With a finer feel than your average Indian restaurant, this place is run by overly friendly staffs that will never let your glass of water go empty. My biryani was among the best I've ever had. They certainly know how to hit the spice rack. I know that many people might be turned off by the strong smell of Indian restaurants but trust me, the food is worth it. Raj Mahal is a little more expensive than your typical Indian place but the quality is up there and it's certainly a nice addition to La Prairie. Next time you're hungry, I'd recommend trying Raj Mahal instead of going for pizza or poutine from La Belle Province.

Paneer was seriously spicy, as advised, and overall everything was amazing. The rice with the lamb was incredible, and the 2 chickens speak for themselves.
