No lemon for my iced tea. I ordered unsweetened iced tea and got sweet tea twice as apparently someone put sugar in all the unsweetened tea. I didn't get my BBQ sauce for my tenders so I had to go ask for that. I didn't get a straw with my drink. When I couldn't get unsweetened tea I just got water and no refund for the tea I never got. The food at Chick-fil-a has just declined over the years as they used to be great but not anymore. I had a sandwich, tenders and a soup and none of them were very enjoyable or flavorful like Chick-fil-A used to be. The portions are small and spending over $20 for fast food with a blah experience reinforces my desire to only eat at regular restaurants and avoid fast food. read more

The cleanliness in every aspect is not to par to all the other CFA restaurants that I've been to. The bathrooms were dirty with no paper towels to dry my hands after washing them, the tables and chairs were not wiped and cleaned off. It has a horrible smell inside the building as soon as I walked in. Worst and most disgusting CFA I've seen and been to. They need to do better. read more

"Oh no! What could improve" how about not letting one single car jam up your drive thru for 16 minutes and counting. Absolutely absurd. By far without a doubt slowest chic filet I've ever been to. Before you say "oh it was the cars fault", there are steps to mitigate this issue at every other drive thru. MAKE THEM PULL UP instead of making all the other customers wait while their food gets cold. This Chick-fil-A is Laurel's second location and is a stand-alone brick and mortar building with adequate parking space. The other location is located in the Sawmill Mall (near Penney's and has been there for decades. This location is reflective with all of the current non mall restaurants that Chick-fil-A is building with a nice clean interior and drive thru and is less than a year old. I had lunch there last week ordering the regular chicken sandwich combo meal with fries and a drink. After having been given my drink and getting ketchup packets, my food arrived within a minute of me sitting down. Like any Chick-fil-A my food was good. How can you not like their chicken sandwiches and those waffle fries are the best. The special Heinz ketchup packets will spoil you when you have to go back to the old style that everywhere else serves. Cheerful and professional counter service, very good food, clean bathrooms and those ketchup packets make Chick-fil-A the best in the fast food arena and this store fits right in. read more

Good service, but they are supposed to close at 10:00 and yet they always have half the lobby closed by 8:30 every night.

We dine in and DoorDash pretty often. Order is always correct... And ours is a little more difficult than others. One of our family members has Celiac Disease (Gluten Allergy). They always provide us with a Gluten Free Bun and change their gloves to avoid cross contamination. To this day our family member has never gotten sick. Great Job Guys!! read more

I hope I write they have only 1 Chick-fil-A in Laurel and I'm not writing the review for the wrong one. My kids love Chick-fil-A but I was never a fan of it until I had the meal from this place. It was expecting the usual dry chicken nuggets by my house. But this Chick-fil-A chicken nuggets were so tasty and soft. They were just perfect. My husband said he saw that they won the excellent award. If all the Chick-fil-A were like that, I don't have to try to convince my kids to have something else every time they ask for Chick-fil-A. I just wish they didn't miss my meal. They forgot one of my order and we didn't want to turn around to get it. I'm so hungry and I crave for more Chick-fil-A. My fav is the Market salad with Light Balsamic vinaigrette (80 calories) Sliced grilled chicken breast served on a fresh bed of chopped Romaine lettuce and baby greens, topped with shredded red cabbage and carrots, crumbled blue cheese and a mix of red and green apples, strawberries and blueberries. (330 calories) Topped with Harvest Nut Granola, Roasted Nut Blend and your choice of dressing. It's the BOMB! I have never been so disappointed in Chick-fil-A. The atmosphere is STRESSED sand the management is poor up front. Workers are treated HORRIBLY and there's no respect given to workers. I have eaten at many Chic-fil-a, I love them and support them..Was glad to see we final got a a new one..First time I ate there it wasn't good, cold fries, soaked buns..I wrote it off as new location, working the problems out..Went again, same poor quality..I waited several weeks to give it one more try..3rd time, my last! was worse..fries cold, not even close to fresh fries, again the buns were soaked it fell apart..I purchased two meals, both were not fit to eat..my friend throwed hers away too. Absolutely DISGUSTING. We were passing through otherwise we would have gone in to complain. The chicken nuggets were repulsive and the fries were so greasy we couldn't eat either. I travel extensively throughout the US. I always order a breakfast filet on a bun for breakfast. This Chick Fil A would not allow me to purchase this, or order a chicken biscuit on a bun. I realize this is minor and not the end of the world but I have never had this happen. I told them you don't have to toast or, just grab one out of the bag and charge me for a bun. I tried this place when it first opened, but was not impressed. I ordered a chicken biscuit. It was small and dry. I usually give restaurants second chances, sometimes three. All I can say is WOW! So happy to see a stand alone Chick-Fil-A in Laurel! I know the whole town is ecstatic!! Ok, so I just had my first sandwich from here (spicy chicken, duhhh) OMG, it was so good. The bun even had like a sourdough effect going on?? So good so good only complaint was that it was gone in sixty seconds #puny I know this place will meet and exceed your expectations for a long time. I happen to know the manager, and even from a non-biased perspective, she is one of the best people I know. Extremely hard working person that absolutely does things the right way. Out of all the chick filas I've been too, this location is the absolute worst. The owner attitude is Terrible after I said something about her workers being in freezing cold weather to take orders n it was drizzling freezing rain. The little boy said he was so cold. And the food is not fresh like the other locations. I have to always take something back or my order was wrong. And check your kids meal. They give them the cold old food.
