The drive true was quick and the workers were very friendly. I ordered the sandwich, no sides, but fortunately for me, they messed up my order and I departed with a 5 piece strip meal with fries. This was my first time at Canes. The chicken was good, although I would have enjoyed it if it was a bit more on the crispy side. The fries were very tasty, well salted, fresh. Sweet tea was good. The serving size was generous and sufficient for two full meals. 4-stars, comparable to chick-fil-a, but I give the chicken fast food edge to the latter. Super friendly kids working at this location. Polite and prompt. Clean establishment. read more

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Strips and fries - Fast Food Near Me - Hendersonville, Tennessee

Love canes back in Cali so I had to try the local spot out in Hendersonville. I ordered a caniac with two texas toast, fries and extra sauce. Unfortunately I waited till I got home to open my meal and realized I was given the wrong order completely it was a sandwich with fries in the box. ): The location was nice and tons of seating. The Somalian Lady that works the drive thru is so rude and ugly. She dropped my changed and told me to let it go. I contacted the Manager and she didn't care either. Absolutely rude workers! I will NEVER go back there again.... I will go to Slim Chickens instead... read more

Absolutely rude customer service from Emily Sandoval, You can really see the steady decline in efficiency and quality since Alex , the GM, relocated. We will never return ! Slim Chickens is our new favorite and Chik Fila is on the way !!! read more

The drive-thru service here was atrocious. To be so rude and nasty why someone is ordering their food is absurd. You don't even ask me is there anything else that that I would like to order you tell me pull through not even giving me a total or reading back my order to confirm you had it correct! read more

Do you want the best experience at Canes? Here are a few tips to keep in mind. Whenever possible eat at the location vs bringing it home. It is not bad to go but it tastes so much better when you get it inside. I'm not sure if in the box it gets impacted by condensation or what but for your first time especially you will like it so much more if you don't order it to go. My next tip is to order double bread with the box combo if you are like me and don't like coleslaw. There's no charge for this but make sure you tell them up front. If my husband and I are hungry but are not starving we typically share the box combo. We each get two fingers, split the fries, and each get a slice of bread. We split the drink as well. It is a good deal when we share. When you visit be sure to ask for a Caniac club card. After you get the card in person you'll need to register. Check your email so you know when they are offering Caniac club deals. Several times a year they'll load buy one get one free box combos onto your card. We have redeemed three in the last month. Sometimes it's a free drink, sauce or bread. It's an amazing perk but one that isn't widely advertised so you have to be in the know. I love Canes and am thrilled to have one so close to home. I hope this helps you get the most out of your visit. read more

Very rude drive-thru service at the Hendersonville, TN branch, to the point that I was concerned about eating the food; I threw it out and went somewhere else. Just recently ate at Raising Cane's for the first time about 4 months ago and was so impressed, but now I won't be coming back! You don't have to belittle people to make yourself look good! I do not place formal complaints, so this really says a lot! read more

First time at this restaurant! Greasy soggy chicken with greasy fries. No RANCH? Wilty Side Cole slaw is served in a sauce cup for $1.35 So glad I got a kids meal? $9.+???? Not a good value! read more

Off to a great start! So glad a Cane's is in the area! Great chicken tenders and the sauce is soo good. Taste and flavor was exactly what I've had at other Cane's. Friendly staff and they had the high number of customers moving comfortably. read more

Delicious chicken tenders had my mouth watering. I loved the atmospheric disco ball in the ceiling. I got my food as soon as I ordered and got to relax, eat and take in the wonderful decor. Go here for fast service. read more

See all

Food taste was meh, service was good. It's just very cheap, lower quality food. The Texas Toast is toasted then obviously refrigerated or frozen, then microwaved to warm. Not a competitor with Chick Fil-A, they are and entirely different level down. More like Long John Silvers. read more

I love Cane's Excited they are in Hville now. But you have to do something about your wait time in your drive through!!!! Cmon guys. Your menu is limited and fantastic. People shouldn't be waiting this long for chicken and fries. Do better or you're going to lose a lot of business!! If it was one time I wouldn't have left this message...but so far it's Every time and soon going to be the last for us unfortunately. read more

So refreshing after a soccer game, food was excellent.and service was nice too.was in a nice location.and big place overall.

We went by Raising Canes yesterday. We were so dissatisfied and will not be back. The chicken fingers were so bland, and small. Bojangles's tenders are twice the size and have so much better seasoning. The order of fries were $2.74 per order and they were the small crinkle cut. There were very few fries per order. They also charge .39 for extra dipping sauce but you only need one because the size of the chicken fingers. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!! read more

This is my first time going to Raising Cane's in a couple years. The food was so good! The Chicken was great crispy. Bread fry's were a bit too salty. The employees were friendly. The restaurant was nice and clean. Honestly Raising Cane's deserves a better ratings. I will for sure eat here again! read more

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - The Four Box combo - Fast Food Near Me - Hendersonville, Tennessee

Delicious chicken fingers. They were seasoned well. However, the sauce was very salty.

