To be so disrespected by the two ladies/office staff! for them texting me an appointment time, talk down to a patient for a mistake that she made, was rather embarrassing and to do that in front of other patients was just rude. Never received a call to find out why I walked out after being treated so wrong, makes it hard to recommend anyone to this establishment. The other downfall is these other physical issues I'm still going through and now having a second surgery on something I know he damaged, makes it hard to recommend anyone to an establishment where I was treated so wrong! and also having this setback on my healing. I started my Chiro treatment back in February of 2025, it's now January of 2026. I'm starting with a different Chiropractor and will never allow a chiropractor to work on anything but my neck and back. It truly saddens me to write/post any negativity on any type of business. I owned a business for over 20 years, I always leave good reviews. This does not make me feel good to write this.

They saw my brother for a broken femur, which is obviously not a small thing, and from the moment we were there, the care felt different. The provider who saw him took her time, didn't rush through anything, and actually answered all of our questions in a way that made sense. You could tell she cared, not just about the injury, but about him as a person going through it. Same goes for her medical assistant. Super kind, attentive, and just easy to talk to. It didn't feel cold or clinical the way some places do. It felt like they actually wanted to make sure we understood everything and felt supported. Honestly, after seeing how they handled his care, I've been seriously considering switching my own care over to them. That says a lot coming from someone who's pretty particular about where I go.
