The thing that really got me though was when I spotted chicken dopiaza on the menu (something I find so rarely in Indian restaurants!). We've been there twice and everything that we've had at Mini Punjab has been excellent All their dishes are fresh and flavourful, the portions are generous, everything is just spot on. Mini Punjab is the real deal and I would say it is the best Indian restaurant that I've eaten at in Montreal. It's difficult to highlight specific dishes as everything has been so good. The pakoras are so flavourful and moist, the curries are full of flavour, the paneers firm, yet so soft that they melt in your mouth. I highly recommend giving it a try. It's a great opportunity to have some excellent food and support a new family run resto.

Add 4 papadums (some of the best I've ever tasted), and needless to say, neither of us is hungry. I won't go into detail about the food. All you need to know is that the portions are generous, it tastes incredible and is made with love.
