On that note I was all of the above I juat moved from California to Washington trying to switch my medication, even starting my withdrawal symptoms and not feeling good Comprehension Treatment Center went over and beyond to help me get my medication within a few days. I called Larry answered explained the process. I went in filled out all my paper work left went back the next day and was out withing 2 hours with my medication. Its a process you just dont show up and they throw medication your direction. I recommend this business if you are seaking help. If you are exhausted of living day to day getting high and/or popping pills this place can help you. As long as you have a positive attitude the staff will help you. Madydison was amazing during intake fast efficient and professional. Nurse Sheila was helping me as well as doing 20 other things great multi tanker but the BEST part of my experience was LARRY this man my god is greating people registering people helping with applying for insurance answering phones testing. He is amazing please give him a raise. Without great customer service you would not have a business. Thank you everyone at CTC for treating me like a human not just an addict.

Perhaps I had realistic expectations, having worked in the drug treatment world and having dealt…read morewith drug seeking behaviors, but I found Dr. V & staff refreshingly honest, pretty open and willing to continue, despite my own withholding of some information that might have been helpful, initially. The laws around distribution of controlled medication have been tightened, after nearly condemning many in our country to lifelong addiction. The rebound could have been worse, so I have some compassion for their business. My "worst" experience was when I actually threw my script away one month (I am old, on a lot of pills and got interrupted during the putting them in the cabinet phase of unloading groceries). It sounds like a weak excuse, but it was real. I knew the docs were prevented, by law, from just reupping the script four weeks early, but I did not expect to endure withdrawal for over three weeks with no relief (especially from the leg-shocks or nerve zaps or whatever they are) that prevented ANY sleep for days on end. Looking back, I think I should have gone to a detox clinic. Instead, I found an old script and spread what little was left over three weeks (and after missing a full week of work). The response from the doctor on call was nothing less than just "rude" (and it was not Dr. V or Erin, my regular ARNP) however but truly, I've listened to drug seeking behavior, and I believe THAT was what informed her response. Also, I will guess that it was after many times burned because "guessing wrong" results in disaster & death leaving just no room for empathy. I understood why she was "firm," but not having any suggestions to alleviate the symptoms seemed to land a little on the "neener-neener, you should have known better" side of the coin. So, after that experience of having NO recommendations or medications to managing severe symptoms of withdrawal, especially for someone who had been a patient for over four years, with just that one incident (which was over a year prior to writing this review) I have become METICULOUS about accounting for my scripts. Also, I have leached a bit from each month's prescription so that if I EVER find myself in that situation again, I can at least taper myself off the dependency gradually, and perhaps avoid the withdrawal. To me, this is far LESS dangerous, than seeking scripts from strangers, or using more of some OTHER drug (that may have side effects) in hopes of stopping the spasms, nausea, diarrhea and other symptoms. I will NEVER go through that withdrawal again, and see now why withdrawal alone can induce relapse. After all that, why did I return to a medication that causes such physical dependency? Because the pain I have is so debilitating, it makes me unable to work (especially at my current job that requires almost 3 miles walking, daily, according to my Fitbit). I cannot afford that - few can! The medication has Z.E.R.O. euphoric effect - so I am NOT tempted to take more than prescribed or use it in any way other than as prescribed. Using this medication is the FIRST time in forty years where I did not struggle to take it as scheduled AND it actually eliminated the pain! To me, this is truly a miracle cure! But the true cost is physical dependency. I have to accept it, I don't LIKE it, but can (now) manage. And overall, I find the office more personable, caring and adhering to standards than some. All of which are things I would want them to do with any of MY clients, or my children. I just wished they had SOME protocol for managing withdrawal symptoms, when necessary.

When he heard that my wife did not like opioids, he then asked what she expected him to do for her? We have never been to a pain management center and did not know what to expect. It appears this Quack is only interested in pushing narcotics. My wife and I were in shock from the lack of professionalism from Dr Vogelgesang. Had the appointment lasted any longer this A__Hole would have been picking himself off the ground.

They're so very honest and caring, they never made me ever feel like a criminal having to sign up for the classes I needed. I came in from recommendation from my Lawyer, Ryan English, and I'm so thankful he had me come here. I was completely distraught coming in, just feeling very disappointed in myself for being even in this situation, but Josy was so kind and helped calm me down and reminded me that I'm not a bad person. Josy is very honest and straight forward with pricing for you, ADIS is $100, Victim Panel I believe was $60(?) and the UA was $140. Josy doesn't pressure to buy anything unless you know for sure, they're not money hungry at all, they just truly want the best for you. I can't recommend this place enough. These girls were a key factor too in helping me remain calm and collective when I thought I ruined my life forever.

Thank you!

This is the first time I've ever written a review of this nature, but I feel compelled to share my…read moreexperience. I have been trying to reach Dr. Kennel for over a week regarding important test results for a family member. I was told I would receive a call back from a nurse, but after several days with no follow-up, I called the office again. During one of these calls, I was placed on hold by a woman named Mandy. When I called back to explain that I had been disconnected, rather than apologizing or helping, Mandy again placed me on hold. After I expressed my frustration and reiterated that I had already been waiting a week, Mandy responded with a hostile tone, denied that I had called previously, and then abruptly hung up on me--accusing me of being threatening, which I absolutely was not. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is deeply disappointing, especially when dealing with sensitive medical matters. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the office improves how it treats patients and their families moving forward.

So I walked in with extremely low expectations due to the low rating on yelp. Let's be honest though just because somewhere has a low star rating doesn't mean it's gonna be trash. I was highly impressed by how clean and well kept this office is. No weird smells, clean furniture and most importantly a clean bathroom. To me you can tell a lot about a place by how clean the bathrooms kept. Lol. Skipping into my overall experience as a patient, I felt like everyone was extremely nice to me and truly cares for the patients. I am a extremely emotional person, so for me I need to feel like I'm walking into a calm environment with friendly people or my day will go to shit really fast. The receptionist that helped me as I first walked in was a peach! She was super helpful and very friendly. She honestly put my worry's to rest immediately. She greeted me with a friendly smile and took her time with me while I asked questions, she joke with me a little bit and her overall attitude was amazing. I really appreciate that level of professionalism and kindness just as much as anyone else would I'm sure. Now time for the big guns! DR. Courtney, all I can say is holy hell shes good. Not only was she empathetic but she also is a amazing listener. I felt a strange sense of ease talking to her. If you've ever had trouble finding a good dr. Like myself you know how rare it is to feel like a dr. Is truly trying to help you and not just rush you out of the room. She took her time with me, allowed me to express all my concerns, joked with me a little bit, but most of all took what I was asking about into consideration. I've only ever had one dr. As good as her and unfortunately never thought I'd find another one like him until her. You can tell in a short amount of time that she is truly committed to her patients and extremely well educated. By the end of my appointment all my concerns were put to rest and I left feeling like I was given 5 star medical care. I can't thank this office enough for making me feel ok again. O' one more thing I almost left out, there is parking available, and this location is super easy to find. Well hope this helps. Have a nice day!
