IRWIN S. Jun 2026…read more There was a leak in my basement from an unknown source that turned out to be a faulty toilet and flange. It suddenly became a serious leak that required immediate attention. I got the Always A Work of Art phone number from a friend of mine and I quickly called NIck in "panic mode". Three people came within less than an hour, searched for the origin of the leak, and installed new PVC piping and a new toilet flange with the parts and equipment already in their truck. To say I was impressed and thankful for their professional and courteous skills is an understatement. Let's just say that this business is in my go-to list, and I would highly and without hesitation recommend them for anyone who requires their services!!

Great experience! Highly recommended!…read more I came to Yelp to get quotes for the Springtime turning on of my sprinkler system. Ted from Xtreme was one of the respondents. He quoted me a reasonable price and could accommodate me soon. Sam came to do the job. We put new batteries in the timer. But it didn't seem to be working properly. Sam said that not only was it not working properly, but that it wasn't an outdoor clock. Said we should replace it. Of course I was stressed at something not working and really stressed at the thought of what it would cost to replace. Sam looked at a price list from his supplier and said that a clock for 2 zones was only $125. Ok, not terrible. But how many hundreds and hundreds was the installation going to cost? He said "I came to get your system going for the season. I have to do whatever it takes to do that. There's no extra fee for that." I thought that I couldn't passably be hearing correctly. No extra cost? He and his assistant went and got the new timer and came back. But he said he wanted to mount it inside rather than where the old one was, outside my house. He didn't have a drill long enough to go through the wall to run the wire from the sprinkler system to the timer. So, came back after the weekend and did it. I did have to pay for the new timer and another small part that had burned out. But as far as labor, not a penny more than the original price to turn on the system! That is unheard-of these days! I'm so happy to have a new, reliable service and happy to recommend them.

I sent photos of my issues to Rick the manager. (My house is old from the 1930s and very tricky). Rick sent Daniel, a highly experienced pro plumber. I showed Daniel what needed to be done. New faucet for the kitchen and I also needed a new master valve for the water coming in to the house along with replacing some additional old valves in the basement. Daniel did an amazing job and even corrected the grounding for the wiring around the pipes. Once everything was done, he made sure there were NO leaks and that all components were working properly.
