From the initial phone call, through scheduling and testing the were extremely professional. After scheduling the appointment, they sent an email and a post card to confirm. They showed up right on schedule without me having to be home. The tester was a complete gentleman did what he had to do, notified me when he was done, and off he went. The fact that I was home, allowed me to sign off on the test results, which then allowed them to send the paperwork to the water district for me. Seamless! The new system they installed work great this summer, and we finally no longer have dry spots and our entire lawn is nice and green. They even gave us a WiFi timer, which is incredibly convenient! Great experience! Highly recommended!…read more I came to Yelp to get quotes for the Springtime turning on of my sprinkler system. Ted from Xtreme was one of the respondents. He quoted me a reasonable price and could accommodate me soon. Sam came to do the job. We put new batteries in the timer. But it didn't seem to be working properly. Sam said that not only was it not working properly, but that it wasn't an outdoor clock. Said we should replace it. Of course I was stressed at something not working and really stressed at the thought of what it would cost to replace. Sam looked at a price list from his supplier and said that a clock for 2 zones was only $125. Ok, not terrible. But how many hundreds and hundreds was the installation going to cost? He said "I came to get your system going for the season. I have to do whatever it takes to do that. There's no extra fee for that." I thought that I couldn't passably be hearing correctly. No extra cost? He and his assistant went and got the new timer and came back. But he said he wanted to mount it inside rather than where the old one was, outside my house. He didn't have a drill long enough to go through the wall to run the wire from the sprinkler system to the timer. So, came back after the weekend and did it. I did have to pay for the new timer and another small part that had burned out. But as far as labor, not a penny more than the original price to turn on the system! That is unheard-of these days! I'm so happy to have a new, reliable service and happy to recommend them.