We went to eat there late Friday night and our family has been sick since leaving. Something was wrong with that chicken and we won't be back. read more

I paid $25 for this??? 8 chicken fingers, cold fries, cold toast and people are lining up for this? Really? The sauce is the same as you can get anywhere else. I just don't get that excited about ketchup and mayonnaise being mixed with some pepper to make bland chicken fingers more exciting. I ordered at the kiosk and the wait was about 2 minutes so the service was very good and quick but I made the mistake of not checking to see if the fries were hot. When I got home 8 minutes later, the fries were bland, limp and cold. Absolutely terrible. The toast (what is this supposed to be) was dry and tasteless. At least spread some butter and garlic on it to give it SOME flavor. This is the home of the bland and boring. No way I'd return. To feed a family of four would be $50. No way. read more

Obviously one of the best chicken spots in the business. Opening day was well organized and staff were super friendly. Great job. So glad to have you in our town. read more

The food is good but very expensive. The chicken fingers are average size but you get a ton of fries. The chicken fingers are barely done enough, and I'd prefer mine cooked just a little while longer to ensure they are done and give them more crunch. The noise level is incredibly high. Seems to be a place where teenagers like to go because 95% were of that age category. The location is okay. The restaurant is new and beautiful inside. You can easily see and read the menus. When we were there it was warm outside and they had the air conditioning on, and it was so cold I could barely stand it. But it didn't seem to bother the teenagers. Due to the cold and the noise I was ready to get out of there after about 2 minutes. If you like this sort of atmosphere, don't mind the cost, and like chicken, I'm sure you would enjoy a dining experience there. read more

Actually I don't know where to start, maybe the over priced you pay for mediocre food? The Soggy Fries? The 3 Tablespoons of Coleslaw with the meal? Or The I could care less attitude of the employees? Second Time Going, Won't Be Back, So many other places I could Spend $40 for two people and get a good meal, read more

First time eating here and disappointed to say the least. Chicken fingers were soggy and breading was falling off, Texas toast? More like a toasted half of a hot dog bun and soggy fries as well. My review I can sum up in one word overpriced garbage read more

Couldnt take cash, even exact change...couldnt give me a receipt for credit. Couldnt get my order correct, couldnt give me a straw. Overall, this place should be shut down and reopened with all new employees. Unbelievable how bad my experience was. I will never return to any raising canes because of this experience. Good luck if you do go there! Check your order! read more

I was so excited for this but what a bust! The fries and bread were good! But the chicken was just meh. I'll stick with Slim Chicken

Very fast service. Hot and delicious food! The seating area was well spaced and clean. I had the 3 tenders and fries combo and it was reminiscent of Otter's on Demonbreun (If you know, you know) back in the day. The Texas toast tasted like a Fazoli's breadstick. I was pleasantly surprised and I plan to go again. read more

Just Opened in Hendersonville!! Great 1st time experience even though we have a chicken joint on every corner! Great Tenders!

This is my second time to try this Canes. The first time was their soft opening, and even though it was a madhouse, the food was very good. Today, I thought the chicken and fries were absolutely tasteless. No seasoning on either. I guess if your dipping everything, then it's fine, but I prefer my food to have flavor without covering everything in a sauce. I was also appalled by the price. A 6 piece strip meal was just under $20. That's ridiculous. Let's remember that this is fast food without any service. So, there is no sending it back when it is subpar. It's just being cranked out without any consideration already it seems. I also found it odd that they had the 2nd drive thru lane closed at dinner time, which made the wait unexpectedly longer. My preference is to continue going to Slim's next door. The grass wasn't greener across the parking lot. read more

The dipping sauce is mediocre at best and the chicken is chicken. I still prefer Slim Chicken.

The food was very delicious. Fries were perfectly salty, toast was great, and the chicken was just the right amount. The service was great and we got our food fast, very nice people. The only thing is that the atmosphere of the place is very loud on the inside. Could be overstimulating for some. read more

The toast was glorious. I drool every time I think about it. Tenders were also good. Canes cause was . Highly recommend.

this canes has the WORST sweet tea!!!! all other canes i've been to have amazing sweet tea but no, not this one. it tasted like they scooped the water out from the cumberland river and put 2 grains of sugar in it and half of a tea bag. this needs to be fixed immediately! very disappointed! read more
