The reviews here are abysmal and laughable. "oN MY BiRthDAy!!"...the world does not revolve around…read morea day you share with millions of people. But you're right. It's not perfect, you might think what a 4/5-star rating looks like for a restaurant that is polarizing to some, but if I see that I am going to a restaurant that is full, I don't expect 5 star-rated experience. I don't have any complaints about food or service. BWW is reasonably priced, and I will expect a reasonable experience. It's not for everyone, like food, it's an acquired taste. People forget that it's also a sports bar, so yes, the restrooms will be that of a pub. dirty, gross, smelly. The ambiance is very particular. Could BWW use a facelift or a second restaurant in Laredo? yes, most certainly, but I am here for food and service, and I am okay with what I've experienced. Oh, the waitresses that have served me have been wonderful, every single one of them.

I ended up here as I was staying at the Residence Inn and I just walked over for a late dinner…read more First clue was that I asked for the buffalo chicken salad and she said they only had grilled chicken for the salad. Which brings to mind many questions. Can they not just cut up tenders? Or even boneless wings? So i pivoted and got a grilled chicken caesar salad. And look, I should have read these reviews so this is my fault. But let me say here and now that on January 26th, on the 150th anniversary of our nation's founding, I had the worst chicken caesar salad I have ever had. To really understand this you need to know that I am 49. And that I eat in airports a lot where oftentimes the only thing to eat is a mealy chicken caesar wrap. I am familiar with mediocre chicken caesar salads. In all forms. This chicken was tougher than Nelson Mandela. They only give you plastic utensils which made this all the more apparent. The rest of the salad looked like it took silver in a speed caesar contest. Just sad lettuce with soft croutons, the devil's chicken and some drips of dressing. The funny thing is that all the exterior lights were off, so I thought they were closed. That was God telling me not to enter this place. I should have listened. I'm sorry God.

Our to go place in Laredo. We enjoy coming here for food and drinks, plus TVs are on…read more Full bar, love the atmosphere here. People are great and enjoy talking to customers. I like this place cause, you can order from the Mexican restaurant on the other end. They share the bathrooms in the middle of the building The burgers are great, so are the wings.

Had to post this in honor of national chicken wing day. Wild that it's an actual thing…read more Back in May, I remember stopping in here since I was in the mood for wings and a beer. It was next to my hotel so I straight up walked here. Seeing the reviews, I was hesitant but trudged in. Upon entering, i witnessed a clean establishment with plenty of seating and got the impression that the business is military friendly. Probably due to them asking me upon arriving if I had a military ID. Pretty nice of them that they respect those who have spent time in the services. Anyways, a decided on a seat at the bar and ordered a beer and 10 wings in the Chipotle and Chili Mango flavors. Thought about making it a meal with the fries but decided against it. As for the wings, they are pretty big and good crunch although not much seasoning as the flavors are all from the sauces. I'm fortunate I got the ones I picked with the chipotle having a nice kick and the chili mango a mix of sweet and spicyiness. While the flavor of the wings are mainly from the sauce, it's hard to beat the price with 10 wings at $13 which is a bargain these days (thanks inflation). There's plenty of tvs here and most of the sports are in spanish for soccer/int'l baseball. I found they played korean baseball here which was pretty cool to see. Whether you're military or not, expect good-sized wings at a good price with sports playing if that's your thing.
