Was on vacation and my girlfriend wanted to try canes because she'd never had it before, we went with our friends and our whole group got really sick with food poisoning. The chicken was definitely undercooked. I wasn't going to make a post but saw several other reviews saying that this place gave them food poisoning as well. So if you're planning on trying this canes please proceed with caution. Super disappointing for a first experience. read more

Wanted to check out this location. The service was less than par. We have ate at several canes and this was the weakest. The restaurant and set up were awesome. We have been collecting the Posty cups. It was time for the pink one. We asked for that one and was told it's random. I asked about the calendar and they said it's not accurate and it's random. I asked if they had any left and they said nope. Only the black one. The person next to us got pink. I asked about that one and he said that was the last one. Two people later, they got a pink one. Kinda crappy. Besides that, the chicken seemed very small and small portion of fries compared to other locations. We also checked out the vending machine. We got two beanies. The first order failed to dispense. I talked to corrie and she said it refund the next day. I waited two days and nothing. I called and spoke to Hallie and she stated that she was going to call that side and get it taken care of. It may take a few days. It's been about 12 days and still nothing. Pretty crappy. Buy at your own risk. read more

We were so excited, as big fans of Post, we couldn't wait to finally come check this place out! It's pretty cool! The chicken strips here are really good! The Texas Toast is delicious and the crinkle fries are the perfect side! We loved our experience here. Service was fast, efficient and the staff were friendly! I can tell this place gets busy but they are doing a great job pushing fresh meals out. Thanks Midvale Cane's, we will come back when in the area again! Ps. We came right after they opened, before it got busy so we were in & out, no lines yet :) read more

Dear Raising Cane's Team, I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit. While I appreciate the quick service and friendly staff, I felt that a couple of things could be improved to make the experience better. The chicken tenders were a bit bland and could use more seasoning to bring out the flavor. Also, the fries seemed undercooked--they were soft and not as crispy as expected. I believe with just a bit more attention to food preparation, the overall meal would be much more enjoyable. I'm a fan of what Raising Cane's stands for, and I hope this feedback helps you continue to improve. Thank you for your time and for listening. read more

Unique is certainly the word for this raising canes location and honestly, I'm not really feeling it. Excluding the bold choice of going with the color pink at all, where they really missed was making the side walks surrounding the building pink as well. The pink color gets dirty very easily and just looks plain bad. The pink exterior I find makes the building look cheap overall. The interior continues with the interesting design choices, with a random suit of armor, post Malone guitars and clothing, and a pretty cool setup of tubes and ping pongs running through them. The bathrooms look like they came from a completely different building. They are black and white with a dungeons and dragons motif. What was very disappointing is the fact that both the men's and women's bathrooms have signs that say "changing station", but after entering neither of them actually do. The food however is great as always, and they were able to get through the fairly large line surprisingly quickly. so if you like canes, I suppose you have to come to experience this location at least once, but for me, this was a one time thing read more

I love all the pink! And as always, the chicken fingers were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. read more

It's so pink and I love the new cups that're out! I asked if we could get a pink cup but the cashier gave me and my bestie a black one. I'm grateful but then the people after us got pink ones so I feel kind of scammed. You can't tell there's a design on the black cup. Why didn't she give us a pink cup? :'/ POST MALONE PLEASE SEND ME A CUTE PINK CUP read more

The food was amazing and came out perfect. The young lady at the counter was extremely helpful as this was my first visit to this location. I will be back for sure. read more

I'm a big canes fan and was super excited when this location finally opened! Modern feel, double drive thru lanes, and friendly staff. The food is amazing per usual. Honestly the best chicken fingers out there. While they don't have a huge sauce selection, don't let that deter you. The canes sauce is really good and will grow on you if you aren't sure after the first try. They also have really good lemonade. The box combo is the way to go. Four tenders, fries, slaw, sauce and Texas toast. You can't go wrong! read more

Oy, the chicken fingers are terrific -- maybe a little too good with their delicious special sauce. The chicken fingers are always flavorful and crispy -- the last time we went, the chicken and fries were so freshly cooked that they nearly burned my mouth. Can't complain though. I appreciate that our food is always freshly prepared and delicious. :) The restaurant's ambiance inside is really neat and clean -- for convenience sake we opted for the drive through. No matter the time of day, or the length of the line, their service is lightning fast. Five stars! read more

The box combo seemed like the perfect amount to get me full, and it did! The service was super fast. After I paid for my order my name was called and it was hot and fresh. The scenery is great. You can see some of Post attire here used for pictures or shows. And to add the rest rooms are even cool. read more

Ok, I go thru this Canes drive through quite often. I'm not kidding, the past four (4) times they didn't put my full order together. It's actually amazing they can be this consistent. The staff really needs to learn how to listen. Last time I checked before I drove off. I ordered extra sides. There was an extra carton so I thought they finally got it right only to find when I got home, they didn't include the original side in the order. Ugh I gave it a two because I do like their food...when I get it. read more

I was so excited when I randomly found myself next to the Post Malone raising canes! Every detail in this location is amazing! The staff was very kind while we stood there excitedly taking about the details of the restaurant and menu! You have to go check out this amazing restaurant! The food was eh. I'm personally not a huge fan of raising canes, I feel like it tastes like food I can eat at home. read more

Fried chicken strips were tender. Short a star cause breading didn't have any spices/flavor. Crinkle cut fries were fine, coleslaw was creamy. Enjoyed the lemonade. Wish they had other side options and bbq sauce. Nice to have another chicken option. Employees friendly. Chicken strips or sandwich are the choices, no nuggets. Fun new atmosphere. read more

