Upon entering and getting seated, I decided instead of a sandwich that I wanted brunch since breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Sadly, all the brunch items I wanted were not available which was pretty much the entire brunch menu. So I defaulted to the sandwiches. I decided on the half order of the La Cosa Nostra sandwich which is basically an italian on ciabatta. So pretty much an organized crime of italian meats and veggies on bread (If you don't know what La Cosa Nostra means, I suggest you watch The Sopranos). It came with a side of homemade chips for a complete meal. Filling and tasty, I found the giardiniera to be a nice touch with the meats and veggies. Plus the bread had some softness to it for a ciabatta. Staff is nice but customer service could use some polishing (i.e. making sure silverware is on the table). I'll have to try other sandwiches next time I'm back here. Laredo has impressed me with places like these.
