I was warmly welcomed and Abby listened to my concerns. I had concerns about my bladder and its prolapse. I was worried that I might need surgery and was hoping that wouldn't be necessary. Abby did an exam and then asked questions about how my body was working.She showed me how to do some different exercises to keep the muscles strong to keep my bladder where it is. I feel much more confident that I can do what I need to do to keep myself in pretty good shape. I will practice the exercises she gave me and return to see how I'm doing. I was so glad to find this excellent physical therapy office. They offered a free-consultation to explain the inner-workings of my problem and let me know what sort of treatment path they recommended. Conner helped to alleviate my concerns for the outcome of an MRI I had done on my cervical spine. I hadn't yet met with my doctor to discuss the results and the various descriptions preceded with "moderate" and "severe" weren't helping to relieve my anxiety any. He educated me on the terminology, used graphical software explaining the precise areas and explain what the radiologist's assessments were saying. Big relief until my doctor was able to meet with me. I had three appointments with him and found the physical manipulations/massage and exercise assignments to be super helpful in increasing range of motion, developing supportive strength and improving my posture, which will in turn strengthen my neck. He suggest I download a free app so he could update it on his end with videos of the various workouts and stretches I could perform during the week at home after trying them out with him in the gym. Any which were too difficult for me, he had a modification which could work the muscles needed. What a relief! The videos are INCREDIBLY helpful in both reminding me to do the exercises and to ensure I was maintaining proper form to prevent injury, work the appropriate area and make the most out of each movement. Due to the tingling and numbness going away (yay) I cancelled a couple appointments I had booked in advance. I may need more after some travel I will be doing this fall. Planes always seem to aggravate my neck and upper back. In the mean time, I will continue to practice the stretches and strengthening exercises Conner Naccarato assigned specifically for my needs and abilities with hopes that the plane trips won't have an adverse effect on me after all. When I first walked into PhysioStrength I had a healthy skepticism that PT would fix my injury. I had been told by multiple folks that my lower back was going to require surgery. I had been in chronic pain for about two months and could not walk without pain. I have now gone twice a week to PhysioStrength for about a month and have made an unbelievable recovery. I've worked with both Abby and Jordan who are absolutely phenomenal. Within this month of putting a great deal of effort into my PT I am now without pain and returning to exercise as well as my hobbies. Dr. Connor is very dedicated and has been great to work with. Compared to bigger agencies that will have you work with their assistant, you are completely working one-on-one with the physical therapist. He is working with you every step of the way. Dr. Connor really listens, he is easy to talk to, and he is extremely helpful. The facility is inside of a gym that you have complete access to for your treatment. Dr. Connor is very innovative and applies modern techniques to his treatment. From someone who has dreaded physical therapy in the past, I really enjoy my treatment with PhysioStrength. I can't say enough for PhysioStrength Physical Therapy! I came in for treatment after having a car accident where the vehicle rear-ended me and totalled my car. I had a Neck, Thoracic and Lumbar Sprain and was unable to return to my physical job for 2 months. I also had to suspend my very active lifestyle, which was very difficult for me. Dr. Connor Naccaro was awesome at gradually working me back to my "normal". I appreciated how informative he was during treatments by showing me diagrams on his laptop, the areas we needed to work on. And his progessive exercises were also incredibly helpful and actually fun! Excellent physical therapy experience with Connor (and a student doing a clinical) after I hurt my shoulder.

Firstly, I'd like to say that I appreciate that the PT's are named Connor and Conor. Secondly, and this is important, both are young but don't be skeptical of their abilities. Con(n)or Squared is a skilled, dynamic pair. Both are very thorough and professional, but down-to-earth and easy to talk to as well. The clinic itself is a bright, open, casual environment and made me forget that I was there for physical therapy. Especially because Con(n)or plays a variety of different music to make their patients feel comfortable and have a good experience. Shout-out to Dana at the front desk for adding to the positive energy too. Before I wrap this up, I want to acknowledge my time working with Dr. O'Loughlin specifically. His knowledge, attentiveness, and genuine concern for my well-being was, of course, key in helping me rebuild physically. But as an individual, he is so warm, fun, and positive, and he brought a lot of light into my life during such a difficult time. I acquired an ankle work related injury earlier this year. While my ARNP referred me to larger physical therapy office in Tacoma, I decided to take matters in my own hand, do some research and that is where I found Dr. Connor Naccarato. From the very first office visit, he treated me with respect, kindness and treated my ankle in very focused sessions for a few months. Dr. Naccarato is professional but makes one feel very "at ease" with both the treatment and enviroment provided. Follow ups on home exercises are spectacular as well! I never felt rushed or "just another patient". Most importantly my ankle made a smooth recovery! I highly recommend Dr. Naccarato and actually have a pending RX for chronic shoulder pain and will hopefully be returning to Dr. Naccarato for that treatment. read more

After years of intense workout sessions and running, my back gave out for the first time in a big way. I could hardly get out of bed and had to stop unnecessary physical activity. I tried PT for 3 months as well as chiropractic and massage therapy, none of which helped. A year of inactivity went by before I drummed up the courage to try PT again. When I saw PhysioStrength's free consultation I figured it was a good way to check them out. I went in a skeptic and came out feeling like I could be helped. It was several weeks later that I returned, this time with MRi results. Connor's initial evaluation was impressively thorough and, with diagrams from his laptop, he explained my condition and his plan to return me to near normal. A major problem was that my insurance would not cover these visits and I'd have to self pay which, for me, would have been costly. Connor was just awesome in working out a plan where he developed exercises that I could do entirely at home. He made sure I knew how to perform each one and double checked on my return visits. There was an almost immediate change in my back pain and range of motion. And after my 2nd visit, it was clear this was the way to go. After the 3rd, I was back to mild workouts. There were about 2 weeks between visits and I was diligent about following the exercise protocol. Connor is really amazing -- he listens, is kind, caring and understanding, and high competent and knowledgeable. If I didn't understand what he was showing me, he found another way to present it so that I did. Went here for a shoulder injury. I have not had physical therapy before but this place has set the bar pretty high. The staff is energetic and friendly and seem legitimately happy to help their patients. The number of home exercises was reasonable and realistic, the progression was challenging and rewarding, scheduling was flexible and accommodating, and they even gave me a shirt at the end!!1! I chose Physiostrength from the reviews and also their bios and approach to healing people. It turned out to be the best possible choice. Each person I came in contact with was professional and kind. I saw Dr. Connor N. for shoulder pain. At the initial examination he took a thorough history and then took great detail to explain the workings of the shoulder with computer images. He listened, asked questions, and truly cared about my progress. After 3 months of physical therapy and an MRI showing rotator cuff tear, my orthopedic surgeon wanted me to do another 6 weeks of therapy. I discussed this with Connor and he said if I wished to get a second opinion he could highly recommend someone to me. I made an appointment with that surgeon and got in to see him immediately. He said I was a candidate for surgery and performed it the next week. After the six weeks of post-op I returned to Connor. His dedication to me as his patient resulted in me returning to water aerobics and being released from my surgeon 6 months post-op. My surgeon was extremely pleased with my progress and strength.
