3 finger combo
Allen T.

I'm not a big chicken fingers fan, but the new Raising Cane's at the Wharf is pretty good. I went for lunch the day after their grand opening and it was super busy - with about 10 people in line to order at the kiosk, however there were a couple human cashiers pleading for customers to place their order with them. So I cut the kiosk line, placed my order for the 3 finger combo, and got my chicken fingers while the people who were in front of at the kiosk were still waiting. The chicken fingers were moist and tender, and the dipping sauce was quite good - like a kicked up thousand island. The fries were krinkle cut and were fine. The unsweetened ice tea was pretty strong. The texas toast was just kinda meh. Overall, it was a pretty good dea for less than $14.

I love Rising Cane's their chicken tenders are so good well cook. And I like their Cane sauce for you can dunk your chicken tenders in it. And it's a little bit pricey. And it's good to have one in San Francisco also there's another one coming up in Stonestown Mall in SF near SF State college. They're having a grand opening next week on Monday I think I hope everyone can make it there.

The grand opening was awesome! The staff were super kind, from management to bussers, and the food came out piping hot. I loved the Cane's sauce. The kids meal is a great deal - 2 tenders and fries and a drink for $9. I will be back!

Amazing chicken fingers they must use lots of MSG because it tastes awesome. I've been waiting for this for years finally it's in Fishermans Wharf 2 blocks away from In and Out Burger. LOL !!!

A neighbor had mentioned it to us months ago, but we only got around to trying it recently. It's just a short walk from where we live, which made it an easy choice for a casual meal. My significant other, who has family ties to Guatemala, shared some background that made the visit even more interesting. Pollo Campero was founded in the 1970s in Guatemala by Juan Bautista Gutiérrez, starting as a small family business before growing into the largest Central American chicken chain in the world. For many people in Guatemalan and Salvadoran communities, it's more than just fast food; it's something deeply nostalgic, often associated with travel, family, and memories of home. The Fisherman's Wharf location feels casual and family-friendly. The space is long and narrow, with the ordering counter at the very back, so it may not look especially inviting at first glance, but once inside, it's straightforward and easy to navigate. The staff member who helped us was friendly, answered our questions patiently, and took our order quickly. As for the food, we tried the traditional hand-breaded fried chicken, which was well seasoned and full of flavor. It's familiar enough to appeal to fans of U.S. fried-chicken chains, but distinct enough to stand on its own. The sweet plantains were nicely done; soft, sweet, and a good complement to the chicken. We also tried the horchata and jamaica (hibiscus tea), and both were refreshing and well-balanced. While we were there, several families came in, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, especially for kids. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and it's easy to see why Pollo Campero resonates with both longtime fans and newcomers. If you're in the Wharf and want something familiar yet a little different, this is a solid option.

In the Fall we all land and grab something with a bowl. It's usually a bowl of clam chowder or a bowl of Pho other wise known as soup season. Some bowls do not contain broth and contain protein with sauce like Poke. There is a place in SF which serves bowls of Japanese curry and it's called iBowl. On a September stroll a few weeks from Fall I landed inside iBowl. Inside there is a kiosk to order Japanese curry and also some sour lemonade like some on my social media feed in SF . I got the crispy chicken curry rice. It was tasty and the chicken was crispy and fresh. The bowl was not drowned in curry sauce which made it delicious. They also have Beef Donburi and pork katsu like some on my social media feed in SF. It's a good place to grab a bowl in any kind of weather. September "stroll" in my city of "San Francisco" a place with Japanese food but don't a "sushi roll "at but other Japanese plates at "iBowl" We all gravitate to a bowl when the Karl the Fog is out and don't see the "sunrise" some want typical USA Summer weather in SF but get sour as lemonade on "ice" so grab the "crispy chicken curry rice " because iBowl is a pleasant "surprise "

Food is freshly prepared so there might be a bit of a wait but your food is always piping hot. The sauce that comes with the karaage is really good!

I'm a regular customer at this restaurant, and I'm often in a rush, so I usually pick up my order and don't always have time to eat elsewhere. In the past, I haven't always felt completely safe or comfortable at this location. However, Saul has made a meaningful difference in my experience. He goes out of his way to help me find a table and maintains a safe, welcoming environment for customers. His presence, professionalism, and attentiveness have made my visits much more pleasant and have helped me feel more at ease. Providing security in this area is not an easy job, and I hope management recognizes the challenges he faces and appreciates the important role he plays in creating a safer environment for everyone. Thanks to Saul, I feel more comfortable taking my breaks at this location. His efforts truly make a difference, and I believe his hard work deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated.

Both indoor and outdoor seating offered, open floor plan inside. Initially I was going to grab a grilled cheese and tomato soup but opted for a burger, fries, and fountain drink bringing me to $20 and some change. Unfortunately, it was a pretty instant regret for me. The burger I had added on lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, raw onions, and the "melt sauce" and I was disappointed to see that the onions, jalapeños and sauce were quite literally just slapped on the burger. It was really messy from the moment I picked up the burger until the moment I was done. Meat was fine, nothing amazing about it. The side pickle was dry, definitely left out for some time. Fries were clearly seasoned with something but they weren't overpowering or strong in flavor whatsoever. Fountain drink is advertised as "vintage cola" which was good for what it was. One thing to note of this location, in the 30ish minutes I was there, I saw 4 random people walk through to use the restroom with only 1 gal having asked the gentlemen upfront for what may have been the code. While I didn't personally use the restroom, if it's open to all I can only imagine the inside. Another note, the gentlemen up front took a smoke break right outside the restaurant, super quick one but I'm not certain that he came back and washed his hands. At this point, I was losing my appetite. For all the marketing this place flashes around, I'm not sold on it being this great burger joint.

In addition, each piece was surprisingly FRESH and you can tell. If it was frozen prior, then you sure did a great job making it taste as if you just caught it from the ocean. The fish was falling apart and thick slices/fillets, the shrimp was bouncy and the fries were thicc. The batter was light and there were no air gaps and it was not greasy at all (someone is a pro at the oil temperature I see you) I've never been defeated by a plate of food before but I do dare say it was almost too much for me. Highly recommend (may take a while for your food to arrive but it is worth waiting).

He thought two might be enough and almost bought a three piece. He is glad he didn't. The fish were good sized, had a nice crunch to the batter, tasty batter, tender, flakey and fresh. The fries were the best ever. Nice and crunchy on the outside, soft in the middle and you could taste the potato. Fresh fries fried perfectly. I didn't get around to writing a review after my first visit and I took another friend recently. The fish and chips were just as good the second time around. If you are in the City and want some excellent fish and chips you have to hit The Codmother.
