I'll tell you we don't have these restaurants up in Michigan I wish we did. Every single time I've been to this place it is hot fresh you can tell the grease is clean and it's delicious. They do a great job here. I'm definitely a big fan of raising Cane's now. Come to Michigan please preferably the Metro Detroit area. read more

Raising Canes - We are not coming back until you change your name to Rasing Canes Chicken Nuggets. This is Absurd that yall charge $12 for this. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Covington, Louisiana

We came in on the later side of the evening here (around 9:30pm) the other night for a quick dinner after unpacking all day. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and happier to help us with recommendations. We decided on the chicken sandwich and the Cane's Combo. This was our first time at a Cane's and the food did not disappoint! Everything was piping hot and freshly fried. Their signature sauces, made in house, were also great and the perfect contrast to the hot chicken. The bread and fries were also solid. The staff working literally spoke to us throughout our meal providing recommendations for good neighboring restaurants and places to go as newcomers to the community. We really appreciated it. This place serves up both delicious food and friendly service. Cant be beat! read more

I'd say this is really a 3.5. I don't think it's as good as Guthrie's. They are very similar. The chicken fingers were pretty good. I don't like the cole slaw. Too sweet. The fries were good. The dipping sauce is what makes this yummy. I ordered and paid for an extra sauce which was not in my order when I got home. I ran out of sauce. The location was very clean and the employees we encountered were friendly, I was very impressed that they are selling merchandise to support the local humane society! Yes!!!! This got them pushed from 3 to 4. I would definitely eat here again. read more

I would like to take the time to express my dissatisfaction with how an incident was handled on 9/6/2024 during the pickup of my catering order that was placed on 9/5/2024 at 10:39am for a pickup time of 3:30pm. I placed a large catering order on 9/5/24 in person at this location with a pickup time of 3:30pm. While in the line to pickup my order, the lady before me was mentioning she called about an order and was coming in to pay for it which she did using a visa card. I'm assuming my order is ready as it is now 3:30pm. Manager John checks me out and says they are working on a few large orders and mine should be out soon. I proceed to the pickup counter and notice large catering bags. They proceed to give the guest whom just paid for their order her bags of food and not me. How is this possible when my order was paid for as of yesterday? I physically came into the restaurant placed an order and paid for it. My food was not ready on time and someone whom just PAID for an order gets their order before a customer that has paid for an order. Now it's 3:45pm and I don't have my order ready. As I'm explaining this scenario as poor customer service, John never once apologizes, just indicates well we have several orders at the time. Totally unacceptable with regards to customer service and also to fulfill a customer whom just paid her balance in front of a customer whom came in the day prior and paid for her entire order. John never once apologized for the mishap, just stared at me like I was wrong. Whew, I will never place another catering orders at this location ever again. read more

I've never had a bad experience. Chicken tenders are great. The chicken sandwich is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stopped in around 9:30 pm and were greeted warmly as we walked in. It was very late but the employees were all very friendly and it didn't seem to bother them we came in at such a late hour. . The place was clean and the food was very good! read more

Raising Cane's only sells chicken fingers, but what good chicken fingers they are. Cane's uses fresh ingredients and fries your tenders to order ensuring a quality product. Most orders come with cole slaw, fries and texas toast. I ditch the slaw and opt for extra sauce. Their sauce is tangy and goes great with the tenders. The staff at this location is young, but very professional and friendly. We have been to this location numerous times. The food is always great. read more

Wow, what a difference a great manager can make. This is our third time in a row to have a near perfect experience. Fingers and fries cooked perfectly- this location used to overcook the fries. Sauce was spot on. Coleslaw a little on the dry side but fresh. The front of house still needs a little work. They seem disorganized and preoccupied - don't really get that enthusiastic "Welcome to Canes" vibe yet. Though, I'm optimistic someone who can get the kitchen running like a well tuned machine will get the front counter in order. read more

