The parking lot was somewhat full when we came before 1pm. There was a bunch of people inside but no line to order. I went to the Raising Cane's that opened in Kansas City recently so I wanted to try something else and since this was a fast food chain, then the menu items should be the same. I ordered the Three Finger Combo ($6.59) and also forgot about the lemonade but it was fine. The place looked very new and clean. There were a lot of tables but only a few booths on the sides of the restaurant. The food came out a few minutes later. The Three Finger Combo was a lot of food for the price which was a good thing (most bang for your buck). The chicken fingers were hot and great with the Cane's sauce. The Texas toast was delicious and I wasn't expecting that. Good place for some chicken and would recommend checking it out if you want chicken. read more

I have a problem when I order online and I get there to pick up my food they start cooking it. This defeats the whole purpose of trying order ahead. I get told that they had complaints from people saying that their food is cold. Well that is their fault they need to come pick it up in a timely manor. The chicken fingers at this location are MUCH SMALLER than at other locations and I am pretty sure the franchise owners know this!!! Iowa people mess up every franchise we get by trying to do things their own way!!! We were losing restaurants before the virus began for not doing things the correct way. Been one of my favorite restaurants for over a decade. The food is great and it's quick. I suggest to try hot sauce on the tenders before you dip it into the cane sauce. read more

Soggy and lacking flavor but mostly just soggy , where is the crisp ? Seriously guys fried chicken of any any kind should be crispy. I could deal with the lack of flavor but the soggy is a deal breaker and I unfortunately won't be back ever again. read more

This Cane's was on our way to New Orleans. Perfectly good a clean Cane's with the food being the quality you would expect from a Cane's.

Not the Cane's I've Come to Appreciate: First off, when we walked in, we immediately noticed that no one was behind the counter - no problem here - except none of the other employees present greeted us or told us we'd be served soon. Instead, the woman working window looked at us numerous times while we stood there waiting - for five minutes - and said nothing. But, that's not eve the half of it, the two guys working in the kitchen looked right as us and also said nothing. I wouldn't mind not being greeted, but watching one of those guys eat while he was preparing food was just too much for me. Finally someone served us; that lady was very nice. She filled our order and we went on our way to get our drinks. After we filled our drinks, our food was put up in the window. However, it sat there for two before we got it. Finally, bad service would be redeemed with the finest chicken tenders to bless the fast food industry right? Not. We grabbed our food and found a seat. It was then that we noticed how nasty the inside of this place was - fries on the floor, dirty tables, etc. We sat down and realized just how bad this bad work ethic has tarnished one of the best chicken-tender-exclusive fast food joints. The food was just gross, fries were cold and tasted almost stale; tenders were WELL done, almost burnt; drinks were syrupy; and the Canes sauce was super salty. My wife and I agreed, this is the worst Canes we've ever had. I spent a lot of time in Baton Rouge when I was younger - I know what the Cane's image should be and this place is honestly a disgrace to it. Service was fast but inaccurate. I paid for extra Canes sauce and got none and also ordered a tea in which there was no ice in the cup. I realized all off this AFTER I pulled away from the window, of course. The food wasn't bad but the service just needs improvement on accuracy. read more

That sauce tho! Consistently good chicken fingers. Prices are relatively high, but I feel like you get what you pay for. I always opt for no drink, which reduces the cost of every combo. As someone who has eaten at at least six locations of this chain, I can assure the fine people of Laurel that this store is of the same quality and freshness as the others. I visited on the back end of the dinner hour, and there were only a very few guests inside. I received the usual friendly greeting, and the food was brought out in fairly short order. When I'm really down in life, this is the place I always go. This place never disappoints. Just a few things to choose from on the menu so I never make another horrible decision. Always extra greasy on everything I order, even the lemonade is greasy. They do have a cool mural painting on the outside of the store so that's a plus. Great canes everytime I've been, friendly service and usually very quick. Always clean and arranged nice.

The menu is simple, yet awesome. Great for kids, or tailgate parties. As good as any chicken tenders anywhere.

Love me some raising canes, especially this one being that it's never really that crowded. Raising canes is always kind've pricey though, usually always spend $12 per meal, but there's no other place like it. read more

I'm from out of town. I usually love Canes. The place was filthy! The employees in the back were acting really stupid. They were loud and Obnoxious. It's was extremely annoying. Canes was my oldest daughter's first job. That's where she met her husband. He worked his way up the management latter. He use to pop in unexpectedly to check on everything about the store. Everything! He would be disgusted at this store. He doesn't work for Canes anymore though. This Restaurant is a disgrace. On a pleasant note, my food was hot and it was good. I had no trouble with the girl at the register. She seemed a little nervous about the people in the back making so much racket. I was staring at them she turned around to look. I seriously can't see how anyone could like the chicken here. It is the blandest you can imagine. I was told that but just had to waste my money to find out for myself. The cost was high enough to make you think just maybe you were paying for quality. I was so disappointed that I wanted to go back and demand a refund but I hate confrontation too much.
