Do you want the best experience at Canes? Here are a few tips to keep in mind. Whenever possible eat at the location vs bringing it home. It is not bad to go but it tastes so much better when you get it inside. I'm not sure if in the box it gets impacted by condensation or what but for your first time especially you will like it so much more if you don't order it to go. My next tip is to order double bread with the box combo if you are like me and don't like coleslaw. There's no charge for this but make sure you tell them up front. If my husband and I are hungry but are not starving we typically share the box combo. We each get two fingers, split the fries, and each get a slice of bread. We split the drink as well. It is a good deal when we share. When you visit be sure to ask for a Caniac club card. After you get the card in person you'll need to register. Check your email so you know when they are offering Caniac club deals. Several times a year they'll load buy one get one free box combos onto your card. We have redeemed three in the last month. Sometimes it's a free drink, sauce or bread. It's an amazing perk but one that isn't widely advertised so you have to be in the know. I love Canes and am thrilled to have one so close to home. We went by Raising Canes yesterday. We were so dissatisfied and will not be back. The chicken fingers were so bland, and small. Bojangles's tenders are twice the size and have so much better seasoning. The order of fries were $2.74 per order and they were the small crinkle cut. There were very few fries per order. They also charge .39 for extra dipping sauce but you only need one because the size of the chicken fingers. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!! read more

I paid $25 for this??? 8 chicken fingers, cold fries, cold toast and people are lining up for this? Really? The sauce is the same as you can get anywhere else. I just don't get that excited about ketchup and mayonnaise being mixed with some pepper to make bland chicken fingers more exciting. I ordered at the kiosk and the wait was about 2 minutes so the service was very good and quick but I made the mistake of not checking to see if the fries were hot. When I got home 8 minutes later, the fries were bland, limp and cold. Absolutely terrible. The toast (what is this supposed to be) was dry and tasteless. At least spread some butter and garlic on it to give it SOME flavor. This is the home of the bland and boring. No way I'd return. To feed a family of four would be $50. No way. read more

The food is good but very expensive. The chicken fingers are average size but you get a ton of fries. The chicken fingers are barely done enough, and I'd prefer mine cooked just a little while longer to ensure they are done and give them more crunch. The noise level is incredibly high. Seems to be a place where teenagers like to go because 95% were of that age category. The location is okay. The restaurant is new and beautiful inside. You can easily see and read the menus. When we were there it was warm outside and they had the air conditioning on, and it was so cold I could barely stand it. But it didn't seem to bother the teenagers. Due to the cold and the noise I was ready to get out of there after about 2 minutes. This is my second time to try this Canes. The first time was their soft opening, and even though it was a madhouse, the food was very good. Today, I thought the chicken and fries were absolutely tasteless. No seasoning on either. I guess if your dipping everything, then it's fine, but I prefer my food to have flavor without covering everything in a sauce. I was also appalled by the price. A 6 piece strip meal was just under $20. That's ridiculous. Let's remember that this is fast food without any service. So, there is no sending it back when it is subpar. It's just being cranked out without any consideration already it seems. I also found it odd that they had the 2nd drive thru lane closed at dinner time, which made the wait unexpectedly longer.
