After several days of no hit water they answered on Sunday to say they were too busy. Why can't you return a call to tell us that? So they said they'd be out Monday morning early since we haven't had hot water and we have children. Monday morning they call to cancel. WHAT? I mean this is what I was talking about with contractors in the first post. Thank you for letting days pass without calling back and for putting g us in a terrible position waiting for you. Now we are back to square one with an even worse water problem. I mean come on. Where is the customer service anymore.

Each time they were super professional and helpful. Really positive experience, got done exactly what I needed to get done, reasonable price. They're very conscientious about the details too. With the toilets, with the one we were replacing it was really important that we get the identical one to replace it, the same form factor etc. A couple days after I made the order but in advance of the visit Debi called and was uncertain about product number we'd found on the toilet we were replacing. Something didn't seem quite right. The product number of the base of the toilet didn't seem to match the model of the lid and the color of the porcelain didn't match. After a little more investigating we discovered the at some point before we owned the home someone had replaced the lid with one from a different model and painted it to match. Long story short tracking down this detail meant avoiding ordering and installing the wrong model. Again, just real attention to detail. I recommend them.
