buying positive reviews for marketing purposes. My health is my top priority, but it was evident that it isn't theirs. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctor or staff who truly care, communicate clearly, or take the time to review patient information properly.

They take months to reply to your concern and do not pick up the phone. The codes that were sent to my insurance needed to be changed to be covered and everyone was giving me the run around. I completely reached my deductible and out of pocket expenses due to surgeries but was billed because Methodist did not want to change a code. It has been months since I have been trying to get help and no one is helping. Some of the test that were ran were even rejected because they submitted it wrong and I am getting charged for it. This is completely horrible customer service. They are quick to have you come in for an appointment but don't help you after when they charge you for it. I will not suggest coming to this location unless you want to get charged for no reason for things that can get covered because they do not feel like changing it. I am disappointed in this organization/ office if this is how you treat all of your long term clients.