The food is good. The staff is also super professional. Cane's has been around for years now. Comparing past to present, the food quantity has been less. The Chicken tenders look half the size and also now the portions of the fries are even getting smaller. I don't feel like it is worth paying the price of a meal which seems like a decent fill to come out to be the size of a kids meal. Awesome lemonade and tea. read more

Normal run of the mill canes. A few times I've been here the tenders seemed undercooked to my liking. If you like ketchup MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR MORE THAN ONE! They will without fail every time only give you one. The first few times I thought it was a fluke but it can't be. Has to be from top down. Cane sauce is good but I want KETCHUP!!! read more

Love using Cane's tenders in a dish I make, but when chicken tenders is the ONLY thing you sale, why do I have to go park and wait over 10 minutes (and counting) for a measly order of 25 tenders to be brought out to me? Oh, that's 10 minutes and counting because I'm still waiting. I was told it would take 6 minutes. Should have gone to chick-fil-et given the time crunch we're in. So frustrating. read more

I've been going to this Cane's for years now and for the most part they are always friendly and get your order right! However, this past time we had *several* strands of hair in our food.. my boyfriend is not easily dissuaded from eating so luckily it did not go to waste haha.. however, it was still pretty grody. We'll have to start checking our meals before we leave the parking lot. read more

The lemonade has a strange aftertaste to it tasted like cleaner was not rinsed out thoroughly. The food is good otherwise the only thing they could do better is to keep the slaw in a different box then with the hot food. read more

Yummy deliciousness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Split the Caniac Combo with the bf and was plenty for both of us. Cheap date :) The cane sauce is Phenom and I get it everytime I visit my parents in Louisiana. Craving it right now back in NY. They only serve chicken, fries, texas toast, and that amazing sauce. Dip the toast in the sauce and thank me later. Also has drive thru. read more

I love Raising Cane's ever since I discovered them near Baton Rouge about 5 years ago. Yesterday was my first trip to this store. It was clean, the food was good, and the service was quick and friendly, as I've come to expect. However, as someone else pointed out the lemonade tastes off here, like they're making it with bad water at this store. I normally love Cane's lemonade, but it tastes moldy to the point of ruining it for me. So I'm giving it just 4 stars out of 5. read more

Wouldn't admit that they got my order wrong after traveling for 10 hours last thing I want is my order messed up

I couldn't believe that a restaurant would be able to get away with serving one thing, so I had to check it out. Glad I did, thought it was very good. I also didn't think you could get away with serving one kind of sauce with chicken fingers but it was good and worked. Definitely would go back. read more

BEWARE. I went through the drive through and made two separate orders. The female voice on the speaker confirmed the orders and said drive up to the window. When we got to the window the fellow manning the register thought it was just a single order. We explained that they were supposed to be separate, and he shut the window to sort it out. After a short wait, the window opened, and it was obvious there was still some confusion going on as to how to separate the bill. To expedite the situation I offered to pay the entire bill, which was $18.44. We got our food and left, but today I see on my bank website that they charged me for my order, $10.85 for a Caniac, and $18.44 which was my order and my passengers order combined. So BEWARE. Even after assuring me they had corrected it, they just charged me twice, and sent me on my way. The food was good, but for a nearly $30.00 lunch, I could have had something better, with better service. read more

i just had their chicken tender basket with lemonade for lunch and Loved the flavor of everything. their chicken was delicious and the sauce they give out is amazing. my lemonade had a unique but awesome flavor and i can't wait to try it again. the fries and bread go great with the leftover sauce after the chicken fingers haha read more

Need a QUICK lunch? Need a DELICIOUS meal? Well then this Raising Canes is definitely for you. Like someone else mentioned, it's a young staff, knowledgeable and professional alike. A LOT of people do not know, but they also have a honey mustard sauce, that is just as tasty as the "canes" sauce. Very respectful place; I go there at least once per week. - The veterans know me by name. read more
