These people have been so nice on every interaction. I feel like they just super appreciate their customers.

MULTIPLE BURGLARIES in March 2024 1. Moved into a 10 x 20 unit. So far so good. 2. A month later, moved into a 10 x 30 unit. The front of the facility has multiple signs indicating 'months 2 and 3 are 50% off!'. They billed month 2 at full price. When I asked where in my contract does it state there is no discount on month 2, they reply it's not in your contract. Ok, where does it state that exactly? "On our website". The sleaze has begun. 3. A woman calls me out of the blue and asks me if I was in my unit "last night". No lady, I'm in Los Angeles right now. She was trying to tell me my unit (along with 4 others) was burglarized but came across as accusatory. They refused to call the police. I had to fly to SeaTac, shuttle to Silverdale and rent a car just to report it! Unbelievable. They aren't exactly advertising the MULTIPLE BURGLARIES in March 2024, as others I met on-site had no idea what occurred. So surely, I was finally given a discount, right? Hell no. Not even a customer for 2 months... Unit broken into. No security cameras. Claims they did not know about the trail behind their building. Was told not to cut my own lock because I'll ruin the door...pay their guy who has a special tool. My door has not ONE scratch. Lock cut without problem. Unit ransacked. These were priceless sentimental items...not even "I'm sorry, what can we do since our whole business moto fell apart?!" Paid extra for insurance. Unfortunately I have to write this review based on the last encounter I had with the poor customer service .I was hoping to hear from someone so I didn't have to write a review .I canceled my unit as soon as I arrived since I was greeted with a very rude employee on 4/25/23.I am a repeat customer and have spoke very highly about this place to many people an absolutely loved renting here as a military family we move a lot ..This experience was far from good and will not rent here again with this lady working there her initials are KL I believe . The employee very rudely informed me within minutes of me arriving on the premises that I cannot use the elevator to go to my storage unit on the second floor and that" I needed to drive around that's why she had given me a map in the first place". I am already familiar with the facility I have a handicapped son and I parked in a handicapped space which there is no handicapped parking if I were to drive around it says no parking on the map. I felt it was appropriate to be able to use that entrance near the elevator there were no rules stating I could not. After I was fed up with the employees rudeness and power trip and her story changing multiple times after asking questions about policies .I asked to cancel my unit that I never got to use and I asked for a district managers number an was informed my number would be passed on to the district manager because they do not have a customer care number? I have yet to receive a call about this incident .I have a lot to discuss about what happened in detail .Hope to hear from Someone soon. read more

This place neglected to notify us as per the laws about our unit going to auction, then when someone bid and won, they were told they could not collect from unit. Yes they were friends but we only had 3 days to come up with almost $700 and we were barely two months late on a $160 a month unit. Backup bidder was them and so it sat another month while we collected funds. We were told to do so before it went to auction again. Got funds together within 3 days and then the other employee Chris, says in sorry we found a back up bidder and we will let you know if they return your personal things!! We went that night with a friend and saw that they were lying because I peeked underneath and saw my things. Backup bidder would have had 3 days and it had been over a month since auction. Also, law states NO personal items such as photos, home movies etc can be taken and they took it all and no one will answer my emails or calls. I am DEVASTATED. We were homeless for a year and still managed to keep our unit but after our camper and truck were stolen , we had nothing and I begged them to please work with me and they would not. I now have a lawyer but the stress that they've inflicted was unnecessary and I believe they were taking my things which is why they won't respond and lied. Beware! read more

My daughter rented a unit for her grandmother. Didn't even get to park the truck and canceled the rental due to bad customer service. Don't know if the attendant was having a bad day but they just lost a repeat military customer. So disappointed in the service hope the "District Manager" receives our request for a call since they do not have a customer service number. read more

We just recently close on a unit, the check in process was good but, towards the end of visit kept more and more hostile between the management team and my family. So during the Christmas time we brought some ornaments, they are not the best quality and always break, we would ask the staff for a broom to sweep, they would refuse and said they would picked it up. For that stand point I though they pickup all the ornaments if they were broken if it was sweep outside of the unit, so this didn't happen often maybe 2 in the pass year that ornaments would break. But my last visit, is when the manager decided to enact new policy that wasn't mentioned to me. I was in the middle of clearing my storage and wrapping up. And closing up for the afternoon and going to return when one of the service members. Come out and now they want me to clean up my ornament, I was like ok I will be right back and take care of it since i was in the process of leaving out already. So then the manager came out and stating in need to clean my ornament up or my account will be locked out. I was like I am already leaving i will be back today and clean it up mind you I already swept it to the side under the fire extinguisher.but they still lock my account out. . This situation could have been handled a lot differently in my opinion. I understand if you can give up your item because of theft. Even picking after yourself that's find but the power trip these individuals had was insane. I was given no warning or even a phone call to tell me "hey can you please sweep up your stuff in your unit or whatever. Listen Kitsap community there are better options out there for storage unit places. The place may look new but it's broken the elevator has this weird glitch if you don't input your code it will time you out that been like this for years now.