Place is still good but now the outside looks like Miami Beach Prison for some reason? Seriously, from a distance the main door makes it look like the place is under construction and not open, thought it was closed until I got close enough to see people sitting outside with their food. As with all Canes, the closer you get there to opening the better, it's best when its all fresh ... stuff gets shrunken and less appetizing if it's sitting for a while. read more

I've eaten here numerous times since it's opened, and every time has been great, but today's service has been stellar. My BF and I ordered online and went to this store to pick up the food, checked in, only waited about five minutes and one of the employees (I believe his name was Robert?) was walking outside from ending his shift and noticed we were waiting for food. He went back inside and within a minute came back out with our order, all of the clock, and gave it to us as well as wished us a great day. We thanked him profusely, as he had such a wonderful and cheerful demeanor, but he ended up giving us a bunch of Raising Cane stickers he had leftover as another way of sending us off on a good note. Thanks to this location for having such a great staff!! We'll absolutely be back. read more

Check your orders! After waiting over 15 minutes in the drive through, they didn't even fill the order. Definitely not worth going back for the rest of our bland, tasteless chicken. read more

Slow. Wasn't impressed. Never really liked Raising Caves but was desperate and it read the only place open at 11:37 pm.

5 stars for our experience at the Post Malone Raising Cane's! Iwalani and her son Ku'i gave us amazing service - they were so kind and welcoming! The food was awesome and the experience is so much fun. It's the cutest restaurant inside & some great Post Malone memorabilia for fans. The merch is so cute too!! read more

The hypest Raising Cane's around. If you're a Post Malone fan, definitely worth checking out. We came on a Saturday, around 12:30 PM. Line was out the door, but moved pretty quickly (~15 minutes between lining up and getting our food). If you've had Cane's before, then you already know what's up. If not, then enjoy some tender and juicy chicken fingers, thicc Texas toast, and fries. The Cane's sauce (think a mashup of mayo and ketchup) ties it all together. If you don't care about Posty, you're probably better off going to a less hyped location, as it can get pretty crowded. Otherwise, the decor is a nice touch for Posty fans. Lots of Posty memorabilia in the restaurant. 3 Finger combo with 32oz half tea half lemonade was enough for me, but the Posty Way should be sufficient for the hungriest individual. Cop a 32oz Collector's cup if you're a real fan (pink one is the best). read more

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - 3 Finger Combo and 32oz Collector's Cup - Chicken Shop Near Me - Midvale, Utah

Went to the drive thru and the young lady taking my order was extremely rude. Hurrying me, and kept repeating, is that all... First off, it's my first time there. Second, no one was behind me, or next to me, third, saying is that all after every single word I say, is just off putting. I went to Posty's location bc my son is a huge fan. We heard the ad about the limited cups, and solely went there to buy the cups. Because of the rude behavior, I reversed out of the drive thru, parked and got my child out of the car, went into the location: there I saw some staff waiting to take orders. I went to the front, asked for a manager, and the manager yelled out that I'd have to wait. Meantime, I reordered my food, and was told I can't just buy the cups alone. No biggie, I bought the correct meals, and onward we went. When the manager came, her approach was that of someone who didn't want to deal with a complaining customer. But I told her what happened, and she managed to offer me the cup I wanted, and brought me the two meals I paid for and my cups to fill. At this point, I was still irritated that I was treated badly. The place looked clean, the ambiance was inviting and of course different. My only concern was, to have listened and brought in by Post Malone's ad on the radio (92.5) and be treated as if we're an inconvenience, was just sad to say the least. I expected a little more enthusiasm, after all, he put his name on this restaurant! read more

The chicken not fried well customer service not good. I've had much better Cane's than this. This is definitely not the one. The food is fresh but not fully cooked. Chicken should've been fried a little longer. Ended up throwing it out! I won't be eating at this location anymore! read more

I have had Canes for years! Great little munchies spot. When I found out they were coming to SLC I was excited! I am a disappointed with my last 2 trips the the Fort Union location. Service is extremely slow, especially when there are no other customers. Everything was soggy, especially the fries. Also I ordered a Dr. Pepper and it was watered down! I also asked for lite ice and it was 3/4 full of ice. Overall disappointed. read more

I was expecting a lot more from a celebrity. The food was o.k. But the place was dirty. Most tables had food residue on them and the floor was dirty as well. I have been to several cane's food is consistent but others were definitely cleaner. read more

The food and service is always pretty good. Raising Caine's probably has the best chicken tenders in salt Lake.

Move over Popeyes, there is a new fast food restaurant with roots in Louisiana! Chik-filet has nothing on this place either. Expect way crispier, perfectly cooked chicken, with sides that make this the best tasting fast food in Salt Lake City! The location in Midvale is convenient and well appointed featuring local art, artists and sports teams. read more

Plain food for families. This chain popped up from when I last visited SLC. There were enough of them I had to try. The best description I could think of was Zxaxby's (sp) menu, but blander. The menu is basic fried chicken (of good quality) + fries, slaw, and bread. No real seasonings, only one sauce selection. Almost like the menu was created by a picky eater. I won't be back but there were tons of happy families with kids. read more

It was busy on a Thursday night around 10pm. The place was clean and the people were nice. However, it's shocking that the wall says One Love, but then they give women the pink Post Malone cups and the men the black ones! Hot pink paint didn't do anything for the overpriced low bar crap menu here. Hoping Post Malone put some $$$ into improving the quality of food while he was spending loads of unnecessary $$$ on "renovations". The chicken is flavorless, the coleslaw is nasty, the fries are lackluster & soggy, the parking situation is a joke....Not worth it, unless you're just going for the novelty of seeing the over the top ridiculousness of Postys new "decor". Good luck! read more

The place was noisy, crowded, and slow. The chicken didn't live up to the hype. The sauce is good. The ambience is terrible.

Always fresh and friendly service. Fast and had an issue and corrected immediately. Highly recommend
