I have a warranty through AWRUSA that covers both my in-house plumbing and exterior lines, and when I discovered a leak in my basement tied to a crack in the main drain line, I knew it was going to be a complicated situation. A technician first came out to assess the problem and quickly realized that the crack extended beyond the interior wall and into the exterior portion of the line. At that point, Allied All City Inc. was assigned through AWRUSA, and they recommended a full replacement of the damaged section, which fortunately was covered under my warranty. The team arrived early and started around 8:30 AM. Before any digging began, they had someone come out to properly mark the gas lines, which I appreciated since it showed a strong focus on safety and doing things the right way. The job itself was not easy. It required several hours of digging and breaking through concrete to access and remove the damaged pipe. They explained that there really was no shortcut or temporary fix, and given how much I had already been relying on makeshift solutions just to hold things together, I agreed that a full replacement was the best long-term solution. Throughout the entire process, the crew was communicative and professional. They took the time to walk me through each step, explaining what they were doing and why. When they removed the damaged pipe, they even showed me the extent of the deterioration, which helped me fully understand how serious the issue had become. After completing the replacement, they didn't just leave things torn up. They made a real effort to restore the area as closely as possible to its original condition, which I really appreciated. It's clear they take pride not only in fixing the problem but also in respecting the customer's home. In the end, the issue was completely resolved, and everything is functioning perfectly now. The entire experience, from assessment to completion, was handled professionally and efficiently. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and the level of service I received. I would absolutely recommend Allied All City Inc. to anyone dealing with a serious plumbing issue.

My water main started leaking in my basement and I had to have the service shut off at the street…read more I call Allied last night, and they sent Juan by to survey my job and they provided me a price to replace my main from the curb to the meter in the basement. They arrived this morning with 4 men and all sort of heavy equipment. Oh so grateful for their drilling equipment so they didn't have to tear up my new driveway and walk installed last year. They ran the new main, ,and replumbed everything in my basement. While the original quote shocked me, you certainly get what you pay for. It turned. out to be a bargin. Any other contractor - I'd be having my sidewalk, walkway and front porch redone. I highly recommend this company.

This was astronomically high in our opinion. We got another plumber to look at it and he fixed the leak within 30 minutes and it only cost us $350. HUGE price difference! Companies like Plumbwell seem to be in the business of up selling and price gouging. Needless to say, we will not be calling them ever again. Well NO- plumbing isn't my kitchen cabinet is chipped. For goodness sakes, it's a NECESSITY! Plumbing is an emergency, for crying out loud, the entire bathroom is not only out of order but that darn flooding is not going to wait until tomorrow morning! So for those who advertise they are 24-hours, please remove that line and state your stinky accurate hours. Pun.) Well, enough of that diatribe - I wanted to say that this place absolutely delivered. It was late evening and terribly sorry to really burden anyone who has to go dinner or a home to go to - but this was serious and we were in absolute dire need for help. The professional plumber came to inspect and in few minutes, started the job. The cost was provided right after few minutes of inspection (so no funny business on that too.). Plus it was reasonable so we gave a good tip for being so accomodating, considering it was late. And yes, many can argue that they sign up for this job, for its risk and odd hours - got that. Again, the gripe here is that many of these companies put it out there like they are up and ready to come, when most of them say "sorry, it is too late". Oops, sorry to digress again. Focus. I am highly recommending this business based on the experience with one professional. Left no mess and was very good at keeping things tidy. Also very informative and provided suggestions on our next steps. It wasn't even an hour (because many of these licensed individuals charge by the time, so they would belabor the job at times.) I did apologize for the late hour, but was so thankful. The professional was very understanding and kept saying it is okay. Therefore, 5 stars for this business, but 10 stars for the person who came to save the day.

Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. I highly recommend you give this company a chance to work at your home or business. Im certain you're going to be impressed with the end result. Henry.
